• Manuel (3/5): Locali sporchi e servizi rotti... - La posizione dell'alloggio Pulizia pessima, asse wc rotto, piastra induzione che non si vedeva lo schermo con il numero, asciugamani che sapevano di muffa. Divano letto usurato, il materasso non aveva più forma. Non ci sono stati armadi a sufficienza per le valigie, solo uno. Al nostro arrivo l'appartamento era freddissimo, per fortuna siamo arrivati nel tardo pomeriggio e non la sera.

• Natálie (4/5): Ubytování v apartmánu s výhledem do zahrady se nechá přežít v případě skvělého počasí, když trávíte celý den na slunečné - Lokalita, relativně blízko jak na Mottolino, tak na Carosello. Příliš malé, neodpovídá fotkám. Rozkládací gauč zabírá více místa než na fotkách. V apartmánu nebyl věšák, nic, kam se dá usušit oblečení v případě deště nebo mokra, v kuchyni nebyl žádný ostrý nůž např. na pečivo. Žádný botník, kam lze dát boty, když jsou špinavé nebo mokré. Koupelna opravdu hodně malá, minimum místa na odložení kosmetiky a základní hygieny, nefungující větrák v koupelně. Apartmán s výhledem do zahrady (Apartmán Martina) znamená apartmán ve sklepě, kde jedno okno vede k chodníku a druhé okno do úzké temné uličky vedoucí do sklepního prostoru - takřka nemožné vyvětrat. Venku na zahradě nulové vybavení - kromě vířivky a sauny, která byla věčně zabraná polskými sousedy. Z horních pater je vše dolu slyšet, zejména šoupaní židlemi od polských sousedů. Hostitelka je sice milá, se vším pomohla, nicméně jsem z ní vše musela dolovat - videonávod k přístupu do apartmánu (jedná se o self-service, což nikde nebylo napsané), poslala až po zavolání, že jsme na místě. Žádné info předem, že se jedná o self-service, nenapsala. Na místě není zrovna dobrý signál (samozřejmě dle operátora), a proto bylo poslání informací až při příjezdu ne úplně skvělé. Před odjezdem bylo info také poskytnuté až po vyžádání - všude jinde je zvykem, že ubytovatel je aktivní v tomto ohledu.

• Armin (9/5): Schön gelegen, zweckmässig eingerichtet sehr sauber und hilfsbereite Gastgeber - Das Apartment ist zwar im Keller gelegen, ist aber sehr hell, praktisch ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns die für Olympia notwendigen Bewilligungen jeweils sehr schnell besorgt. Nichts
• Amy (4/5): SCARY DRIVE to location in poor weather conditions. - Comfortable beds. If it is snowing or the weather conditions are poor I would not recommend this location. We were not informed that the drive would be so difficult. It took us 15-20 minutes to drive from the town of Livigno, driving up and down some very difficult mountain roads. Upon arrival we decided to book a hotel in town, having to pay for two accommodations. We barely got up the icy snow covered road when leaving the next morning. At one point our SUV started sliding backwards! It is also worth noting that the pictures did not match the apartment.

• valentina (6/5): - La casetta di per se e' carina per farci al massimo una settimana non oltre Per quello che abbiamo pagato (398 euro due notti) partiamo dal fatto che si e' troppo distanti dal centro di livigno circa 9 km. Non si e' presentato nessuno per consegnarci le chiavi e riprendersele e' avvenuto tutto tramite messaggi. Il divano letto e' davvero scomodo materasso sfondato piumino rattoppato con cuciture il piano a induzione non segnala bene la temperatura di riscaldamento un solo armadio per tutte le persone che ci devono entrare... Materasso del letto scomodo... L'appartamento rimane interrato.

