Aboutaleb (3/5): Very bad choice - Clean The price value equation is very low Very old, no maintenance, it’s a basement flat with no good sun access Some time no cold water in the bathroom .. only very hot water There no way to contact the owner but through Email which not practical or direct way! The interior walls are broken and very old Not recommend at all

Karen (5/5): Passable - Good location - easy access to tube/buses. Could not check in - Was a Friday night and no access - Long struggle on phone to sort out after a long days travel. Bathroom sink plug did not open - had to scoop water out with a bowl and had stagnant water whole stay. Ironing board was broken beyond repair - had to iron on floor/table. Washing machine did not work at all - piece missing on the door - Had to use laundromat down the road at extra expece. Door to balcony very difficult to open as key kept on getting stuck - sometimes worked sometimes did not No-one to phone to come and fix the above as was over a weekend - told had to wait till the week.

Urshywatt (5/5): the location was excellent the size of the flat was amazing our Pug Gisele loved the garden area - self catering the mattress is old and the headboard was stained, the pillows need to be replaced the oven was filthy I didn't need to use the oven but needs to be cleaned people are paying huge money to stay here the countertops were greasy the kitchen floor was not clean too many extra charges at exorbitant rates I bought my own extra bedding and pillows i had to look under the bed for something i dropped, it is filthy this flat needs a deep clean I was extremely busy during the week and when I did need to contact the for assistance it was out of their hours we called 3 times to emergency number to ask to extend our stay they did not help us bad communication paying this rate you should have a team on call 24/7

The heater and water heater boiler not working for day one of my stay and maintenance did not come as promised… eventually resolved on 2nd day. main door to unit not realy solid in terms of secure… easily can be opened if push strongly.

I love London!! - We stayed at Urban Stay's apartment and were pleasantly surprised - The apartment is super well located, literally everything is within walking distance or you can just hop on the tube and explore all of London. Megi from Urban Stay was very nice and helped us a lot with finding our way around the apartment and accommodating our requests. Had the best time in London! No luggage storage is a little bummer but there's a luggage hero place nearby, so this helped ;)
Abigail (1/5): Bad. - This was honestly a rough stay with no communication from the host. The location was nice but that’s about it. I don’t have many good things to say. It was dirty. The heater was broken, the oven and stove didn’t work. It’s listed as a ground floor apartment but it’s actually a basement. The beds have springs sticking out that were extremely uncomfortable.
