- Berk (4/5): - Hiç ama hiç özen gösterilmemiş bir otel. Odaları yatakları odaların içinde yer alan malzemeler çok kötüydü. Herşey dahil olarak tatili satın aldım fakat hijyen SIFIR!! Servis personellerinin üstundeki tişörtler leş gibiydi,servis edilen yiyecek ve içecekler özensiz pis yerlerde servis ediliyordu. Herşey dahil olarak gittim ama son gece yemeğimi dışarda yemek zorunda kaldım…

- Selin (1/5): Einfach nur traumatisch und ekelhaft - Nichts. Es war einfach nur grauenvoll! Die Zimmer wurden nicht gereinigt. Teller und Geschirr wird nicht weggeräumt und es liegt in der gesamten Unterkunft rum. Auf jeden Fall kein „All inklusive“ Hotel: Essen und Getränke nur zu bestimmten Uhrzeiten! Kalte Getränke waren nicht immer vorrätig auch nicht zu den all inklusive Zeiten. Pool ist sehr stark verschmutzt und wird nicht gereinigt. Überall am Pool ist Schimmel. Es fehlen Abdeckungen am Poolrand. Extreme Sturzgefahr! Poolumrandung teilweise zerbrochen und verschimmelt. Wasserutschen ebenfalls sehr Lebensgefährlich. Keinerlei Sicherheitsmaßnahmen vorhanden. Rutschen sind teilweise kaputt und eingerissen. Personal war sehr unfreundlich und unmotiviert. Nichts wurde weggeräumt. Teller, Gläser, Besteck lag teilweise noch auf dem Tisch und man musste an diesem Tisch essen da nichts frei war. Essen sehr eingeschränkt nicht viel Auswahl und wenn man zu spät kommt hat man Pech gehabt. Was weg ist, ist weg es wird nicht nachgefüllt.

- 819tyreses (2/5): Worst Experience Ever – Unsafe, Unhygienic, and Terrible Customer Service! - I stayed at this hotel recently, and it was an absolute nightmare. The pool area was incredibly dangerous – the steps were broken with rusty nails sticking out, and I ended up cutting my foot open badly. I contacted Love Holidays with photos of the issues, including serious health and safety concerns, but they refused to change my hotel or offer a refund. The pool itself was filthy, and the entire hotel was poorly maintained. There were many other problems throughout the property that were unsafe and could potentially lead to even more serious accidents—one of which could have left babies at risk of drowning. This is NOT a place for families to stay, and I would highly advise against bringing children here. The games room was absolutely disgusting – so dusty you would need to wear a mask just to step inside, and it looked like birds could be forming nests from the ceiling. The condition was beyond unacceptable. To top it off, our balcony door was broken, and the front door was also faulty. The so-called "maintenance person" came with a spanner and simply bodged the wood to try and fix the door. This is certainly not a 5-star experience, and the lack of proper maintenance is shocking. The staff were rude, couldn’t speak English, and made it impossible to address the many issues. Despite showing Love Holidays the photos, they still seem intent on promoting this hotel, even with all the serious hazards. I will be seeking legal advice and support regardless, and I will never use Love Holidays again, as they’ve shown no care for customer safety or satisfaction. This hotel is a major health hazard. If you value your family’s safety, stay away. Absolutely disgusted with this experience.
- Atay (2/5): Hijyen yok... - Otele giriş yaptık, bavulları taşıyan çocuk gayet kibar hoş sohbet etti, o da temizliğindeki bayan iyiydi, her istediğimizi yaptı ,sahile yakın barlardaki çalışanlar isteklerimizi kibarca karşıladı ancak tek olduğu için resmen içecek almak için kuyruğa girdik, ayrıca restoran bölümünde hijyen sıfırın altında 2 tane bez 3 gün boyunca çalışanların elinde hiç sıkılıp yıkanmamış kuru bir şekilde masaların üzerinde gezdi aç kalmamak için karnımızı doyurduk, 3 gün beyaz et çıktı sadece bir gün bir yemeğin içinde kırmızı et çıktı. Bir daha bu oteli tercih etmeyeceğimize eminiz .Otelin konumu çok iyi fakat bizce sahibi bu konumu hak etmiyor, işletme yönetim de sıkıntı var, denetim yok. Aquaparkta kay kayların yarısı çalışmıyor, fotograflarda göründüğü gibi de değil....
- vdfhhf (2/5): AVOID AVOID AVOID MASSIVE ISSUES!!!!!!!! - ⭐ 1 star (would give 0 if possible) My wife and I stayed at Risus Aqua Beach Resort from 20/06/2025 to 30/06/2025 for what was meant to be our honeymoon — and it was honestly the worst hotel experience we have ever had. This hotel is advertised as a 5-star resort but wouldn’t even qualify as 3 stars. Here are just some of the problems we faced: • Our room was never cleaned once in 10 days, even though we kept asking. • We were given one towel for the entire stay, which we had to share. No fresh towels, no beach towels — ever. • The food was completely inedible and actually made my wife sick for two days. We ended up eating out almost every day, which cost us a lot of extra money. • The only drinks available were beer and water — no soft drinks, cocktails, or anything else. • The room smelled disgusting; staff tried to hide it by putting urinal mats over the drains. • The room we were put in wasn’t the upgraded room we paid extra for — staff demanded even more money to move us into the correct one. • The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all. • Staff were rude and dismissive, ignoring us and serving locals first at the bar. • TV didn’t work, smoke alarms were broken (a huge safety risk), and the lift was out of order most of the time. • Light fittings were hanging off the walls and ceiling. Both rooms we saw were filthy. • The air conditioning barely worked, making it almost impossible to sleep. • The paths around the hotel had broken decking, and my wife fell — staff didn’t even check if she was okay. • There was a constant foul smell in the reception area that made us feel sick. We booked this as our honeymoon, and it caused us nothing but stress, disappointment, and unexpected extra costs. The photos and descriptions on booking sites are completely misleading. Avoid this hotel at all costs — it is absolutely not what it claims to be, and it ruined what should have been a special time for us.

