Cheking fácil y rápido y todo muy bien explicado por el anfitrión. No había gel/champú en el dosificador de la ducha. Había pelos en el suelo. Es difícil aparcar gratuitamente, casi toda la zona es de pago o de residentes.

La posizione è eccellente , a pochi passi dal centro e dalla stazione della Spezia Centrale, ottimo per visitare le cinque terre. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Lo staff è molto disponibile e pronto a risolvere eventuali problemi. L unica pecca è la non possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in struttura prima del check in.

Sèche serviette en panne et le propriétaire a voulu nous faire payer 20€ de serviettes nous avons du partir 1 jour plus tôt. La chasse d eau coulait en permanence et la ventilation un bruit effroyable. Il n y a jamais personnes à l accueil et il n a pas voulu nous rembourser la nuit ou nous sommes partis. Un conseil fuyez.

Staff was super helpful when we had an issue with the keys. The room was clean, with comfortable beds and a good warm shower. No view from the room and no way to open the windows - there was a construction site outside

• Charalampia (1/5): Disappointed with the hosts - The location was very good! There was no communication with the hosts when we requested information about check-in; the response came after quite some time. No one answered the phone either. The room was fairly good, renovated, but it felt like being in an interior space. This might have been due to the extremely loud construction site nearby. The shutters didn't open, so we never had natural light. The shutters were also covered in dust. When you’re expecting guests, you should obviously make sure everything is clean, even if it gets dirty the next minute. Disappointing, especially from the hosts, as we couldn't get any information.

Would book again if I a - It was a very convenient location, the beds were clean and comfortable, as was the bathroom and they provided cleaning. The walls could use a bit of a clean and we weren’t able to find a staff member, however it was very good value for the money and we would 100% return.

Too cold with the aircon on us no fly wire on window that looked out at laneway . Noisy at night. Didn’t get much sleep.

There isn’t any ‘do not disturb sign’ provided and we were expecti - The location is really convenient, just two minutes walk form the train station. Great pizza place and restaurant around the area. The room was a bit small for three person, not enough stage and workable bench space to pack and store things. No min bar or cutlery provided.

Easy self check in and Matteo was responsive to messages and very very helpful. The rooms were very clean, pleasant and comfortable. Maybe some coffee/tea, kettle in the rooms would be nice although it does have a bar fridge

• Walter (10/5): Great spot to use and quick to train station to enjoy Cinque Terra - Really enjoyed this property, as we were able to store bags conveniently in Lockers in Building for 6 euros. Keys obtained thru a lock box type access, so was easy with the instructions provided and made check in super convenient. Room accommodated 4 adults comfortably. We enjoyed the quick walk to location from train station, as we went to Cinque Terra the 2 days we were there, so quick 5 minutes to station to come and go easily. The early storage allowed us to leave all bags and do our first day in Cinque Terra until we returned later that evening for check in. Nothing to comment in this section.

When we arrived, we were greeted with hot cappuccinos. :) Bonus for being on the first level of the building so we did not have to hike up many flights of stairs with our baggage!

The shower was very small & the shower doors were broken (off the sliding track) We requested 2 spoons and 2 bowls to use for cereal in the morning and they said they couldnt supply any.

• Chris (5/5): Passable - The owner has taken advantage of the post-pandemic transition to introduce a self-service system in which the clients do not get to meet any members of staff - you need to use the owner's directions to find your keys and the way to your room in a building where there permanent residents, which makes you feel very uncomfortable. What was most surprising and unpleasant was that despite that distant and cold approach of the owner, without receiving any notice, someone came into our room (we don't know who it was as we never saw any members of staff in the building) to rearrange our personal belongings and leave new towels. We were really shocked as we had left valuable belongings in our room and had the impression that nobody would enter while we were away. On top of everything, the owner asks you to leave cash in the room on your way out to cover the city tax as if he couldn't bother to come collect it himself.
• Greete (8/5): Good value and location - The location and the fact that it was freshly renovated. The room was nicely chilly even though there were almost 30 degrees outside. The staff threw away our spoons and bottles while cleaning. Yes, they were for one time use but as the room did not include spoons nor mugs (only three but there was four of us) for all of us, we improvised to eat the breakfast. One of us had to sleep in a closet (a pullout bed) even though there were two large beds in the pictures. The front gate did not open normally. We had to play with the lock for a while. There was only one small window and as it was covered, the room was completely dark even during the day.

• Paul (9/5): Superb - Great location only 5 minutes walk to station making it easy to catch trains for day trips. Very secure building. Great having Netflix after a long day walking. Property was exceptionally clean. Need a ' do not disturb' sign for door as cleaner knocked every morning to come in to clean. Many people come on late flights/ trains etc so need to rest at different hours. This is not a criticism of the property just something for Matteo to consider. Do not disturnb signs for the door would be great to stop guests being woken. A fantastic propery otherwise 👏
