• s. (9/5): - C'era tutto il necessario, eravamo autonomi ma allo stesso tempo i proprietari erano sempre disponibili per info e servizi. Bellissima posizione e comoda per tutto, sci, piccola spesa, relax. La casa era piacevolemente calda, la doccia piacevole, la piscina e la sauna un plus divertente e rilassante. Inoltre la gentilezza di avere sale, zucchero, (caffè) e detersivo per piatti e per lavastoviglie...ci ha tolto un pensiero. forse ad essere pignoli potevano essere utili degli appendini a muro in più o sul calorifero...ma noi eravamo 4, se no non servono.

• Linda (6/5): Discreta - Siamo stati 3 giorni a Livigno, nella zona di Trepalle. La struttura si trova a circa 11 minuti di auto dal centro, quindi abbastanza comoda per gli spostamenti. Molto comodo anche il parcheggio gratuito proprio sotto l’appartamento. L’appartamento è carino e funzionale, ma purtroppo la pulizia non era molto accurata: abbiamo trovato, ad esempio, delle carte di caramelle dietro la TV in camera. L’host è stato poco presente: avevamo richiesto di posticipare il check-out di un’ora, inviando il messaggio la sera alle 20. La risposta è arrivata solo la mattina seguente alle 9, quando ormai ci eravamo già organizzati per lasciare l’appartamento alle 10. Nel complesso esperienza discreta, ma con qualche dettaglio di cura e attenzione in più potrebbe essere decisamente migliore.

• Violetta (6/5): - Very good location, it's pretty near everything. The apartment itself very very warm, and pretty comfortable with everything you could need. The only thing that was very unpleasant are some hairs on my pillow from another guests, so I suppose bedsheets wasn't changed.

• Andrew Percival (9/5): Charming chalet with stunning view - The location is stunning but a few k's out of livigno, which can be a burden. The house is a charming traditional Italian chalet. Martina the host lives close by and is always available to help. The chalet has low ceilings which proved problematic for the taller members of our group. It's not big. We are a group of 3 adult males it we wouldn't have wanted a larger group.

Ho trovato capelli e peli sul coprimaterasso segno che non era stato cambiato. inoltre ragni e mosche dentro casa. Capisco che ci sono le mucche a 100 mt ma forse vale la pena mettere delle zanzariere? Inoltre l'appartamento è diviso in due da una porta interna chiusa a chiave. Si sente praticamente tutto. Per il costo pagato questo è il voto .

• Ike (6/5): Fine appartment with stunning view and a drawback - As two couples with two kids each, looking to spend some days walking in the mountains in the summer, we rented the duplex appartement (maisonette). The duplex consists of the third and fourth floor of a building, that together with another building shares a nice communal garden with a communal sauna, little whirlpool, lounge chairs, tables and two barbeques that can be used by all the guests (we were there with at least 4 other couples/families), on the hillside with an absolute stunning view. The location is actually not in Livigno city centre but in Trepalle district. It is much quieter but good to know that it will take you 15 min by car to reach the city centre of Livigno. The owners were friendly and even if they were somewhat unresponsive via mail and the app, once there and via WhatsApp, communication went smoothly. As other reviews already mentioned, there are a couple of little annoyances that could be easily amended and hence are a pity (some steps of the stair are loose, the oven is very slow, the washing machine tray misses the front wheels, the shower door is stuck...). A few things are important to mention, however, just for future guests to know and be prepared. The appartpent is presented as being for 8 to 9 persons. In theory, that is certainly the case: there are only two rooms upstairs where 3 and 2 persons can sleep respectively, and two double sleeping couches in the living, for another 4 persons in total. We did not fully realise this when booking (our bad). Still, in practice, it also means that also the living room is rather small, with only two couches for the 8 tot 9 people to sit on. It all feels rather condensed. We were there with the kids and managed, but might be different for 8 or 9 adults. Just a heads up. Because the appartment is on the third and fourth floor, safe from two small balconies (where it is nice to have your morning coffee looking over the valley), there is no direct outside: you need to head out through the front door and go down the stairs to access the communal garden. This does not have to be an issue, but it is unclear from the description (when booking, I realised some parts like the jacuzzi were shared but not that the whole outside was shared without any private even if little part connected to the appartment). If you want to do a BBQ or have lunch outside, you will need to bring everything down with you. And hope no one else has the same idea, unless you are open to making friends with other guests, of course. Finally, but most importantly, we had three nights of rain (something of course more likely to happen in summer than in winter) and that came with a very loud gutter drainage.

• Kareldrtic (10/5): Exceptional - Everything great, sauna whirlpool, we used everything every day after skiing. Before the end of skiing we called to warm up the sauna, the owner was very nice and helpful. Some guests said that the sauna is not sufficient, that it is always cold there. Well, you have to know how to use the sauna. You need to fill the bucket full of snow and use all the snow gradually during the 10-minute cycle and warm up the sauna. The whirlpool was heated to a beautiful 38°. Moreover, the view directly from the whirlpool to the mountains in the surroundings was breathtaking. Clubs, entertainment and buses, taxis all worked perfectly. Everything was perfect.
• Gustav (4/5): Very disappointed. Stay not at all what the photos promised. - When you are outside the unit, the view is beautiful. We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. Kitchen is well furnished. Underfloor heating. We found that both the photos and description in the listing was misleading. We expected a beautiful wooden cottage with a view of the mountains. The property is listed under 'Livigno' and as being 2.8km "from center". It is actually situated 10+km from Livigno center. We had to take a shuttle in the mornings and afternoon. Although the shuttle is free, it only runs at very specific times - +/- 80minutes apart. We had to plan a lot of extra travel time morning and night to get to and from Livigno center & ski school. I did contact the property twice to enquire about the ease of accessing Livigno seeing as we did not have a car. The property's replies were brief, delayed and misleading. The bedding was old. With pilling on the pillow cases and fitted sheets. The duvet cover in the main bedroom was ripped and repaired by hand. The second bedroom mattress is a hard, uncomfortable foam base, and our children preferred to take turns to sleep on the pull-out sofa as they were so uncomfortable. The towels are coarse and old. A few of the towels smelled of mildew. A bad, sour odour was coming from the bathroom. The view from the bedrooms are actually of passages to other units. We did not use the barbeque area as it was not clean. Cigarette buds were scattered around the shared hot tub. Close proximity to the neighbours meant that we could hear neighbours coming & going and chattering long into the night. We ended up checking out a day early.

Parking was near the doors. Restaurants around start breakfast at 10am and they are on top of steep uphill. Sauna could've had separate towels.

Kitchenware is worn beyond usability, the staircase is wobbly, light switches don't work reliably, door handles need replacement, washing machine is broken (missing rollers, upper deck is not cleaned), WiFi is unstable. Overall seems to be unmaintained, degrading.

Nearest supermarket is 1 km, location is quite, far from the road. In general we have enjoyed the stay greatly and I would recommend the place to anyone. All towels smelled bad. Also we would appreciate separate blankets.

• Pavel (9/5): Very nice apartments with great set of extras - The whole experience was definitely positive. As an extra, our apartment had a TV in every room! (+good internet connection), nicely equipped kitchen, lots of extras (coffee, sugar, dishwasher tablets, etc.). The jacuzzis in the garden are really nice and also the other "garden" stuff is very useful. Keep in mind the location in the terms of distance from village center (shops, bus). That's not a negative, that's known fact. You need to use car or walk/hike if you want to get to Passo Eira. However, no problem to walk in summer and we heard in winter there is a extra skibus stop about 100m from the apartment so no problem at all.