- 710leaz (2/5): AVOID AVOID AVOID - Don’t let the photos deceive you, this hotel is nothing like what’s advertised. The water from the taps ran yellow/brown, making it impossible to shower, wash our hands, or brush our teeth for two full days. We avoided using it entirely until we managed to move to another hotel. The pools were filthy, clearly neglected for weeks. We didn’t feel safe using them at all. As for the food, we couldn’t bring ourselves to eat any of it. It was shockingly bad — I’ve never seen anything like it. I had a sip of Pepsi on the first day and was left with severe stomach pains for hours afterward. We were placed in a disabled room, despite not being disabled. The room itself was appalling — blood stains on the floor, mould, broken glass — completely un-livable Though we were booked for a week, we left after just a day and a half of trying to get help and find an alternative. What was meant to be a relaxing holiday turned into a nightmare. Please do not waste your time or money here. It was a complete scam!!

- Yilmaz (2/5): - The property is in a very bad condition. The water park is so old, feels unsafe and the pools of the hotel and water park are the dirtiest that I have ever seen. The food’s quality and taste were terrible and if you’re not at the start of the food service, in some minutes everything will be finished. Terrible value for the money.

Oda kapısı tahta ve eskiydi kilitlenmiyordu. Güvenlik önlemleri sıfır. Otele sahilden birileri rahat rahat girip çıkabiliyorlar. Yemek menüleri tablot gibi çeşit yok. Odada minibar var içerisindeki su bile ücretli otelde kola ve fanta hariç herşey ücretli onlarıda sadece yemekte ikram ediyorlar. Ütü için 3 tane tişört verdim 1 gün sonra getirdiler o gün mağdur oldum. Yani verilen parayı hak etmiyor otel bir daha asla gitmem.
- 208flicf (2/5): The worst hotel I have ever seen in my life. - An Absolute Disaster! We had an extremely poor first impression upon arrival. The receptionist was on the phone, taking additional calls, and left us waiting for quite some time. She appeared visibly annoyed and uninterested—no greeting, no smile, just plain rude. The room was absolutely terrible. It was difficult to breathe, as the air conditioning was filthy and covered in dust. After turning it on, we soon experienced lung pain and had trouble breathing. When I mentioned mold to the staff, I was told it was just paint. Unbelievable! The condition of the room was unacceptable: the armchair was dirty, the terrace door wouldn’t close properly, letting in noise from outside, and there were bugs in the bathroom. On top of that, the mirror was missing, all the glassware was dirty, the bed was stained, and the pillows were full of hair. The bed linens were also dirty, with brown stains everywhere. The light switches were dirty or broken, the shower was dripping constantly, and the jacuzzi was filthy. The water park was a joke. Most of the slides were either not working or so dangerous that we hit our heads. The pools had a very unpleasant odor and caused itching. The entire water park smelled strongly of urine—simply disgusting. After just a few hours and many arguments, we left the hotel. I absolutely do not recommend this place!

I had booked two rooms (for me and my family) and they were all clean. The hotel is directly at the beach - awesome! There is also an Aqua Park which is part of the hotel and very entertaining. Two big pools and many slides. Food was inclusive and always a lot. All the food is delicious and Turkish style. A mall (AVM) is pretty close (less than 10 minutes walk). There was an odor in the whole room. It was reported to the reception and they sent someone to fix the drain. It turned out the smell was actually from the air condition and wouldn't be fixed. In general I do not understand why this beautiful place is not maintained correctly and kept in shape. E.g. it was not dirty but there was a lot of chalk around the bathroom fittings and the hoses were leaking - this all doesn't leave a good impression, especially as this is not a cheap hotel. I also have to say there was only one staff member working at the reception desk who left a really professional impression. She was smiling (good attitude when you work in a hotel) and knew and understood what she was doing. Unfortunately, most other reception staff often seemed not focussed on understanding or even solving the guests's inquiries.

