• Flor Ruani (9/5): - El lugar es hermoso, el jardín es espectacular, tiene pileta que no usamos, ya que fuimos a la playa. El desayuno estaba ok, podías elegir entre varias opciones. La habitación era amplia con friobar y el baño estaba completo, ofrecían shampoo, acondicionador y jabón gratís. Es un lugar muy lindo para poder descansar. El personal fue muy amable durante toda la estadía. El wifi anda muy mal en las habitaciones, casi que no pudimos hacer uso de él por lo mal que funcionaba, sería un punto escencial a mejorar, y le daría al lugar una estadía brillante.

Fui super bem recebido, o rapaz da receção e apoio é super simpático e sempre disponível. Aluguei moto com eles também e se voltar a uluwatu ficarei lá De certeza.

• Karin Charlotte (9/5): Sehr entspannt und gelassen. Ich habe mich sehr wohl - Der Garten und das Pool sind toll. Man konnte auch bei Regen gut in der Unterkunft entspannen. Absolut still. Auch mit den anderen Gästen entspannt. Staff war sehr lieb und hilfsbereit. Ich konnte ganz spontan eine (zusätzliche) Nacht im Bungalow schlafen (obwohl eigentlich ausgebucht war). Danke! Alles war sauber... Besser als erwartet - gut, dass ich mich nicht an so manch kritische Rezension, die ich vorher gelesen hatte, gehalten habe. Kleine Minibar. Föhn und Hygieneprodukte vorhanden. Wäscherei, Kaffees, Restaurants, Tankstelle, Supermarkt in Gehnähe. Sonnenuntergang und Beach auch. Es war alles fein. Ein großer Wasserspender fuer die ganze Unterkunft wäre fein.

• MAI (7/5): 朝食が出来立てで美味しい！ - ウルワツ寺院に近かったので場所が良かったです。子供２、大人２名で本来は一部屋全員で宿泊したかったのですが、仕方なく２部屋借りましたが、部屋がそれぞれとても近かったので行き来しやすく良かったです。朝食は頼んでから作ってくれるスタイルだったのでとても時間がかかりましたが、その分手作りの美味しさがあり満足でした。特にフレッシュジュースはしぼりたてを出してくれるので子供が喜んでいました。フロントの方も調理してくださる方も皆さん親切で好印象でした。 シャワーとトイレが同じ場所にあり、仕切りがないのでトイレの足元が水浸しになってしまい使いづらかったです。玄関ドアや窓に隙間があり、虫が入ってきそうで不安でした。

• Birgit (10/5): Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, schöner Garten und geräumige Zimmer. - Die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig. Man hat alles was man braucht. Die Dusche ist nicht abgegrenzt im Bad, daher ist alles nass, wenn man duscht. War aber nicht schlimm für mich. Der Garten ist wirklich sehr schön angelegt mit dem Pool in der Mitte. Hier kann man sich wohl fühlen und die Lage ist auch gut und ruhig.

Cleaning should be more extensive: I moved the fridge to get something I dropped and discovered it was really dirty, not cleaned for months... The bathroom floor was not cleaned, there was stains from sand and other. Must be brushed and disinfect properly. Also thete was mold - still is at the lavabo and cornets of the shower , cleaned some of it but is still mold! The bed was confortable. Also there is not even a small furniture in the bathroom to put the toiletries.. The hair dryer is very weak. One chair should be in the bedroom. The morning light was coming through the gaps of the curtains, I had to put my sarongs above and pillows on the floor to make it dark... The shower head needs to-be decalcified! The mirror in the room is too high so cannot see properly the body length. Breakfast was OK, coffee not good. The kettle needs to be decalcified ( easy with white vinegar: put some in, when hot, switch off and the calk will go away. The garden and the outdoors area was very nice, and peaceful, the stuff very friendly. Also, I noticed that the cooking pans which they use to prepate breakfast are damaged and is health hazardous, must be . replaced.

• Remy (9/5): un hôtel très agréable, calme, avec une piscine parfaite, un personnel adorable et une localisation - Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet hôtel. Le plus gros point fort, c’est clairement la piscine juste en face de notre petite villa : on ouvrait la porte, et on y était directement. C’était calme, relaxant, et parfait pour se détendre. Il y avait un bed dans la piscine pour faire la sieste, des transats, et nous avions un petit balcon privé où faire sécher le linge ou juste se poser tranquillement. La piscine n’était pas très grande, mais largement suffisante, et surtout rarement fréquentée : un vrai bonheur. La chambre était confortable et agréable. Le seul bémol, c’est la salle de bain, avec la douche juste à côté des toilettes — pas très pratique ni très agréable. Mais honnêtement, tout le reste (calme, piscine, localisation) fait vite oublier ce détail. Le personnel était adorable, super accueillant et très arrangeant. Le dernier jour, alors que nous avions un vol très tard, ils nous ont laissé rester plus longtemps dans la chambre, puis profiter de tout l’hôtel après le check-out. On a passé l’après-midi à se reposer sur le bed de la piscine, et on pouvait même utiliser une douche du personnel si on voulait se rafraîchir avant de partir. L’hôtel propose aussi la location de scooters, indispensable à Uluwatu : marcher là-bas n’est pas très sûr, surtout la nuit, et le scooter est vraiment la meilleure option. Bien penser à rouler à gauche, évidemment. Et surtout… mention spéciale pour le restaurant Jeffry, tout près de l’hôtel. On pouvait y aller à pied 3 min, mais mieux vaut y aller en scooter si c’est le soir, car les rues sont très sombres. La nourriture y est incroyable : nasi goreng, plats locaux, options végétariennes, smoothie bowls… tout était délicieux, pas cher, et tellement bon qu’on y est retourné encore et encore. C’est même devenu notre restaurant préféré du séjour ! Un hôtel très agréable, calme, avec une piscine parfaite, un personnel adorable et une localisation idéale pour profiter d’Uluwatu en scooter.

Le lit bébé (payant) a été apporté à 20h alors que demandé en avance et relancé 2 fois sur place (le bébé dort à 19h habituellement). Aussi pas de dîner sur place, alors que nous avions échangé des message sur le dîner. Incompréhensible. Et la conservation des aliments pour le petit déjeuner est vraiment très limite (beurre ouvert en plein air avec des mouches), de fait nous ne l’avons pas consommé. C’était le moins bon hôtel de notre voyage.

The staff were super friendly — especially Mas,uL, who made me feel completely at home. I honestly didn’t plan to come back, but because of his kindness and how welcome I felt, I’ve decided to return in a few weeks! Such a quiet, relaxing place to chill with a beautiful pool and lovely surroundings. Definitely recommend it to everyone!

The location was perfect and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. My shower head was broken off the wall but it didn’t bother me. I just don’t want other visitors to complain about it.
