- Kristen (10/5): A magical Lego experience for Lego-loving families - The little details at the Legoland Hotel really made the stay unforgettable for our family. The kids were presented with a small gift on arrival, which immediately made them feel special and excited. In the room there was a treasure hunt for them to complete together, which led to unlocking a safe containing another surprise gift. It was such a fun and interactive experience. We also loved the Lego wet play area, which had large floating Lego bricks for the kids to play with. Sessions were limited to 30 minutes and needed to be booked, which actually worked well as it kept the area enjoyable and not overcrowded. There was also a creative Lego workshop space available for an additional cost, which we thought was absolutely worth it. The boys got to choose from two different Lego designs, build them during the session, and then take them home afterwards. They were also given a little workbook to keep. Our boys are huge Lego enthusiasts, so this was the perfect experience for them. Breakfast had a huge variety of options and dinner was lovely. Staying true to the Lego theme, even the burgers and chips were shaped like Lego, which the kids thought was amazing. Being located so close to Legoland was a massive bonus and made everything very easy for families. There were also plenty of restaurants located right next to the hotel at the pier area. The only downside during our stay was that many of the restaurants near the hotel at the pier were closed on Wednesday night, which limited dining options slightly.

- Taisuke (7/5): 非常に楽しめた部分もありこどもたちも喜んでいたが、この値段ならもう少し高いレベルのホテル体験を期待していた - レゴの世界観がとてもよく、こどもたちが非常に喜び楽しんでいた。 レゴランドの目の前という立地はとてもありがたい。 チェックインや荷物預かりもスムーズでした。 こどもたちは宝探しや二段ベッド、壁の装飾(レゴの虫)が楽しかったようです。 屋内プールの更衣室が狭すぎる。入替え制をとるということは、一斉に更衣室へ戻ってくるのに、あの狭さはかなりキビシイ。自分のロッカーまでいけない、身体を拭いて服を着替えるのも一苦労。狭いから床中が濡れており、入り口付近で靴下を履かなければならないが、その入り口付近も狭い。 あと、ロッカーに鍵がないのはなぜ？せめて、荷物のところにはなくても、貴重品ロッカーくらい普通ないですか？(私が見つけられていなかったなら申し訳ないです) あの狭い更衣室で鍵のないロッカーに荷物を置いて置くことは無理でした。 朝食ですが、徒列をもう少し見直した方がいい。 壁沿いに料理が並べられているが、みんなその壁沿いに並んでしまう。スタッフは「お好きなところからお取りください」という案内をしていたが、あの並びからをしていると、入りづらいし、本当に並んでいる人を抜かしてしまう可能性もある。 他の日はうまくまわっているのかもしれないが、私が訪れたときは、そんな感じで他の人たちも戸惑っている感じがあった。 あと、エッグベネディクトは、小皿に1つずつのせて提供した方がいいのではないでしょうか。 私も他の人も、トングではうまく取ることができず、タマゴが滑り落ちてしまっていた。これはとても萎えるので、めんどくさいかもしれませんが、私は小皿で提供してもらいたいですね。

- Fiona (8/5): Got us in the mood for legoland, staff were great. - All the detailed lego themed touches were fun, the elevators were a highlight. The area was safe and directly opposite the park entrance. Staff were great and anticipated issues we might have before and after a full day at the park. The dinner was a bit overpriced.

- sanami (8/5): 親子の思い出に最適、予習必須。 - スタッフの方がシールに絵を描いてプレゼントしてくれたり、作ったものを受付カウンターに飾ってくれたり、部屋に電話がなくなっていてルームサービスのシステムが変わっていることを気にかけて翌日も声をかけてくれたりしました。 誕生日イベントされてる方も多くて、いつか誕生日月に行きたいなと思いました。 大浴場がなくユニットバスなのが疲れが取れにくかったです。お車なら近くの銭湯に行ってもいいかも。 レストランの食事がかなりインスタント、冷凍寄りに感じました。バーはどうなんでしょう？ 彩レストランも、人気らしい三千円のお寿司セットを選びましたがいまいちで、初日以外は予約してありましたが遠慮しました。 プールはかなり寒いので、順に浴びる最後にシャワーを列の最後になるように並び、お湯の温度を上げさせてもらい全身をあたため、タオルを3枚もらいました。 レゴ作りワークショップはお台場のレゴのワークショップより高いのにサポートがないので、満足度が低いです。 2in1でここだけの限定品、という部分に価値を感じてアイテムが欲しいならぜひ。

- Kuah (9/5): Complete Legoland Experience - It was really worth staying at the hotel because after a long day of walking around, it was nice to not have to travel far. The breakfast also had a good variety to suit everyone. Loved having the Lego pits around to entertain the kids within the hotel. The theme rooms/floors also added to the whole experience. It would have been nice if guests of the hotel had the option for re-entry into the park as a benefit of staying at the hotel.