It is called a 5-star hotel, but it is not, it is worth a 2-star hotel. If you are going to come and stay, do not come to this hotel. It is said that everything is in it, but everything is not in it. - KAGAN (6/5): Vasat seviyede Fiyat/Performans Oteli - Tesis aile için fiyat/performans kalitesinde. Personelde yoğun bir iyi niyet ve çaba var. Akşam yemeklerinde bizi güler yüzü ile karşılayan Mihrace Hanım, servis personeli Esad Bey'e özel teşekkür ederim. Yemekler, aç bırakmıyor fakat özellikle küçük cocuklara hitap edecek ürünler de çok kısıtlı. Odaların düz ayak olması hoşumuza gitti. Akşamları otel ölü hale geliyor.

- Seyithan (6/5): F/P açışından sınıfta kaldı - F/P olarak sınıfta kaldığını söyleyebilirim. Pool bar’da çalışan hanımefendi kokteyl nasıl yapılır bilmiyordu. En basit dünya klasiklerinden olan margaritayı bile bilmiyordu. Havuz kısmındaki yemek bölümünde donuk ürünler kullanılıyor. O şekilde bile kötüydü. Oda havuz ve aktiveler güzeldi. Denizine daha fazla ozenilebilir. Sabah kahvaltısı daha başarılı olabilir. Backround tarafı geliştirildiğinde kusadasında 1 numara olacağından hiç şüphem yok. Deniz manzaralı odamızı seçtiğimiz halde bizi havuz manzaralı odaya aldılar.

Franchement il est pourri je reviendrai plus jamais

- Sabina (5/5): Passable - Location Pools Beachfront Food service needs to be improved. Not enjoyable and preferable. Daily bottle of water and cleaning service are not provided. Bottle of water is provided only on arrival day, then the guest needs to purchase water from their beverage shops every day if needed. Standard rooms are not comfortable. They are located in the back side of the premise and without window to open. At standard room, you need to open the glass door to get air. And it is inconvenient and uncomfortable to sleep or live in such room while having full glass door open. Everyone passing by can see the room. In the evenings, it is needed to use phone flash to find and open the door in the dark. Besides above, standard room is too small to live and move in. You may prefer deluxe room (at white houses on photos) which is much better than standard room option even if you are solo traveller. The hotel can be good option only if you need just beach, pools for your stay and good location which is beachfront and close to shopping mall - Kusadasi AVM. No any entertainment for the guests and children in the evening

- Humoud (1/5): Badest EVER .. - nothing really !!.. everything i don’t like .. first thing the staff was very very bery bad .. and i book the room with sea view and they give me last room and verybad view(garbage view) and when i ask view they tell pay extra! for big room ! even the bad verybad and the sheet old !! and the bathroom verybad smell!! and the ac very noise voice and room very small and many mosquito.. i give this hotel 1 star rate..
- zozana620 (2/5): If you want to spoil your holiday, you must definitely choose Risos - We were looking forward to our holiday at Risos. In general, my standard is not high when it comes to hotels, but you will not get what you see in the picture at all. Not a family friendly hotel. The food was bad and the staff were in no way cooperative. We went to another hotel after 2 nights. they didn't even clean up after people in the restaurant.. The only thing that was beautiful was the sunset.

- AlexBarb (10/5): I would not come to Kusadasi if I was not to stay here - I am rarely impressed by how much the management pays to attention to details. Everything in this hotel was obviously well-thought. Covid-Safe: the standards I've seen here were the highest I have saw this "weird" summer in Romania, Bulgaria, France, Germany and Greece. Masks, hand sanitizers, etc. provided in-room. Each member of the staff was wearing the mask, even outside in the July Sun. Kudos to the staff for that. The room: the greatest advantage is that the hotel has a very low density. About 50 rooms in total. We have upgraded to the exclusive rooms, with a nice decorative pool just in front. The rooms are set directly to the beach, rare thing for a hotel in Europe. You are literally on the beach. Room was big, having all the amenities, impeccably clean, big bathroom. Not a bad thing that I could say. You have either sunlounges or sunbeds free of charge. Beach was clean and very nice. Pool was the highlight. Very well designed, with a big area for children (50 cm deep) and a big area for swimming. Warm temperature, nice atmosphere. Restaurant was top. I mean really top. We specifically searched for a hotel without all-inclusive, it attracts a crowd that I prefer to avoid (the kind that likes tons of food and tons of alcohol). The half board was perfect, A nice hearthly breakfast which was served at the table by the very attentive staff (much better then the usual buffet), and a dinner served basically on thebeach, 5 meters from the sea. You could choose from an a la carte menu more food than you could eat, greatly presented on plates and of a quality that you do not find in all-inclusive hotels (grilled seabass or tzipura, chicken very well cooked, prawns with butter, grilled haloumi, fruit platter, etc). Service was, I am being honest, top notch. The F&B Manager Mr. Ozkan was day and night present and really a very professional and nice person, which I could not thank enough for making us feel great. All in all, I've seen the rest of Kusadasi, and the rest of hotels. If I would to come again, I would only come if I could stay in the exclusive room at Risus. If it was not available, I would simply not come. The only place in Europe, at the seaside, which really feels "exotic".
