- Verified traveler (4/5): Désagréable - Un très mauvais service, avec les bagages et les enfants, il fallait se déplacer à pizza roma pour récupérer les clés par taxi water et reprendre un autre taxi pour aller à l'appartement situé au 2ème étage sans ascenseur. L'appartement est grand mais mal meublé avec une climatisation artisanale qui ne marchait pas au salon, dans la chambre à coucher, elle faisait un bruit infernal. Pour avoir l'eau chaude, il fallait laisser couler l'eau une dizaine de minutes, le premier jour, j'ai pris ma douche à l'eau froide. Très bruyant, le bruit des gens qui parlaient tt la nuit, la cloche, une allarme anti vol d'un appartement à côté. La litterie était dure, les oreillers trop inconfortables. Je n'ai pas pu utiliser le micro onde, C'était écrit sur la prise, ne pas toucher, dans la confusion, j'ai préféré ne pas l'utiliser, Pas de serviettes de table même en papier. Sans climatisation et avec une chaleur infernale, nous avons laissé les fenêtres ouvertes, les moustiques nous ont piqués, Avec les deux taxi water , nous sommes arrivés au même prix que L'hôtel san clémente que nous avions pris une semaine avant, puisque entre temps, nous avons fait une croisière, mais sans aucune comparaison du confort et du service, c est bien dommage.
