The rooms were very well stocked (full kitchenette), excellent pool and gym facilities, and an excellent and friendly staff. No road noise, comfortable beds, well maintained property, and each of the staff members we met were happy to be working together with the General Manager. The bathroom facilities were well equipped and the very best shower with excellent water pressure. The GM was out among the guests during the breakfast hours, and the rates were great. I highly recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff, breakfast from 6-10am, laundry available CONS: Rooms could have been cleaner, our room smelled like dog and we found dog kibble on the floor and couch bed. I had to ask for new couch bed linens because the ones provided were stained and had dog hair on them. There also never seemed to be any coffee in the coffee dispensers either. Probably will not stay here again next year

The lady at the front desk I dont remember her name but it was afternoon shift on December 29th was nice and helpful. The room was clean, the only thing I would say is the pool area could use a little more cleaning here and there, but it wasn’t too bad. The Hanes mall is right across the street, bdubs and five guys are walking distance as well as firebirds steakhouse, a seafood place and a few other choices.

The location (right by Target, close to Walmart and other shopping) was perfect - really easy for us to run out and get the things we needed. We were also able to use the laundry facility at the hotel to wash towels, bedding, etc. before college move-in. The staff were friendly and helpful, parking was easy, and the hotel was a great "home base" for the move in process. Would definitely recommend, and we'll be staying here for future college visits.

Sorry I do not remember his name very friendly. The mattress was to soft and the pillows need to be replaced. Otherwise everything else was good. The pool was heated so that was a plus. The juice was excellent and coffee was fresh.

J7080BRsm (4/5): Due your due diligence if a long term hotel is needed. - I was here for an extended stay end of April- end of June 2024. Room was clean, maids were excellent, lobby staff, Shannon, was horrible, others were great. I was moved 3 separate times. There were ants coming in around the ac walls, the king beds in two of the rooms were horrible. There are no stoves or pots and pans to cook with so I ate out alot or had frozen foods. I got food poisoning and was hospitalized a couple days after I checked out. Breakfast foods are limited And not tasty, they were out of egg and cheese fold overs and milk cartons most of the time so the choices were heated biscuit and egg /meat sandwiches, bagels, cereal, hard boiled egg or oatmeal. Also a waffle maker I did not eat. Disappointing food and comfort of beds and one front desk manager that was not accommodating or pleasant.
