Estafadores de manual con las fianzas. Porfavor no vayáis a apartamento 3000, hoy opciones mucho mejor y el trato al cliente es pésimo .

• KC (5/5): - Bon emplacement pour cet appartement Le.personnel est malaimable. Le contact se fait uniquement par whatsapp et ils ne répondent pas L'accueil se fait uniquement à partir de17h mais vous devez deviner où se situe la reception pour récupérer vos clés qui se trouvent dans un autre bâtiment et dans une autre partie de la rue car ils ne répondent pas au téléphone ni par whatsapp ( dont tu peux les trouver qu'à partir de 17h et tu mets environ 1h à comprendre ou s'est en questionnant les personnes qui rentrent dans le bâtiment) Et il fait arriver avant 20h sinon c'est également payant . Quand tu arrives enfin à la réception on te demande toutes les pièces d'identité sinon pas de clef . Par contre tu revois un message dès le lendemain pour te dire que si tu pars après 10h c'est payant . Et quand tu pars, la on commence a te parler gentiment en te donnant une réduction de 5% pour ton prochain séjour (même.pas.en reve) Vraiment le personnel est désagréable et ne fait aucun effort pour t'aider ou te comprendre ni en anglais ni.en espagnol (ok je ne suis.pas trilingue) Pas de machine à café dans l'appartement comme annoncé Uniquement 1 seule clef pour 4 adultes. Heureusement que l'appartement est correct sauf si tu est du côté des numero 1 à 5 comme nous car en face d'un bar brillant ! De 6 a 10 c'est calme: 1 chance sur 2 Je ne recommande vraiement pas sauf pour les aventuriers et les rois des jeux de pistes Pas de tout repos ce séjour.

• Arturo (10/5): Excelente alojamiento en apartamento nuevo y equipado - Excelente alojamiento y excelente trato por parte del personal. Hubo un problema con el alojamiento original (un problema con una cisterna) y me atendieron excelentemente en todo momento y me facilitaron rápidamente una solución cambiando a otro apartamento en el mismo edificio. El apartamento está muy limpio y nuevo y perfectamente equipado. El personal ha estado en todo momento en contacto conmigo haciendo seguimiento de que todo estuviera bien durante la estancia. La ubicación es perfecta para estar unos días disfrutando de PAS
• Raúl (2/5): no volvería - nada El apartamento no era el de las fotos, cuando reservas un apartamento, quieres que sea como el de la foto, y nos dieron uno que no se parecía ni el color de las paredes. Las camas eran individuales, y en el anuncio ponía que era de matrimonio. A la hora de la recogida de las llaves, todo perfecto, salvo porque no sabían la ubicación del edificio, ni sabían que había un código para entrar al bloque. Pasamos media hora buscando la puerta de nuestro bloque y otra media para que nos diesen el código.
• Elsa (4/5): Bien pero trato del personal mal - Buena ubicación, bastante nuevos, la calefacción funcionaba bien y el agua caliente también. Tiene ascensor y parking (bajo demanda y pagando). Alquilemos dos apartamentos. En el primero todo bien excepto que una de las mantas tenia pelos de perro. En el segundo no tan bien, no iba el agua caliente y al llegar no había papel para el wc. No hay cama de matrimonio en si, sino que son dos camas individuales juntas, el sofá cama si que es tipo matrimonio. El día de antes, te mandan un WhatsApp diciendo si necesitas parking y wifi (ya que ambos son de pago) y nosotros pedimos una plaza de parking la cual no se nos dio, aunque luego tampoco la cobraron. Pero porque nos dijeron que el parking se reserva junto con el apartamento, no por separado. El trato del personal fue bastante decepcionante, ya que para entrar se necesita una código que no nos proporcionaron. Al ser de España, no teníamos internet ni linea para contactar con los responsables para pedir el código, aun así el horario de WhatsApp es de 9h a 13h y de 16h a 20h, lleguemos a la 1:30 de la madrugada y suerte fe unos chicos que nos abrieron el parking y pudimos entrar por ahí. Igualmente contestan los WhatsApp cuando pueden y responden a las horas de contactar con ellos. A la mañana de dejar el apartamento, expusimos en persona todos estos problemas y la verdad que el trato fue bastante malo ya que no nos dieron explicación de nada y tampoco se disculparon (aunque luego por WhatsApp si). Suerte de los chicos que abrieron el parking sino hubiésemos dormido en el coche con un niño de 10 años. Creo que seria conveniente comprobar si esta puesto o no el código antes de que lleguen sus huéspedes, más que nada porque así ellos se ahorrarían el “susto” que nos llevemos nosotros. Pero no solo nos encontremos con esto nosotros, también había otro grupo que estaba con las mismas condiciones de acceso al apartamento.

