• Gomez (1/5): First time! Bad experience - Location We booked for 13 people only to be informed that they would only accommodate 7 people. We PAID for 13 pax. They also changed the rooms booked with no emails or text informing us ahead of time. Would not recommend booking online.

I also like how a particular staff advised us on securing our items while walking at the streets near the stay. Dirty environment (outside the stay). AC was too loud and barely cooled the room. We booked for a 6pax max room with 3 bunk beds and the room was too small. Private shower has a smell. Water is too weak.

I did't expected that the room was not airconditioned as what stated in the inclusions.It's a shared bathroom, which is also stated that it was a private bathroom, the flow of water is so slow. The room was not ventilated, there is unpleasant odor, you cant sleep well due to the noise outside, you can evn hear the sound coming from the next room. The place must atleast provide soap or toothpaste. There must be a heater each room, since it was a family room.

It’s so hot we can’t sleep in spite of available 4 fans we felt like we’re inside the oven. As in super hot! There’s a window but no air is passing through. There’s no detailed amenities stated in the booking app, we only found it out when we are checking in so we have no choice but to push through our stay. Btw, I honestly don’t have an idea that I booked a fan room. Yes, the price was cheap, but it was not obvious to me since I booked too late (1130pm) so I thought it was just a generous or pamigay offer. The common bathroom was also not stated in the app, it was too far from our room as we are in the end part of the floor (it’s like 6 or 7 rooms before we reach the bathroom). Over-all we ended up half asleep all night. No wifi too, but this one was stated in the booking app but we were not able to avail.

It had specified on the property that there is a private bathroom but I was deceived since the staff mentioned the room booked does not have a private bathroom, just common shared bathroom. Plus the room is located on the third floor and stairs
