• Nathalie (10/5): Top. - De mensen achter de receptie waren supervriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en heel lekker. Ook daar was het personeel heel vriendelijk. Het hotel ligt perfect en is mooi. We hadden een medium kamer die uitkeek op een soort binnenplaats. Verluchting was dus wat moeilijker en het werd heel warm op de kamer.

All of them ! But especially Arno. He was so helpful and so friendly and an all round amazing guy. Slap bang in the middle of town too. Will definitely return. Can’t recommend it enough!! Nothing. • Derek (9/5): Great place close to the beach, perfect for a short getaway. - The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to the sea. Very friendly and helpful staff. Modern contemporary type of hotel, rooms are great, with recent coffee machines and excellent bath rooms. Comfy beds. And an excellent lobby to hang around with your kids. The walls appear to be rather thin, because we could hear the couple next door talk almost as if we were in the same room. I hope we didn't bother or wake them!

Geen ondersteunende hoofdkussens (slappe kussen) Veel te warm op de kamer waardoor we minder goede nachtrust hadden.

Café, thé et eaux à disposition dans la chambre. Le petit-déjeuner est exceptionnel, healty. C'est pratiquement sur la digue et directement dans le centre. On était ravi, Nous irons dorénavant là-bas chaque fois que l'on séjournera à Ostende. C'était parfait !

• Joanna (9/5): - Hotel położony blisko promenady, plaży, przystanku tramwaju nadmorskiego, knajpek, ulicy handlowej. Bardzo pomocny i miły personel, ładnie zaprojektowane pokoje (styl industrialny), z ekspresem do kawy/herbaty. Pyszne śniadanie z dużym wyborem jedzenia, świeżym pieczywem, kilkoma rodzajami soków etc. Przy barze bilard, stół do piny-ponga, piłkarzyki, można aktywnie i wesoło spędzić wieczór :) Polecam rodzinom z dziećmi, psami (można się z nimi zatrzymać), tym, którzy przyjechali do Ostendy odpocząć i dobrze się bawić. Nauczeni wcześniejszym doświadczeniem w innych hotelach, wzięliśmy pokój „od podwórka” - był cichy, wyspaliśmy się dobrze, choć nocowaliśmy w weekend. Jedyny minus to szyba pod prysznicem, zaprojektowana tak, że po kąpieli pół łazienki było mokre.

• Frank (10/5): Just great - An extraordinary place to spend time on Ostende. Next to the beach, loads of restaurants around the corner. Just perfect. Well.... Parking is a bit expensive if you want to park close by. If you are willing to take a walk after parking your car, you can leave it for free at the Maria Hendrika park parking.

• Ludo (10/5): Genoten van het verblijf in dit unieke hotel. - De persoon aan de receptie was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was pico bello: uitgebreide keuze, mooi gepresenteerd. De ontbijtruimte is knap ingericht, met oog voor detail. Ook de lobby is mooi om te zien en heeft leuke extra's, zoals een glijbaan voor kinderen, een voetbal- en pingpong-tafel enz. Niks aan te merken.

• Marinus (8/5): De ligging en het comfort van het hotel hebben bijgedragen tot een zalig weekend aan zee. - Onbijt was heel uitgebreid, veel keuze en goede kwaliteit. Lekkere koffie. Locatie dicht bij station, goed te doen met een leuke wandeling en heel dicht bij het strand. Personeel is bijzonder attent en vriendelijk. Bijzonder handig dat we onze bagage nog konden achterlaten voor vele uren op onze laatste dag. We kunnen zo niets bedenken.

• Margaret (8/5): - The rooms are big enough with enough space for clothes. The shower/toilet is spacious and clean-looking and has big bottles of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion and hand wash. Towels were changed every day. The coffee machine works and there's a fridge. The bed is comfortable. This time I had breakfast included and it was excellent. A bottle of water was left every day Some guests are disrespectful and noisy but that can happen anywhere. I would have liked a kettle as it was virtually impossible to make tea with water from the coffee machine and the coffee cups. Tea bags are provided though

• Nadia (8/5): Super comme toujours mais court puisque nous n'avons séjourné qu'une nuit - Quand je vais à Ostende je choisi toujours cet établissement car il est bien situé. Le rapport qualité prix ok. Le personnel sympa. Comme toujours la douche compliquée. Les bouteilles d'eau pour 2 jours trop petites. De plus je prends des médicaments. Le petit déjeuner bon mais un peu trop cher pour ce qu'ils proposent et de plus le prix augmente à chaque fois. Il y a un manque de variétés