• Laura (6/5): Soggiorno piacevole grazie alla posizione e al comfort, ma con alcuni aspetti migliorabili legati alla pulizia e alla do - Posizione ottima, comoda e strategica. L’appartamento è discreto e funzionale; ho apprezzato molto il pavimento riscaldato, davvero confortevole soprattutto in inverno. La lavastoviglie aveva residui di cibo all’interno e piatti e bicchieri avevano un odore sgradevole. Il divano letto era piuttosto usurato: il materasso sembrava cedere al centro, anche se nel complesso non è risultato troppo scomodo. Inoltre, all’arrivo abbiamo trovato solo un rotolo di carta igienica già usato e nessun rotolo di scottex.

• Jiří (5/5): Daleko do centra. Sněhové řetězy s sebou. - Vlastní prostorné parkování, kousek od obchodu a pizzerie, podlahové topení, myčka, kávovar dolce gusto, zahrada, vířivka. Pouze jedna sada nádobí a příborů - na co tedy myčka? Chybí toastovač a mikrovlnka. Žádné háčky na bundy - místo nich dva obrázky na zdi. Žádný botník, jen hadra na zemi. V kuchyni digestoř odsává do skříňky, takže nic nedsává a vše zůstává v kuchyni, kde je otřesně vrzající rozkládací sedačka s proleželou matrací. Koupelna je také bez odtahu páry a pachů. Vířivka je nastavena zřejmě na eco režim, ale dá se nahřát v přilehlých venkovních sprchách. Dva dny sněžopršelo a sypač přijel k ubytování až na konci druhého dne, kdy už příjezdová cesta byla úpně zledovatělá. Sauna nefungovala vůbec. Výhled do zahrady je ve skutečnosti pohled ze sklepního okna na nohy kolemjdoucích z okolních apartmánů. Prosklený strop v předsíni je podlaha před apartmánem nad vámi.

• Stefania (10/5): Bellissimo ma pulizia da rivedere - Posto stupendo , piscina riscaldata molto bella , appartamento nuovo e fornito di qualsiasi comfort! Proprietaria molto disponibile! Purtroppo ho segnalato alla proprietaria che le lenzuola e l’intero appartamento era pieno di peli di cane , la signora ci ha portato delle lenzuola pulite e sicuramente sarebbe stata premura degli ospiti non far salire i propri animali su letti e divani ma purtroppo avevamo la biancheria piena di peli !

• Andrea (1/5): Non ci siamo...... - La panoramica che offre Bello ma..... ahimè siamo capitati nel tugurio, la visuale esterna è bellissima anche con la piscina riscaldata ma poi ci hanno dato la camera nel seminterrato. Al primo impatto un odore di chiuso e muffa con 5/6 mosche che giravano e alcuni ragni. Su alcuni angoli dei muri c'è la muffa nera peccato che anche i letti i cuscini gli asciugamani hanno tutti lo stesso odore fastidioso di muffa e umido. Siamo arrivati in tre ma di pronto era solo il letto matrimoniale anche xke se si apre il divano situato nell'ingresso si fa fatica a passare tra cucina e camera. Proprio sul divano mi è toccato dormire perché c'era meno odore di umidità che nella camera... diciamo che non è per nulla comodo sembra sfondato e poi come ci si gira fa un sacco di cigolii e rumore metallico. In più dove è situato il divano c'è un grosso abbaino dove alle 7 del mattino la luce del sole entra senza problemi e non essendoci una tenda oscurante sei costretto a svegliarti. Anche il bagno non è il top con rsgnatele sparse muffa negli angoli e pulizia non eccellente (porta scopino arrugginito e spazzolino con residui....) Mi spiace per questa recensione negativa ma spero che il proprietario rimedi subito a questo problema dato che fuori è molto bello, silenzioso e panoramico. Come ho detto c'è la piscina la sauna e area attrezzata per fare il barbecue. Dentro la cucina ha anche la macchina del caffè, lavastoviglie e lavatrice.

