- Luca (1/5): - Camera veramente scura con anche qualche luce non funzionante, le finestre davano in un buco dove sono presenti tre macchinari a muro, durante la notte producevano un rumore fastidioso aggiungendo anche i compressori dei frigo della sottostante macelleria, letti veramente scomodi ( eccessivamente morbidi), pulizia poco curata ( nel letto, appena alzato il lenzuolo, ho trovato un capello e un pelo), non per ultimo solo due asciugamani doccia ( che asciugano pochissimo e di medie dimensioni) e un solo asciugamano viso.. Posizione comoda per il centro ma raggiungibile solo a piedi ( per i motociclisti che devono trasportare le valigie è veramente scomodo ), parcheggio moto all' aperto o viene indicato un parcheggio coperto non proprio vicino.

- flenger (4/5): - Die Lage und die Dame an der Rezeption hat sehr professionell reagiert als ich das Zimmer aus guten Gründen ablehnte. Das Zimmer war dunkel, wenn man aus dem Fenster blickte, sah man einen engen Schacht voller Rohre. Bei der Buchung wurden Fotos von diesem und anderen schöneren Zimmern gemixt. Bei meiner Beschwerde wurde gesagt, es seien alles diesselben Zimmerkategorien. Auf den Fotos war klar ersichtlich, dass dem nicht so war und dass ich dsssxweit schlecjtedze Zimmer von allen bekommen hatte.

- LILIANA (8/5): Buena locación - La ubicación es excelente, está a pasos del acueducto de segovia y el mesón de candido. Demasiadas escalas para la habitación, que cierren de 12 a 2:30pm la oficina. Y que el televisor es de el tamaño de un monitor pequeño de computador.
- JUAN JOSE (2/5): Decepcionante. - Cercanía al Centro. El Chekin In no te atienden antes de las 14:30 así que si llegas pronto tienes que estar con las maleta por la calle. La Ducha pequeña. Se escapa el agua por la mampara del baño . El colchón se hunde de un lado y eso que soy delgado . La colcha de la cama sucia. Internet fatal no llega ni a funcionar. Deberían informar que no tiene ascensor y tienes que subir 4 pisos con el peso de las maletas.

- Beate (9/5): - Sehr schönes modernes Zimmer direkt neben dem Aquedukt mit lautloser Klimaanlage und Fahrstuhl, hell und kein Straßenlärm Unser Fenster ging zum Hof. Es war zwar schön hell, aber man konnte es nicht öffnen, da im Hof die Klimaanlagen lärmten.

Al intentar que se sdaptaden a la hora de llegada del tren no obtuve ninguna respuesta. El colchón y la almohada son muy incómodas. Se hunden un montón.

- Mircea (7/5): With a car I would not stay at that location. - I could see the Aqueducts from my room. The check in was not so good, even if the lady was nice. The key to open the room door didn't work properly (it worked at the mane door, but not to my room), and at 8pm, nobody was there to help. Is no elevator and to carry a 23Kg. luggage it was not easy to the third floor (at 76 years). The garage for the car was is not close to the hotel and you have to carry the luggage all the way ( back and force).

- philippe (3/5): - L'emplacement Chambre n°13 très sombre, la lumière du jour vient d'une cour minuscule dans laquelle des compresseurs de clim apportent des vibrations très bruyantes qui vous reveillent sans arrêt en pleine nuit, wifi anémique, salle de bain sans extraction d'air et qui se transforme rapidement en hamam, portent qui claquent dans les couloirs, lampes de chevet non dissociées (il faut dévisser l'ampoule si vous voulez cous endormir avant votre conjoint). Bref, la plus mauvaise chambre que nous ayons eut ces 5 dernières années lors de nos nombreuses escapades ...

- keval (10/5): Comfy and very convenient - Cozy and steps was from the aqueduct :) Not something I didn’t like, but do note that the “reception” (at a drinks shop a couple of doors away) operates from 1430 onwards. But you can reach out to them to let them know you’re arriving early, for example, and they can store your bags for you before you check in. :)

Lo que no me terminó de convencer fue la ducha, ya que era algo enrevesado poner el agua caliente. Y la habitación no estaba muy bien insonorizada, alguna noche se escuchaba las otras habitaciones.

- Oliva Fernandez (1/5): La habitación de ,los bichos. - Lo mejor es la ubicacion. No estaba limpio, habia bichos en la cama. Un asco vamos. Por muy bien que este ubicado, no merece la pena.
- Eneritz (8/5): Ideal para una noche - La habitación amplia y limpia. Cama grande y cómoda. La ubicación perfecta, justo al lado del acueducto. Desde el parking (20euros el día) a 5 minutos andando. Check in facil y la chica muy amable y atenta. Bastante tránsito de personas muy temprano por la mañana por las zonas comunes y escaleras arrastrando maletas. Entraba bastante ruido a la habitación. No estaría mal que pusieran alguna toalla más.

- Gustavo (4/5): Semana Santa Segiviana. - Su ubicación justo al lado del acueducto. La habitación que nos tocó no tenía ventanas al exterior lo que hacía que la iluminación natural sea escasa, casi nula. Si vas cargado con maletas pesadas has de saber te tocará subir unas escaleras para llegar a tú habitación. En mi caso lo peor de la estancia es que en el patio interior había una especie de hidro que cada vez que se activaba por la noche nos despertaba. Otra cosa a tener en cuenta es que el check-in puede que no sea rápido y te tocará esperar (en nuestro caso 30min) para ser atendido. El alojamiento no está mal y te lo hacen saber nada más subes las escaleras y ves las buenas puntuaciones obtenidas en años anteriores pero en mi opinión se quedaron en eso y lo que un día fueron. Para justificar su precio aparte de una ubicación inmejorable tienen que mejorar en la relación con la calidad precio ofrecidas.
