- devine (4/5): Not worth the money as everything is poor condition around the facility. - Breakfast was okay and location was okay. The pool was so dirty, we wouldn't dare go in the water,same as the spa pool.
- 君華 (7/5): 希望下次入住會有改善 - 有自己的小天地，愜意舒適。 雖然是平日因爲住宿人數少，早餐是個人套餐，用普通的三明治當早餐實在不好吃，如果是用當地的知名小吃來做早餐會更好。 室外的天鵝還有划船休閒設施，船內下雨積水這次兩天都是好天氣，卻不能玩這兩種設施，真是美中不足。

- Meng Ju (4/5): - 房間大，床還蠻舒適的 可能是連日不間斷下雨的關係，蚊子很多連響叮噹防蚊液都沒有用，照樣被叮，還有蟑螂在睡覺時跑到枕頭上，兩個湖看起來很久沒有清理過了，感覺是死水狀態，整體環境在潮濕狀態看起來還蠻糟的，湖水如果有清潔的話蚊子可能沒那麼多，蟑螂就很難接受了，尤其又是睡覺時爬到枕頭上。 淋浴間的出水還蠻小的，相比前一次來時，整個就是差很多

But also love the rooms, very comfortable, beds are great. We feel so relaxed when we come. We like the villa feel, with the pond, walking around, the ducks, etc.

- Harshil (9/5): Relaxing trip with family.!! - Good breakfast options with vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. It was enough in quantity and variety to make us feel full for starting the day.!! The activities inside the resort may be made better to suit family traveling to the resort. Some of the activity equipments were old and may need some fixes.

- Drickus (6/5): Disillusioned - The bathrooms were good, the shower pressure was amazing! The animals on the property were looked after. The swimming pool was nice and blue. The rooms .... We were a bit disappointed that the pictures we saw on booking.com were absolutely breathtaking but when we arrived at the resort it hadn't been maintained. The pictures didn't match reality. The room had an odd smell as if it had been closed up for a long time without ventilation. The place has so much potential ~ if maintenance, landscaping, and modernity were kept this place would be amazing! The wood was disintegrating, being in a humid tropical country and close to water, the wood needs to be maintained and varnished every few months to keep the quality and wood from drying up. The price that we paid was too expensive for the quality we received.

- Can (6/5): 適合親子 - 根據飯店的規模和裝修狀況可以想像最初開幕的時候應該算很奢侈的飯店，看起來目前是有重新維護過。優點是有很多小孩娛樂設施而且維護良好，好幾處盪鞦韆，各種溜滑梯，高爾夫迷你練習，籃球場，蹺蹺板。 兩個景觀湖分別有，踩天鵝船，划船觀賞天鵝。。還有小朋友和大人的腳踏車可以在園區騎。。進酒店處，旁邊是游泳池，冷泉池，還有藥浴溫泉池7：00～23：00開放。早餐很新鮮好吃。園區有四個烤爐，可以露天燒烤，還有廚房，自己有買海鮮的話可以料理，也有微波。。推薦附近的北平海產，新鮮好吃，價格便宜。 需要改進的地方，清潔，房間地板和浴室的地板，沖淋區要加強清潔。 水痕明顯，地板角落灰塵明顯。 如果清潔乾淨，房間星級可以再提升。
- SHIN KUANG (8/5): 住宿心得 - 整體還算可以，只是房間開關可能壞了，會一直自動開燈，影響睡眠品質，其它的沒什麼好挑剔。
- Tzu chun (2/5): - 真的很糟糕的房間清潔 大蟑螂三隻蚊子至少三隻 其中一張床有蟲 人被咬 明明有很不錯的硬體環境與設施 確沒有好好維護及保養 真是失敗中的失敗
