• Jessica (2/5): - War sehr günstig Die Betten stinken extrem und waren nicht frisch gemacht als ich gekommen bin! Ausserdem nur komische Leute im Hostel. 1 Typ hat im Zimmer gekocht mit einer Kochplatte, einer hat die ganze Nacht ein Instrument gespielt, einer hat in 50 Plastiktüten geschlafen und war ziemlich sicher ein Dealer, habe einen gesehen mit einer Kartonplatte als Hut usw.😂 Mussten nach 2 Nächten flüchten. Als ich die Bettsituation erklärt habe hat die Frau an der Rezeption nur gelacht und gesagt: I know. Falls ihr euren Freunden crazy Storys über ein Hostel erzählen wollt seid ihr hier genau richtig, alle anderen sollten sich besser etwas anderes suchen😊

• Bridget (4/5): Can't recommend - Nice staff. Room had big windows, good blackout curtains, a nice table and stool in one corner, a rolling rack in another. Floors everywhere were very clean, and toilets/showers were reasonably clean. Good hot water on demand in showers. Bed hard as rock. Wall paint bubbling near the windows, and where the paint bubbles broke, there was black mold growing underneath.. I had to ask repeatedly to get soap by the hand-washing basins in the restrooms. Every few nights, there would be no toilet paper in any of the four toilet stalls. The lack of soap and the mold are very unhealthy. Also, they often left open the fire escape facing onto the noisy street, which increased the noise and decreased the safety and privacy.
• Natalia Regina (5/5): I enjoy my stay there because it was close to the places I needed to go and because it was very cheap. The staff was alw - This hostel is very chill (not social). Most of the guests were polite and the staff was always helpful. Plenty space to work or use your computer. Each floor has its own “facilities”. It’s very cheap and quiet that’s the best advantage. They probably need more staff to keep the place clean. The showers seems that they were never washed/cleaned. Lots of hair of the floor. Always missing toilet paper (specially at night). There isn’t a kitchen or a sink available .The hostel has water for free, small bar fridge and and old microwave.

• Tavor (3/5): - The beds were very uncomfortable and I couldn’t get a good night’s sleep. The atmosphere wasn’t welcoming at all. I was there during a festival but the information I got wasn't helpful, so I missed events that other hostels made sure to recommend. Overall, disappointing and not worth the price.
• Gamze (1/5): - Det eneste positive var beliggenheden Der var en gennemtrængende stank overalt, og det hele føltes klamt, ulækkert og meget urent. Toiletfaciliteterne blev aldrig ordentligt gjort rene og manglede konstant toiletpapir, også sengetøjet føltes bare ulækkert og lugtede som noget, der ikke var blevet skiftet eller vasket i lang tid. Alt i alt en virkelig skuffende oplevelse på grund af lugten og den generelle mangel på hygiejne.

• Alejandra (5/5): Passable - The machine machine The bathrooms were not really clean, there was a special shower that was completely full of flies and the walls had mould. My first night when I went to bed it smelled horrible, it smelled of dirt when someone hasn’t showered in days, I took the sheets out of another bed and changed them for myself, but it was something similar, that night I couldn’t sleep, the next day they changed my bed but it was a similar experience, I think the problem is the mattresses.

• Amy (2/5): Not great value for money - The air con was cold and we got clean towels on check in. The team were friendly and helpful. The property was not very clean. Our room was old and tired, the mattress and pillows were both very worn and hard and it was very dusty with cracking walls and holes in the walls and door. The shared bathrooms were very old, very dirty and only one shower had working hot water. The one that did had the shower head mounted at waist height which made washing hair a really difficult task. The pictured rain shower heads don’t work. The fridge in the common area was disgusting and obviously hadn’t been cleaned in some time.

The free coffee was very much appreciated as well The 5 flights of stairs when your 71 it's very telling if it wasn't for this it would have got straight 10's across the board

Key card barely worked, took many tries and patience. Showers so small you couldn’t turn around (i have a small body frame)

• Twe (1/5): I had a terrible experience because of the very rude staff. - Facility is nice. The staff, she's so rude to me. She came into the room angrily and treated me like a homeless person staying in her house as I didn't notice the check out time and fall asleep. After she acted like that to me, her tone of voice and manner had changed immediately while she was talking with the white guy who had same situation like me.

• Pete1863 (9/5): Cheap but good - The staff were exceptionally friendly, very helpful and very polite. No lift, but the staff helped with my bag as j am disabled. The room was not overly large, very basic with a shared bathroom. Tea and coffee facilities were available free of charge. 1 10 minuet walk to the centre of town. Close to many attractions and many delicious restaurants.

• Hana (1/5): Bad - On the day of check-in around 18:00, I got a phone call telling me that my booking would be canceled because the price was wrong (it was extraordinarily cheap). So I decided to stay at the other place instead of this hostel, but they have not refunded me yet... It was quite a cheap price I paid in advance, the lady who called me was polite enough, and I don't know the reason why the price was wrong, but I think they still should try to refund it because it was their mistake... I hope they will never repeat this in the future.

• Charis (7/5): Great stay - lots of amenities - Big comfortable private room with balcony space, desk, locker wardrobes, and plenty of individual shower / toilet rooms available - also washing machine available for use - free water/coffee, fridges available to use and kitchen area - very convenient stay No 24/7 reception. Slight mishap with our booking - we wanted early check in (paid for previous night) to arrive at 4am - owner arranged the key to be left for us and gave us the front door code, however on arriving the key was missing as had been given to another couple. The owner however did fix this so that we didn’t have to pay for the night and was apologetic. Slightly out of town - 15 min walk to centre

• Meg (5/5): Don’t waste your money, there are many other hostels in chiang mai - Good facilities and the showers were clean The staff were incredibly rude, left us waiting in reception as nobody was on the desk during check in hours. We tried to speak to the cleaning staff but they were rude and laughed in our face. when the lady finally returned over an hour later, I explained we had been waiting and her response was extremely rude “I’m busy, I have to pick up my kids”, no apology or even a smile. She slammed the keys down on the desk and left us very angry with her behaviour. Will not return. (However, there seemed to be a nicer receptionist on the next day). Room smelt weird and there was around 5 bugs on the walls when we entered. Room didn’t look like pictures
