• Георги (8/5): Good apartment to explore Rome - The location of the apartment was great. Quiet neighborhood near the park and 15 minutes walk from the center. Within 50 meters there are 4 restaurants, a shop and a cafe. There are 3 bedrooms + living room and separate kitchen. It is spacious.The person from the company who greeted us was nice. We didn't like 3 things and it's worth noting. The apartment needs some updating - the walls have black marks, the furniture is worn out, and the windows don't close properly. It was cleaned well by the previous tenants, including mold in the bathroom. And lastly, but because of the persistent messages I'll share it - they wanted to charge us 20 euros because we arrived at 9:00 PM and that's how we booked it. It seemed a bit "petty" to me, paying just over 1,000 euros for 4 nights.
• Krisnawati Desi (6/5): Perfect for Horror Movie Lovers - The location is pretty good, close to Spanish Stairs and public transports The apartment needs to be freshened up, everything was old, beaten up. The kitchen drawers were falling off, all the furnitures and appliances were old and dull. The ambience was a bit eery, so it would be a perfect place to stay if you love horror movies and wants to experience to be in one.

Spacieux, bien situé (quartier embrassades) près des jardins Borghese, correctement équipé Un des matelas peu confortable, rues bruyantes la nuit, déco un peu vieillotte mais c’est secondaire car c’était rare et vraiment appréciable de trouver un logement avec 3 chambres, 3 lits doubles.
• Elisabetta (9/5): Caterina One o One is a great apartment in a lovely and safe area at a reasonable price - I was in contact with the person in charge of handing me the keys via WhatsApp. He was there waiting for me on arrival. We arrived slightly earlier than check in time, but the owners were accommodating. Perhaps a smart TV I could connect my devices to? I would have liked to watch matches that were on on a bigger screen. Nothing else. The apartment was otherwise perfect for us.
• Petr (9/5): - Vybavení starší, ale vše čisté a parádně dle domluvy připravené. Vše bez jakéhokoliv problému. Lokalita super, všude dojdete pěšky. Za 5 dnů jsme použili metro pouze 1x a to cestou do Vatikánu. I zpět jsme šli pak pěšky. Vřele doporučuji.

• David (8/5): Comfortable place to stay in a brilliant location - Very spacious, everything we needed was in there. Clean. Comfortable beds. Excellent location - lots of shops nearby and everything you want to see is easy to get to. Nothing about the property, it was lovely. Only thing about the location is the road could get a bit busy late at night and early in the morning so if you have the window open it’s quite noisy, but that’s not the property’s fault.

• José (8/5): Nice, extremely clean and very confortable apartment in an excellent neighborhood. - A very nice lady from the agency, Diana, greeted us at the property when we reached it. She was kind and helpful, both before we arrived and during our stay. Only one large towel was provided per person. Usually properties of this category provide at least 2. Also, the kitchen equipment was quite basic, for example only 2 tiny expresso coffee makers were provided. For 6 guests, in Italy, this could be improved.

• Sangeetha (10/5): Centrally located property with helpful and responsive host - Apartment is centrally located with each access to busses, tourist attractions and convenience stores. Caterina is very organized and sent me details about the property, local attractions, etc well ahead of time before our arrival. She not only suggested and booked a private transfer for our after midnight arrival but also had a member of her staff receive us on our arrival and show us around the apartment. Our arrival into Rome couldn’t have been smoother and more comfortable!
• Richard (10/5): Great apartment. - Great location in a lovely apartment block and in a quiet neighbourhood close to a large park. 30 mins walk to Forum and 15 min walk to main train/bus station. The apartment is on the first floor and was quiet and cool in the heat. Small supermarkets and restaurants close nearby.

The location is comfortable and close to restaurants and other attractions like the Piazza Spagnola, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and the Hop on Bus and a quick taxi ride to the Vatican and Trastevere. We had a wonderful vacation!!

Immaculately clean with a wide array of amenities, it's situated incredibly close to the city center and major attractions, making it convenient for exploring by foot. The peaceful neighborhood added to the charm, allowing us to stroll easily to iconic spots like the Trevi Fountain and Roman Forum. Additionally, the area boasts fantastic restaurants. The host was exceptionally helpful, providing us with valuable notes on things to do and great dining recommendations, which made our stay even more enjoyable and memorable. However, one downside was the heating system, which tended to make the apartment uncomfortably warm, especially given the pleasant weather during our New Year visit to Rome.