• PEDRO MANUEL DA COSTA (8/5): Cumpriu com as espectativas - alojamento bom , limpo e confortável com todos os acessórios para uma curta estadia. É moderno e está bem localizado proximo do centro das lojas e do comercio. No anuncio do Booking diz que já inclui as taxas turisticas mas somos obrigados a pagar as taxas quando chegamos para levantar as chaves. Internet Wifi Não está Incluida.
• SIMONA (10/5): - LA LIMPIEZA, la ubicación, el trato del personal y que el piso era moderno con absolutamente todo lo necesario (lavadora, cafetera, lavavajillas, etc). El chico que nos atendió muy amable, la directora siempre pendiente de que todo funcione correctamente y el trato hacia los clientes es de lo más exelente posible! Felicidades equipo!! Un gran trabajo!! Me gustó todo, no hay nada que no me gusto

• Derek (2/5): Last resort - Close to piste Impossible to get the keys for the appartment. Wondered around 5 different addresses until we came across a random office who took forever to tell us there was no address for the apartment. He showed us a picture. Wasted 2 hours. The internet is very poor and certainly not worth paying extra for.
• Benjamin (4/5): After the first day arrival, the rest of the stay went well but bad first impression - After booking and paying through Booking.com, I had to fill out a form from Apartamentos 3000. They said they would send the link via the Booking.com messaging app, but the message didn't include it. Anyway, the form was very cumbersome, requiring a lot of additional information, such as scans of my ID card, ID numbers, and signing numerous documents. I had to do all of this on my smartphone with limited bandwidth. The form was in Spanish, Andorran, or Catalan, with no obvious translation option. I had to use Google Translate, but the translations were poor, making the form very difficult to complete. The location for picking up the keys wasn't provided until we contacted them on the day of arrival. No one answered one of the phone numbers at 11:45 AM or 12:30 PM (there was no voicemail or answering machine). We found another phone number, but the person redirected us back to the number that wasn't answering. We finally got the location through a WhatsApp chat, but we had to install WhatsApp just for this. Why couldn't they keep things simple? Many dishes were missing (no coffee cups or mugs, no glasses). I contacted them via the WhatsApp they provided, but never received a response. I had to buy glasses and mugs myself. The TV was connected to a Wi-Fi network without internet access, making it impossible to use Netflix. Even though the apartment seemed recently renovated, there were many mistakes made during the renovation: the air conditioning unit was placed behind a large bed, the electrical button for closing the curtain was wired in reverse, the curtain hit the air conditioning unit when closing, and the heaters were placed on the floor because the screws used to mount them weren't suitable for the wall type (BA13). The pillow in the closet was dirty. After the first day arrival, the rest of the stay went well :D The departure was easy (just leaved the keys at the desk).
• patrick (2/5): Avoid at all costs. - No check, at the property. We rang both numbers for the property to check-in with no answer. Lucky enough we read another review saying where to check-in , 10 uphill away. Only gave 1 key for 5 guests. Very noisy at night. Lift area had vomit on the floor 3 days. No duvets, just dirty old rugs.
• Bruno (5/5): Wouldn’t recommend - The location was great, the temperature and the apartment itself was all good How hard was to collect the keys because of miscommunication of the staff, they were saying on the message to collect the keys in one location we went there and it was in another one, took hours to find the keys Also the cleanliness of the house was bad, the mirror had stains all over the place and the bed sheets was probably not changed for us! The last complaint was the boiler, as we were 4 we never got enough hot water to take showers as it gets cold after 15min more or less, we had to take shower together 2 then another 2 otherwise no shower as it took ages for the boiler to heat up the water
• William (1/5): Bad - Worst apartment/ hotel i have ever stayed in Sent us to the wrong address for our room, you have to walk 10 minutes back to reception in the cold night just for wifi (never told us this at the desk), not ONCE did the phone number ever respond our calls/ texts, water ran freezing cold after 1 minute, unfriendly and unhelpful staff, no soap in the bathroom to wash our hands, just an overall terrible experience.
