Guest Reviews
- Dmitri (2/5): - I would rate this property as 1.5 - 2 stars equivalent to U.S. hotels.
* The room is small, a/c noicy. Provided towels are not clean.
* Walls are paper thin and what the neighbors are talking or listening to is quite loud. I did not get _any_ sleep because of that.
* The building is made of wood and it is super squicky. Any time somebody walks on the 2nd floor or climbing up the stairs there is so much noice created.
* The bathroom sink does not have usual Hot/Cold taps, instead you unscrew/loosen the tip of the tap and the water starts coming.
* The toilet is an eco-toilet where you don't thow used toilet paper into the toilet. The sign gives the instructions. Instead, place you used toilet paper into a trash for it to smell until the next room cleaning.
* The shower stall does not match the pictures. It is just an open space old showerhead and a broken drain hole in the floor.
* The room locking is mechanical with some tricky way push-here-roll-there technique.
* The cars are parked on the property taking up a lot of walking space. In the evening, the feeling like living on a parking lot.
* The check-out is informal, just return the key with no receipts or any paperwork produced even when asked.
- Oindrela (8/5): The hotel has been demolished on 29.10.2020 - The main problem is that due to Coastal Regulations, and Environmental laws, all structures of Morjim beach with 1st floor are recently pulled down by the authorities, for enabling light and heat to directly descend on the breeding grounds of Ridley Turtles. So actually casa Obrigado doesn't exist, it exists only on paper. But owner of the place relocates tourists in a non Seaview sister concern place at arambol, which is good in structure but far away from the beach. So please remember, the morjim beach-accommodation isn't extant anymore, you book for casa Obrigado, u end up in a far from the shores place near Arambol named Casa Siesta
