• Anthony (4/5): - Pleasant staff Hip hop music blasted out by neighbour for 5 hours into thr early hours of the morning. When the music finally stopped zi had to content with a noisy pool filter outside my bedroom window. Staff did nothing to address the racket.
• APHELELE (8/5): - The staff(Okuhle &Omhau) are very friendly and helpful The bed in the room needs to be changed now it's a bit saggy.

• Thandiswa (4/5): Disappointing - Toilet seat cover was broken. Toilet not flushing properly. Water stuck inside the shower after bathing. Used the same linen throughout my stay at Avalon Lodge, was very disappointed I must say
• Ningiza (8/5): My stay was okay but the noise made at room number 8 which was next to my room was unbearable. - Room's comfort The amount of noise made by other visitors throughout the night until the Morning around 4am.
• Nokutula (10/5): Beautiful lodge👌 - The lodge is beautiful & tidy😍 The staff were very nice, welcoming & ready to serve. Even though on my arrival, they struggled to access my booking, they tried to be patient with me and did all in their strength to assist. The vehicle parking space is enough. The room door latch doesn't have safely lock from inside, meaning, even when locked from inside, it can be easily accessed from the outside. No twin plugs readily available in the room, couldn't switch on side lamps. There was no dirt bin in the room.

• Bishop (7/5): On booking problems - After the first issue, stay was comfortable. My booking was not on their system, although it was booked and paid off more than 24 hours prior. Created a little discord.
• Petro (1/5): Painful - Nothing I had no electricity the entire time because they didn’t pay tax and rates It does not cater for business people I had to check out and pay for another place I didn’t have my own access remote My room wasn’t even cleaned on day 1 The owner ignored my communication after I had to leave because there was no electricity due to tax and rates she didn’t pay. The promised inverter and WiFi also not there Worst experience ever I also reported to booking.com who also haven’t contacted me Last time I use this platform to book accommodation Very disappointing place

• Sduu (6/5): For the price, its a steal. For very short stays, is bearable. Longer than that, the facade fades - Its a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. I got a very spacious room with a comfortable bed. Friendly staff The ceiling is possibly a large nest for pigeons. The toilet vent is a nest that keeps the toilet full of dust, feathers and and awful bird odor. It could be a health hazard. There's constant noise from the pigeons moving around which is creepy. The Wi-Fi is provided but there's spotty coverage. The staff is hardly at the front desk, and it's hard to inquire about any extra facilities if any exist.
