• Alessia (10/5): La mia prima volta - Palazzo storico in chiave moderna, ci sono varie stanze e anche un mini appartamento. Con Elsa c’è stato subito un imprinting, bellissima persona. Quando tornerò a Torino non posso non tornare lì. Grazie di tutto! Impossibile trovare qualcosa che non ti piace
• Anais (9/5): Magnifique chambre avec petit balcon, et petit-déjeuner incroyable - Très bien localisé, l'accueil est fantastique et l'hôte superbe ! Le petit déjeuner aussi est très appréciable et super bon. On a passé une très bonne nuit et avons été accueilli comme des rois avec mon ami. Ce n'est pas très bien isolé phoniquement, on entend beaucoup le couloir et le parquet qui grince ! ce n'est pas très grave toutefois, il y a peu de passage

You will receive all necessary ewuopmemt, hairdryer, coffemaker, clean towels and etc. Good impressione from staying here, good price via quality, specially in Turin. Volume of sounds is pretty high, but it is obviously in old building+depends on other guests

• francoise (9/5): Un endroit à conseiller sans hésitation. - Chambre spacieuse très propre et lit très confortable. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et très complet. Il est servi par Elsa qui est très chaleureuse. L'emplacement du Palazzo est bien placé pour visiter Turin. L'immeuble chargé d'histoire est magnifique. Quelques difficultés rencontrées à l'arrivée pour accéder à l'appartement mais excellente réactivité de la part de la gérante. Rien tout est parfait.

• MATHILDE (8/5): - Le petit déjeuner était exceptionnel. Le Palazzo Bellini était idéalement situé et très accessible. C'est un endroit très calme. La chambre était spacieuse et la propreté irréprochable. L'accès avec Vickey est, au départ, un peu complexe. Mais une fois que l'on a compris le système, c'est assez pratique. Le check-in est totalement autonome, ce qui peut être très pratique en cas d'arrivée tardive par exemple, mais du coup il n'y a personne pour nous accueillir. Nous n'avions que de petites serviettes dans la salle de bain, ce qui était un peu juste.

• Delphine (10/5): un hébergement magnifique proche du centre ville - nous étions 9 et avions réservé les 3 logements. Tout est magnifiquement décoré dans toutes les pièces. Le salon est très agréable pour se reposer en fin de journée. L'endroit est calme. Elsa nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Elle nous a préparé des petits déjeuners variés et délicieux. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

La posizione è ottima per visitare la città, tutto è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. La colazione è andata ben oltre le nostre aspettative: ricca, varia, sia dolce che salata, non mancava davvero nulla. Un plauso speciale all’host, estremamente gentile e disponibile, ha soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta con grande cortesia. Consigliatissimo! tutto perfetto

• Gill (10/5): - 15 minutes walk from Porta Susa, mostly under porticos, and 10 minutes from the centre. Plenty of places to eat within 200 metres. Large room with a very comfortable, large bed and small balcony. The bathroom is large and airy. The charming and very helpful Elsa prepares a breakfast with a large choice of food. Guests need to download an app to enter the building and apartment but it feels very secure.There is a charming old style and reliable lift. Excellent value. If you are happy with the absence of staff most of the time this is a great place to stay. The app took a bit of time to download possibly because of a poor signal in the courtyard.

• Stavroula (1/5): Awful experience. Not recommended - Central location We didn’t manage to stay. When we arrived, there was no one there to let us in, and we were left waiting on the street with our two small children after hours of driving. No one was answering the phone, and after 45 minutes someone finally answered, telling us that they had sent us an email with instructions to enter manually on our own. We never received any email. Moreover, when she tried to open the door remotely while speaking to us on the phone, the door wouldn’t open, and she kept insisting that we pull it, although it clearly wasn’t working. The system she uses is very poor, and the service was completely unprofessional. After a long conversation on the phone, she eventually came in person, but even then she couldn’t open the door herself. We finally got in because someone happened to be leaving the building. When we told her that we hadn’t received any email, she kept insisting she had sent it and claimed it was a problem with Booking.com and not her fault. She told us we needed to speak with Booking.com. However, she is the one who chose to run her rooms this way. Then she led us to the room I had booked, which was supposed to have 1 double bed and 2 single beds, as clearly selected through Booking. Instead, she showed us two separate rooms and kept insisting that this was considered “one room.” There was no clear communication on her part, and instead of apologizing to her guests, she kept repeating that the problem was with Booking.com. In the end, she even told us we could leave and not take the room if we didn’t like it! Her attitude was unacceptable, as was the entire service. Needless to say, we did not stay, and we do not recommend this place, as the service is completely inadequate and her behavior utterly unprofessional. Attached message that she sent to apologize for her rude behavior.
• H (8/5): Turin, on adore ! Architecture,immeubles liberty, somptueux grands cafés, la cuisine piémontaise❤️ - Le bâtiment, La chambre magnifiques, parquets, meubles, moulures on adore. Et le petit dej excellent et l’accueil top chaleureux de l’adorable Elsa qui nous a même fait chaque jour un délicieux gateau. Rapport qualité -prix un peu élevé vu que La chambre bleue donne sur la rue, que sa ( grande et belle) salle de bain est de l’autre côté du couloir et que l’hôtel est Un peu excentré pour les visites historiques et le marché ( palazzo Réali, Balo).

• Elke (4/5): Although a nice place an an excellent breakfast, we we almost not able to enter due to a technical problem. - Nice place, good bed, formidable breakfast The electronic entry (app) did not work, probably a problem of the router with access to Internet (the Internet was not accessible either and we were told by the housekeeper the next morning that the Internet had been unavailable since 1700 in the afternoon). We accept that this may happen, however unfortunate. However, the owner did neither react to a message via booking.com, nor was his listed mobile number available. This is completely unacceptable. We were only able to enter by sheer luck as somebody left the building, and a second person helped us to access the hallway. We had tried for half an hour by then, and were about to abandon and find another hotel.