• Paola (6/5): Posto panoramico - Buona la posizione con spazi fuori e sdraio, bella vista sui monti ,ambiente fuori rilassante l'appartamento e' nel sottosuolo e non rappresentato nelle foto,piccolo per 4 persone perché aprendo il divano letto gli spazi sono molto ridotti,e con una sola anta di un armadietto già quasi pieno di piumoncini e coperte, c'e' poco posto per eventuali abiti per 4 persone.Letti scomodi ,buono per 2 persone

Purché siano educati e abituati a stare in un contesto comune ,molti spazi comuni e il rispetto e alla base , meravigliosa la vista e la pace che si respira,massima disponibilità e libertà la chicca della piscina e fantastica non ho visto la sauna effettivamente ma non mi sono nemmeno ricordata perché bastava la vista ! Ah il recinto per cani e davvero top ! una Piccola tettoia per creare una zona in ombra sarebbe perfetto! Però davvero una grande scoperta torneremo!!!! A mio avviso l'appartamento dove abbiamo soggiornato noi ha bisogno di una sistemata,molto umida in alcuni punti era ben visibile,per la cucina qualche padella non guasta poi per il resto bene o male e andato tutto bene,essendo al piano terra ( verso il basso quindi si scende) c'è poca privacy perché dalle finestre se c'è qualcuno che mangia fuori vede all'interno dell'appartamento

The apparent hab floor heating. The apartment is in the basement with only one tiny real window. No view. Super tiny. Almost no storage space. T
• Helena (5/5): Confusing ad, low standard, not very clean, spectacular location. - The Ad was confusing since it mixed up pictures from several apartments. It is a very low standard, like sheets and towels that are worn out (although clean) and e.g. dirt/dust on the floor under the beds. Beds were very uncomfortable. It was also noisy from the neighbours living on top of us, you could hear them walking across the floor. Spectacular location.
• B_e_n_g_i (1/5): I absolutely not recommend this place. Waste of money. Details in feedback. - Apartment was kind of a basement/garrage, below the surface of main terrain, transformed into apartments. It was totally not reflecting the price and the offer description. After entering to the apartament, for about 15-20 minutes air smells really badly. I assume something was wrong with the ventilation. You cannot see anything through windows, because the wall is located about 50 cm from them. So forget about day light… When I asked to change the apartament for the one from offer description, the host firstly ignored my complaints and then proposed another apartment for additional €100 per night… this was an absolute joke and the worst customer care I ever experienced (this is my very first negative feedback and I’m using booking.com for years). I absolutely not recommend this place, because you are attracted by a jacuzzi, nice view, nice photos and receiving basement-like burrow. For this price, you have plenty of other options in Livigno.

• Gosiakas (1/5): AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! it is a dump not as described with a cheating owner, pictures are not real - Nothing was good, we had to leave apartment immediately with no refund so far, not as descried, dirty full of mold and smelly, there are no real windows just imitations with moldy walls behind - location of the apartment in the basement / it was not in the description of the offer / because the photos in the booking offer included windows, there was no indication that the apartment was located in the basement. ( photos) - no real windows, instead of which there were holes imitating windows and behind them there were moldy walls. - There was mold on the ceiling and at the window openings in every room. In particular, the ceiling in the bathroom was moldy and there was no ventilation, and the artificial window also overlooked the moldy wall. - There was an incredible smell of mold and damp in the apartment. - There was one tiny window in the entire apartment overlooking the air. The entire frame and walls around the window were moldy, which intensified the stench of the mold when it was opened and air was let in. The owner is dishonest, does not respond to the allegations, the case is taken to court. We moved out immediately because the stay was a threat to health and life (especially for people with allergies). We were left with 3 small children without help and support. The owner is a manipulator who offered us more expensive accommodation much further away as an alternative. We asked for refund as apartment is not as described and conditions are unacceptable., owner refused. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! it is a dump not as described with a cheating owner

• Christine (7/5): Good - It was located in the quiet area outside of Livigno city but very accessible. It seems like the pictures were from a different appartment as the one we were in. We still had everything needed. Please note that pictures show a hot tube , however it needs to be reserved and there is a cost to it.
