- Tasha (5/5): If you have a bigger budget I would stay in the beach front rooms as it’s such nicer experience than the garden room we - The pool on the beach was a lovely area. Large beds. No much else sadly. Near the pier to get to Koh Tao. 2 free bottles of water a day The room has no aircon - it is advertised as this so not a surprise but the fact the garden rooms are across from the beach front pool on the other side of a road (with loud roadworks) made it more irritating. It’s like they have forgotten about the other side of the resort! Beach side is luxury feel rooms, aircon and pool service, garden side is old rooms, bathrooms smelt TERRIBLE as no ventilation and a pool which has basically been forgotten about - no service there. WiFi was also really bad, not stable in our room. The planes are super loud as they fly low but I think this will be the case in most hotels in this area.

- Barbro J (7/5): Nära flygplats och båtar till Koh Phangan och Koh Tao - Bra hotell för 1 natt när man skall flyga hem, inte längre. Grumligt vatten och lite få solstolar. Eftersom det ligger nära flygplatsen hör man flygen väldigt tydligt men det förstod vi .

- Reid (3/5): - I don’t think I will be returning to this accommodation. We had a three night stay with just a fan and no ac. This made it impossible to sleep comfortably due to the heat, as well as planes flying over constantly. Furthermore, the fan also began to smell like smoke when we had it on setting three to try and combat the heat, meaning we had to leave it on setting one, and you are not allowed it on overnight.

- Anna (3/5): nicht zu empfehlen - personal war freundlich Nur Ventilator im Zimmer bei bis zu 35 Grad Tagestemperatur geht nicht, da Schwitzt man sogar wenn man davor steht. Extrem laut da Flugzeuge im Landeanflug direkt drüber fliegen. Badezimmer nicht sauber, Dusche durekt über dem Klo, man könnte auf dem Klo sitzen und sich duschen. Tücher hatten Flecken. Wasser roch Chemisch. Sie sagen es gäbe eine 24h Rezeption, da wir einen Termin hatten konnten wir bis Mitternacht nicht rinchecken. Als wir mit dem Taxi vorfuhren war das Hotrl von Aussen geschlossen, keine Anzeige Tafel wo man sich melden kann etc. Unsere Koffer waren in dem Geschlossenen Bereich. Wir mussten selbst suchen und rufen bis wir jemanden vom Hotel gefunden haben, Dieser ist ohne ein Wort mit und zu wechseln rein gegangen und hat anschliessend den Check in gemacht. Wir wurden zu dem Häuschen gefahren da es relativ weit war vom Haupt gebäude. Als wir auscheckten mussten wir den ganzen weg mit den Koffern alleine machen, es gab keine Möglichkeit jemanden zu Kontaktieren der uns hilft. Safe hat es auch keinen im Zimmer. Verdichtung des alten Kühlschranks ist Orange-Braun verfärbt, sehr schmuddlig.

- Anitei (10/5): J’ai passé un très bon séjour. Pour une fille qui voyage seule, je me suis sentie très en sécurité. - Arrivée très facile. Le personnel est très gentil et aidant. Le logement est à 2 minutes de la plage. Très beau logement, bien équipé, avec un lit très confortable et une salle de bain très bien équipée. Je me suis sentie tellement bien. Piscine très agréable. Il manque juste une climatisation, car il fait chaud, mais le ventilateur est suffisant.

The price quoted on the website while booking were inclusive of all taxes and charges. However, at the hotel reception they said there would be an extra surcharge of 3% if the payment was paid via credit card. This information must be specified while booking not while checking-in.

- Ricky Campos (6/5): Bien. no volveria - La ubicacion del hotel es muy buena si queres tranquilidad y a la vez algunos bares para salir a cenar. es para estar un dia, si tenes que tomar un vuelo, ya que estas cerca del aeropuerto No te dicen, que tenes que cruzar una avenida para ir a los alojamientos, las habitaciones re re pequeñas. Las playas no son muy buenas, en el fondo hay barro, lodo, por eso la gente esta en las piscinas. Y para disfruar de la vista tenes que cruzar esa avenida. Un poco de ruido de los aviones ya que esta cerca el aeropuerto.

- Christopher Daniel (3/5): War nur eine Nacht da, alles super außer das mir mein Gehörkanal fast alle 10min geplatzt ist. - Lage zum Pier um nach Koh Tao/ phang ghan weiterzufahren, Personal war sehr freundlich und kompetent Das 2,5m hinter meinem Bungalow die Flugzeuge gelandet sind und es sich angehört hat, als würde jedes Mal mein Dach abgerissen werden. Selbst mit noice canceling Kopfhörern konnte man nicht schlafen, aber ansonsten nettes Personal und gute Lage.

- Alislea (8/5): Depends on what part of the hotel you stay will make or break your stay - The new part is lovely stunning room little to no noise and the view is amazing bed comfy and large room lovely bathroom Unless you are staying in the new side of the property I would not stay. The old side only has fan WAY too warm also the noise of the planes no sleet including the heat.
