• Karuna (10/5): Eine Perle! - Ein absoluter Glückstreffer! Das Zimmer ist wunderschön und die Lage in den Gässchen des Palastes ist einzigartig. Nikolina und Baldo sind 1a Gastgeber, sie haben uns bei der Anreise mit Parktips versorgt und ein tolles, authentisches Restaurant empfohlen. Der Check in war super einfach. Das Bett ist extrem bequem, das Zimmer blitzsauber und im Zimmer hörte man nichts von den Bars und Menschen unten in den Gassen. Wir würden immer wieder kommen. Vielen Dank! Nichts, es war alles perfekt!!

• Elaine (10/5): Accueil exceptionnel et hébergement au coeur de la vieille ville. - Nous avons séjourné trois nuits. L'accueil est formidable et les propriétaires sont vraiment très sympathiques. La chambre est spacieuse et d'une propreté impeccable. Tout est disponible pour cuisiner de petits plats simples. La situation géographique est exceptionnelle, au coeur de la ville historique à quelques pas seulement des sites culturels. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Le stationnement est plus compliqué mais le propriétaire nous a indiqué quelques options, pas très loin de notre hébergement.

La chambre donne sur la cour intérieure et se trouve dans la vieille ville. Ambiance charmante et emplacement idéal pour se déplacer à pied. Ceci concerne la ville de Split en général : se garer est cher ou difficile. Cet hôtel ne dispose pas de parking car les voitures ne sont pas autorisées dans la vieille ville. Prévoyez de chercher une place et de marcher ensuite avec vos bagages.

• Allison (10/5): Cute and Cozy - Location was ideal - central but tucked away. Directly across from an excellent specialty coffee shop. The room itself was very cozy and perfect set up. I enjoyed having a kitchen and dining area for a few days. Room window looked out over a garden. Hosts were very kind and willing to help.

Hosts were welcoming and gave us great information about Split Small things, but the pillows were very soft and another 2 would have been good. The bed was comfortable but very creeky.

I don't think I remembered it was inside the city walls and was such a treat! We really appreciated both his restaurant recommendations and how best to see the city of Split! Nothing!
• Samuel (8/5): Great, charming and clean! - The flat is located in the heart of the old city, inside a charming historic building. It has been newly renovated and was spotlessly clean. The host was wonderful – he welcomed us personally, and even though we usually prefer self check-in with a key box, it was a real pleasure to meet him. He spent a few minutes telling us about the city’s history (he’s a tour guide!) and gave us great tips on what to do and where to eat. A very friendly and discreet person. Overall, it’s a charming and very clean flat with a fantastic host, perfectly located in the heart of a city over 1000 years old. We were very happy with our stay and highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys being surrounded by history. The only minor downside was the lack of some facilities: there was a fridge and a kettle, but no cups to make tea or coffee, and the bathroom lacked a small shelf to place our toiletries. That was on us, though — we hadn’t paid attention to these details when booking.

Baldo est très accueillant. L'insonorisation (On entend le réveil qui sonne dans la chambre d'à côté) et le cadre de lit qui grince dès qu'on se retourne.

• Marion (9/5): Lovely place to stay for a short trip. Everything you need. Would come back for future stays. - Great location for everything. Room was comfortable and the facilities were great. The team were attentive and very helpful. The only issue that couldn’t be changed was the shower head angle. It was set so you couldn’t wash yourself without taking the shower head off the holder. If it was angled better (you couldn’t move it around) then it would have been perfect.

• Shruti (10/5): - Baldo and Nikolina were very friendly and approachable so getting to the place and asking for luggage storage both before and after my stay was not an issue. The place is situated in the best possible location in Split. Very convenient for sightseeing within Split and for catching the day tours from Split. The room was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The AC was very welcome. It was a beautiful place and I really didn't want to leave! Places like these leave you with a fond memory of the city (and country) you're visiting. Nothing.

Der Eigentümer, Baldo, ist äusserst freundlich und hilft bei allen Fragestellungen. Wir haben uns extrem gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Auch der Transfer ab Wohnung (Flughafen)wurde freundlicherweise durch Baldo übernommen. Wir werden diese Unterkunft in unserem Freundeskreis sicher weiterempfehlen! Es war alles perfekt!

• Anthi (10/5): Εξαιρετική! - Το κατάλυμα ήταν ακριβώς μέσα στην παλιά πολύ πολύ κοντά στην είσοδο της! Ήταν υπέροχο και σε πολύ βολικά τοποθεσία για να μπορείς να πας παντού με τα πόδια! Ο Baldo εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης, μας έδωσε όλες τις απαραίτητες πληροφορίες και ήταν διαθέσιμος για ό,τι κι αν χρειαστήκαμε! Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο και περάσαμε υπέροχα! Όλα ήταν τέλεια!

• sanjoy (10/5): Great location, exceptional hosts - NIkolina and Baldo are exceptional hosts. On our last day (after checking out and leaving our bags), there was a heavy rain storm. Nikolina provided large sturdy bags to protect our suitcases so they would not get wet on our walk to the ferry port. The location is perfect for access to the tourist sights, restaurants and the ferry port. We stayed in the quad room even though there were just two of us. It was roomy, well furnished and had a view of the gardens next door. The weather was perfect, so we never had to use the air conditioning, so I cannot comment on that. The shower was great --never ran out of hot water. The bed was comfortable. I would stay here again should we return to Split. I have already recommended that my friends stay here when they visit Split.

If you want to see the old town there is no better place! Parking near Old Town is very difficult. If you are driving, best to drop your luggage with a member of your group near the north gate to old town and then go park the car. The room was charming and very clean. 10/10 would stay again!

• Sharon (8/5): This is a small, conveniently located room with a perfect host. - The building is perfectly situated right inside the walls of the palace, so you are in the thick of the tourist area and all its sights. Yet, the apartment itself is on a quiet little alley and overlooks a small (and rare) green space. The host, Baldo, is great, so helpful, enthusiastic and friendly. We found the small fridge useful. The room in which we stayed was the smallest of the three and there wasn’t much room for suitcases. The other two are much roomier, with the larger being a studio. Also, our hot water ran out if we showered one after the other.

The host, Baldo, is very attentive and friendly - The building is perfectly situated right inside the walls of the palace, so you are in the thick of the tourist area and all its sights, yet on a quiet little alley. The host, Baldo, is great, so helpful, enthusiastic and friendly. This room was the middle in size of the three and there was tons of room for suitcases, a small table with chairs and a convenient mini-fridge.
