- Holly (4/5): No pride of ownership! - The cleanliness of the unit was on par for what you would expect from a $50 per night motel, yet this rental company was charging hundreds of dollars per night. The vibe when you walk in? Cheap. Run down. They are pulling in tons of money and yet we had to drape bedsheets over the couch to sit down because it was covered in disgusting stains. The furniture, especially on the balcony was uncomfortable, broken or both. With the amount of money that they are making from these rentals, they should have the decency to provide clean and non-broken furniture. It just smelled of a money grab with no respect for the renter. You will require a car due to the location at the edge of town, parking for four nights was $50. Thank goodness the beach is beautiful, it’s what saved the trip. Rent somewhere else.
- Kayla (8/5): - Our family had a great time here. We would definitely recommend and return here! We didnt have any issues. Was very easy to check in. The communication was great. Our condo was very clean and exactly as we imagined. View was beautiful. The pools and hot tubs were amazing! The beach is very close and easily accessible. Our only tiny complaint was the bed in the master bedroom was very hard and cheap. The frame wasn't sturdy and was very uncomfortable. Other than that we had a great time.

- Norman (10/5): - Lighthouse was fun! It was our family first stay for a week on the beach. Condo was a good size and our family was comfortable (important). We came down for softball tournament. We felt safe and relaxed at all times. I would go back without hesitation!!!
- Heather (6/5): - Pros: Condo had a great view and balcony, was mostly quiet, and the location was convenient to restaurants, activities, and provisions. Perfect size for our family of 4. Cons: Management company was overzealous in looking for “violations.” We received a notice of a fine imposed for hanging towels on the balcony rails which we did not do. We contested it, the office employee went back through the video footage and determined we were not the culprits, and we did not get fined in the end. But it was irritating to have to dispute it in the first place. Beds were uncomfortable. Bunk room stays hot. No beach amenities with the condo - bring your own chairs/beach towels/umbrellas. Overall, not sure if we would return to this location or another property managed by Hosteeva.
- Paul (10/5): - Sometimes pictures make a place look bigger and better. This was not the case for Lighthouse 504. It was huge. Tons of room for two adults and four teens. We didn’t have to buy anything for the beach. They had it waiting for us. (Umbrellas. Chairs, floats, boards, you name it. So incredibly beautiful and the view was incredible.

- Jamie (10/5): NCAA D2 Volleyball Parent Stay - Great property and location. Our girls played in the NCAA D2 Sand Volleyball tournament, this location was perfect. Walking distance. Quiet, easy to get in and out, close to everything.

- Kimberlee (6/5): Would not rent from Vacasa again! - The hot tub was cold, we did not get any communication before arriving. When we finally got the code and room number, the code didn’t work. We were told we would be given two parking passes, but we ended up having to pay for them. The extra blankets were covered in sand, the ice maker in the fridge was broken. The room door would not stay shut unless we slammed it, and there was damaged to many parts of the condo. We also saw roaches.
- Sandra (6/5): - The trip to Gulf Shores was fabulous. The amenities at Lighthouse were very nice. Wonderful view and a nice big patio on the 16th floor. However, if you book with them you will be booking through Vacasa and you need insurance. Hurricane Helene almost kept us from going and there was not going to be any kind of change, refund or even a credit for a later date allowed. We would've lost every dime. We went because eventually Helene moved eastward a bit and Pensacola didn't get hit so flight wasn't canceled. We lucked out. Outside of building is beautiful. Things were clean. The condo itself was quited outdated with furnishings. Living room furniture was very worn down and not very comfortable. Beds were fine. This vacation would be 5 stars if condo was updated and they were more flexible for bad weather.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Satisfied with stay - The hotel was a nice place to stay. Check-in information came the day of check in and not 48 hours in advance like previously stated. The condo itself was clean and comfortable. The pools and grounds could have been maintained better, like sand swept from the pool and hot tubs. Upon checking in, parking passes and wristbands have to be picked up in a small office with only one person working and a very long line. Overall, I would return to this condo as the group was very happy overall.

- britt (8/5): - When i booked this location, it doesnt mention all the construction going on. It was quiet and located right on the beach. We went down a couole floors and walked out where there is a pool and then the sand. The outside pool is not heated. There is an inside pool located on east side of the building but again-you have to go through construction. The walking there is not covered and you have to go through a parking garage-at least where we were. All the appliances inside the condo were new. They did a very quick remodel.. caulking and baseboards were bad. There was orange dust on the walls and baseboards were dirty. Not sure if someone comes and cleans it or they just tidy up. They supply all dishes to use. There is a tv in both rooms and living room. The bunk beds are basically in a closet. The balcony over looks the beach. Despite all the construction everywhere -it was relatively quiet. It has an excellent location. The beds were so stiff. I literally tossed and turned and woke up sore. Everyone in my party-even the kids-saoid the beds are way too firm. Like sleeping on plywood. Id stay here again once construction is over and id bring my own Mattress topper.

- Erin (10/5): family time - The condo was very nice. Perfect location, decoration style, size. Had some trouble with the WiFi but the people at the 800 number got that taken care of. My only complaint was the jets in the tub would not work and the dryer wouldn't run at all which made things difficult after washing a full load of clothes and towels. Other than those 2 things I was happy with our stay and would come back again for sure! I didn't have them come fix the 2 problems because I didn't want the people coming and going and it was only a 4 day stay for us.
