Super clean // great sized room // good bed and shower ... The TV volume is questionable - thank goodness for closed captioning! Breakfast was good -- lots of variety and lovely staff, etc. Checkin was easy. Ashley, it was lovely meeting you when checking out yesterday morning. Super convenient to everything -- shopping, restaurants, etc.

The place was quiet. With only the morning staff laughing loudly as they started their day, which we could hear from the hall. Overall we were very pleased. It was a comfortable home feel. We will look to stay here again the next time we are in Houston.

- Israel (1/5): My worst "Hilton" experience ever - OK location Breakfast looks fine (didn't try it) The room was extremely dirty when we arrived, with pieces of garbage thrown around, and a carpet that can't remember when was it cleaned last. I asked for cleaning, was told that it'll happen - it never did, (and I stayed 3 nights). I asked on the same day that I arrived (around 4pm), I asked the day after, and the evening after... The room was made only once on the course of a 3 night stay, and the garbage remained as it was. The refrigerator kept making loud knocking noises, (that woke us up, more than once at night)... the maintenance guy came after two nights, heard it for himself, promised to look at it, and later on, left us with a note, saying that he checked with the company, and the noise is 'normal'. When checking out, the front desk lady, didn't even bother to ask how was my stay. Not surprising, as apparently, that don't really care. In the below photos you can see some of the dirt that we found on the floor/carpet when we arrived (and it was still there 3 days later...)

Could use better water pressure in unit 116....Real eggs not powdered at breakfast. Real sausage patties with some taste at breakfast and a waffle maker available.

- Virginia (10/5): All was very nice, enjoyed our stay. - Fabulous room clean comfortable traveling with our two small dogs nice outdoor areas $75. Non refundable for 1-4 nights on pets doesn’t seem quite fair when staying one night only. Other hotels $50. For one night stay 😊
