- Martha (9/5): Fantastic stay in a lovely hotel - Lovely hotel just a short walk away from the main square. The rooms were clean and tidy and staff were very friendly. Also close to the bus stop which can take you to and from the airport and other attractions so a very good location. Would definitely look to stay again if ever back in Krakow.

- Mia (9/5): Hotel 32 - Rent och fräscht med centralt läge i gamla staden. Tio minuters sakta promenad till det stora torget. Vi tog en guidad promenadtur på 2,5 timme som gav en jättebra översikt. Ingenting.

This hotel is close to Wawel castle and pretty close to downtown, it is all walkable. The street was a bit noisy when the window was open and the bed was a bit firm, but the staff kindly supplied an extra matress topper.

- Linda (8/5): Good apart for breakfast issue - Convenient, clean and most staff were helpful There was an employee who was rude when I entered the breakfast room at 10.20. She asked if I knew they closed at 10.30. I said I did, she proceeded to say I could take what I needed to my room! I was astounded as I have travelled the world but never before come across this attitude. My husband arrived two minutes later and called her across to ask if we were allowed to finish breakfast in the breakfast room. It is common to clear at the closing time, advise guests in a polite way and leave then to finish their meal. It was an unpleasant and unnecessary situation.

- Joutsenoja (8/5): Kaikki tarvittava oli ok. Sijainti erinomainen. - Hotellin sijainti oli erinomainen ja sieltä löytyi kaikki tarvittava, mutta ei mitään ekstraa. Ei siis mikään wow-kokemus, mutta toimi hyvin matkan tukikohtana. Laitoin hakukoneen kriteeriksi "äänieristys", koska toivoin hyviä unia matkan aikataulun tiukkuuden takia. Huoneemme oli kuitenkin vilkkaalle kadulle ja alimmassa kerroksessa ja öisin heräsin useasti sieltä kantautuvaan meteliin. En pidä tätä erityisen yllättävänä ottaen huomioon, että hotelli on kaupungin keskustassa. Mutta silloin ei ehkä kannata hakukoneoptimoida sitä juuri äänieristyksellä.

- Susan (6/5): Ich würde nicht wieder buchen, nur die Grösse des Zimmers und Sauberkeit des Zimmers war gut, aber den Preis nicht wert - Zimmer war gross und sauber. Es hatte ein grosses Bad. Bett bequem Blick vom Balkon nicht wirklich schön, man sieht die Turmspitze vom Wawel, aber ansonsten nur Hinterhöfe und Blöcke von Hotels/Wohnung. Foto im Inserat täuscht. Dusche lief jeden Tag fast über und einmal schwamm das ganze Bad. Hotel an sich nicht wirklich schön, dunkel, Flure 0815 und ich fand das Frühstück nichts besonderes. Ostern gab es ein paar traditionelle Sachen, aber nicht herausragend. Keinerlei Deko , obwohl Ostern in Polen so ein wichtiger Feiertag ist. Die Sauna (Elektro) ein Witz. Es war unser längster Aufenhalt und teurer als andere schickere Hotels wie wir dann gesehen haben. Es war zu teuer für das was es bietet. Habe mich geärgert, das wir dort gebucht haben, weil das Zimmer gross war.

- Kemin (10/5): Відмінний готель в дуже зручній локації - Для мене це була зупинка на одну ніч для пересадки між літаком і автобусом. Готель я бронював з аеропорту, орієнтуючись виключно на ціну і локацію, і взагалі не очікував, що він повністю перевершить мої очікування! Після всього 20-25 хвилин моєї поїздки автобусом 300, працівниця ресепшну вже тримала в руках моє роздруковане бронювання, поселення не зайняло жодної зайвої хвилини. Номер був світлим, просторим, надзвичайно чистим, як і ванна кімната. Ліжко - комфортним, матраси дуже зручні. Я не скористався опцією сніданку в готелі, через бажання пройтись і поснідати деінде. Загалом - без найменших сумнівів зупинюсь в цьому готелі ще!

- HunkpapaII (10/5): Hotel 32 - The small hotel with the big heart! - A small but incredibly cozy hotel. Manned 24/7 - with helpful staff. Central, but in a quiet area that still has everything. The rooms are of a good size and the hygiene is impeccable. I have stayed here on three occasions myself. The hotel can be safely recommended!
