But s ok still manageable Very dissatisfied this time bcoz , first the tv Not functions till we HV to call Mantainance to fix it then Mrng started bck to download ... Final also couldn't watch anything . Second the sink water tap spoiled the water splash out here n there .. there is no Mineral water in room. We HV to keep calling fr each things to receptions .

Cleanliness great Bed and pillow and comforter great Toilet great Room is spacious. No hand soap at basin . Even a small bar of soap would be nice to have . Towel rack is too low which cannot hang shower towel. This is main drawback of the room.

I would say not worth for the money. Other than that its a decent to good place to stay. Comfortable room. Room. Got free netflix and radio channels.

Furthermore, Sunway Pyramid is just 9 km from the hotel. The room is large and clean, and the staff are nice. The parking area is easy to find and spacious. Overall, it was good except for the breakfast. The breakfast had limited choices and was not tasty. The porridge did not come with any side dishes. The fried noodles were not tasty, and most of the food was not properly warmed.

I only found out from the security footage that they had! Not a single apology, no good service—very disappointing! I'll never come back!

Staffs are helpful as well The breakfast is really bad. Please improve your taste and variety. The carpets in the lift badly need to be changed. The only problem is the choices of the dishes for breakfast is less and some hot dishes did not warm up become cold, need to be improved. Overall, this hotel is comfort and nice to stay.
• rrk0307 (8/5): Good place for a staycation & chill as the price is reasonable & affordable but with quality service - The room & toilet are clean. I like it when we checked in, the room was cold. The room is quite spacious too. Plus point for having free Netflix for guests. At some hotels, you have to use your own account to use Netflix. So good job. The breakfast is delicious, I love it, but the choices are quite limited. However, it is still worth every penny. I enjoyed it. The parking is quite confusing, you should share parking directions with your guests on the day they want to check in. The good thing is they respond quite fast when I WhatsApp them asking about the parking. So good job.

• Ruth (9/5): A lovely hotel which we used as a stopover in between flights. - The large, comfortable room with ample storage space. The breakfast wasn’t great with lots of options. The pool being overlooked by the dining area.
