From check-in to check-out, everyone was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. The front desk team made the arrival process quick and easy, and they were always available to answer questions or offer recommendations. What really stood out was how attentive and friendly the staff were throughout the stay. Whether it was housekeeping ensuring everything was spotless or team members going out of their way to accommodate small requests, the level of service made a big difference.

A9656IBtraceys (10/5): Accommodations and events at Homewood Suites in Conroe, Texas - The overall experience at this location was wonderful from the staff, rooms, breakfast and most definitely the assistance of Tamara in group sales. Specifically, Tamara was very helpful in scheduling a group of rooms as well as her assistance in making accommodations to rent the "Lone Star" room to hold the wedding rehearsal and dinner for my son and daughter in law. She kept in communication with me to ensure I understood what was going to be provided and the rules to rent the banquet room. The free breakfast was good and the dishes were always full. The staff was very helpful in assisting with early check in so we could decorate. The rooms were large and clean. I would definitely consider staying at this hotel and holding other events if the need arises. Tracey Stallings

Family of 5 (3 kids) and we had plenty of room. The staff were very friendly. We have family in the area and will definitely make this our go to hotel for our frequent visits.

Every single member of the staff ((front desk, kitchen, housekeeping, maintenance, etc)) was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure that we, and the other patrons, were well-taken-care-of and accommodated. Our room was so, so clean. Even the air purifier that I brought with us didn’t detect any impurities. The housekeeping ladies are excellent at their jobs and went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed and that our room was tidied and replenished every day, with freshly made beds and all. The kitchenette in the room was also perfect for us because we didn’t want to eat out for every meal, every day. That full-sized refrigerator was the best to have! I will admit that I was a bit nervous at first knowing that this hotel allows pets and, not being an animal person, I was so hoping my room didn’t have the normal pet smell that many pet-accommodating places have. I was thrilled when that was NOT the case. No pet smell at all! The amenities were perfect for a family with younger children, and mine specifically loved the pool and basketball court. The complementary breakfasts were excellent and far-exceeded any other hotel breakfasts we've had on our travels. I will, with 100% certainty, seek out another Homewood Suites by Hilton on our next adventure. Thank y'all for making this stay so perfect for my family! I highly, highly recommend a stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton Conroe!

Jennifer (10/5): Perfect for My Style of Travel, Comfy, & Clean - The room was VERY roomy and the full kitchenette was great. I was surprised to see the full-size refrigerator and freezer and fully stocked kitchen tools and silverware along with the sink, microwave, and dishwasher. I'm sure I just glanced over that in the description, but it was a pleasant surprise. Everything was also very clean and nice. And the shower head was great! They're often old and half-functional even in nice hotels. I will definitely be on the lookout out fir these hotels for future travel. Not even a problem, but a couple of suggestions - the shower curtain wasn't long enough to hold water in the shower, so we cleaned that up, and the elevator door timing could use a small adjustment. It was pretty quick to close on people.

The meeting room we used was perfect for our gathering. All the staff were helpful, friendly and professional. Tamara in sales was great to work with, covering all the bases. Front desk staff were friendly and easy to approach. Overall a very nice experience and I would recommend this hotel for any event you might need to plan.
ghorm (10/5): Great experience, updated, clean - We came for a dance competition. Everyone loved the hotel. It was clean and updated. Awesome that the rooms had a full size fridge with freezer, micro, cooktop and a dishwasher! The rooms are spacious, shower was a walk in with sliding glass doors-everything updated, bed comfy. Breakfast was good with a nice variety of food. Bacon, eggs, toast, oatmeal, cereal, muffins, etc etc. Bonus that they serve dinner on Weds. They had hamburgers, hot dogs, variety of salads, drinks. The pool was beautiful and they had another area connected for sitting outside to enjoy and a grill as well. Plenty of parking. There are plenty of restaurants around and a Walmart not too far away. We plan to stay next year.

Tamara was incredible—extremely organized, attentive, and helpful throughout the planning process. She truly went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Huge thanks also to Danielle and Javi, who were equally fantastic and supportive during our stay. The hotel itself was beautiful—clean, modern, and luxurious. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed, especially in the kitchens, which made a big difference for our guests. We also reserved the Lone Star Room for our rehearsal dinner, which hosted over 60 people comfortably. It was the perfect setting to kick off our wedding weekend. Thank you, Homewood Suites, for playing such a big part in making our wedding weekend so magical. We’re so grateful for everything you did to make it special for The Alberts!

It is so popular with our people that our block always sells out early. And one of my staff said it is the best place we have ever stayed with this conference. The hotel staff was sure to double check details with our growing needs not only with the number of guest rooms, but also with meeting rooms. I would definitely recommend them.

jennifer (10/5): - I had a terrible day due to a death in my family and when I arrived I was clearly upset and in tears. The staff, including the manager could tell I was distressed. They offered me dinner and water. They offered to get my bags to my room. The manager went out of her way to help me. I am normally a calm person but being away from home during a death was upsetting. They did all they could to comfort me. They went way above and beyond.
