- Adriana (9/5): - veľmi pekné ubytovanie, čisto a moderne zariadené, mali sme všetko, čo sme potrebovali. Ocenili sme dostupnosť bicyklov, parkovanie a výborné raňajky a služby reštaurácie. Recepcia bola vždy ochodná pomôcť. všetko bolo v poriadku

- Alfred (8/5): Gutes Hotel. Verbesserungswürdig. - Zimmer und Restaurant war top. Personal sehr freundlich. Beim Frühstück dass von 7 bis 10 Uhr angeboten wird waren um halb 10 die Semmeln aus und das Buffet wurde nicht mehr aufgefüllt. Bei unserem Wellnesszimmer war von der Dachterrasse das elektronische Schloss defekt sodass die Nutzung etwas eingeschränkt war.

Szobákban makulátlan tisztaság.Bőséges reggeli nagyon kedves személyzettel. Recepción a tájékoztatás kicsit hiányos.Mindenre külön rá kellett kérdezni.Nincs a wellness helyiségben a szaunákhoz sem merülő sem jakuzzi.

- Zdenek (9/5): Krásné, klidné místo poblíž termálních lázní i centra s výborným jídlem a ochotným personálem. - Milujete dobré skvělé maďarské jídlo? Pak jste tu správně. Mimo standardní snídaňe jsou k dispozici vynikající domácí klobásy a slanina od výrobce Szelessy. Samozřejmostí je maďarská paprika. Kuchyně pak podává jídla ve výborné kvalitě. Milý a ochotný personál. Nemáme žádnou větší výhradu.

- Petra (10/5): A nice vacation that I would return to. - The dinner served from the menu was much better than the food from the buffet. Everything was really tasty and nicely served. The town of Sarvar is interesting. The jacuzzi and the entire accommodation were clean and nicely furnished. The water in the shower was cold last night.

- michael (4/5): Insgesamt ernüchternd, bis auf das freundliche und wirklich sehr hilfreiche Personal - Austattung/ Design des Raumes. TV Programm alle ungarische Sender bis auf ORF1/ORF2 ARTE/3-SAT????? Frühstücksraum schlecht klimatisiert/ Gehört einem anderen Besitzer!!!! Zimmerwechsel, da gebuchtes Zimmer nicht auf angegebener Adresse, sondern gegenüber in einer Depandance ebenerdig an einer lauten Durchfahrtsstrasse! Vom Bett aus sieht man vorbeifahrende Autos. Fenster müssen geschslossen bleiben und Vorhänge zuziehen. Das mögen nihct alle Hotelgäste. So kann man kein Zimmer mit 4 Sternen anbieten!!!! Das war bei der Buchung so nicht erkennbar. Wechsel mit hohem Aufpreis verbunden

- Chantal Anna (10/5): - Die Terrasse mit whirlpool und Sauner war perfekt. Personal sehr freundlich. Man erreicht zu Fuß alles und braucht überall hin ca 10min. Das Bett war etwas hart ansonsten gibt es nichts zu aussetzen.

- Hambalkó (10/5): Rendkívüli - KB. 15 percre gyalogosan is közel van a belváros, Végtelenül kedves, segítőkész recepciós hölgyek fogadtak. Tiszta szobák és közösségi terek. Tiszta, friss, illatos ágyneműk. A reggeli bőséges, a vegán étrendbe beilleszthető élelmiszert is találtunk számunkra a kínálatból. Igénybe vettük a szaunát tiszta, rendezett bár picit hiányoltuk a merülő medencét. Nagyon jó megoldás, hogy ott voltak helyben az öltöző szekrények.

- Dominik (10/5): Ein Bar Verbesserungen - Das Personal Freundlich. Das Frühstück ausgezeichnet. Das Zimmer Sauber und gepflegt. Der Fernseher waren die Programme nur auf Ungarisch. Nur ORF1 und 2 war auf Deutsch. Am Bild war ein Whirlpool abgebildet und ein Balkon. Leider gab es diesen nicht.

- Anita Ágnes (8/5): - Összességében rendben volt a szállás. Tetőtéri szobát kaptunk, foglaláskor a képeken nem ez volt és jelezve sem. Kétszemélyes foglalásnál megkérdezik, franciaágy vagy két különálló ágy legyen a szobában, akkor megkérdezhetnék zavarja-e a tetőtéri szoba. Bár lehet sokan írnák, hogy igen. Ki tudja, de a korrektség jegyében illene tudatni, főleg, ha foglaláskor a képek alapján nem tetőtéri szobát foglalunk. Mindezek ellenére a szállás szép volt.

- Giovanni (10/5): - Posizione molto vicina al centro termale e al centro storico dove si puo' visitare il castello. Appartamento molto accogliente, pulito, spazioso, luminoso. Al pian terreno vi e' anche un ristorante/caffetteria molto valido. Consiglio anche di visitare i ristoranti/bistro' del paese che hanno un ottimo rapporto qualita' prezzo. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento e spero di ritornare! Complimenti allo staff

- Beck (9/5): - Szállás design-ja; szoba- és konyhafelszereltség jó volt; jacuzzi meleg és tiszta; tisztaság; csendes környék; segítőkész recepciósok; jó elhelyezkedés (Lidl, éttermek gyalogtávolságra); finom reggeli; finom kávé; kaptunk térképet a látnivalókról. Ágymatrac nagyon puha volt; nagy szél volt és zörgött a szagelszívó folyamatosan; nagyon meleg volt és nem lehetett állítani a fűtésen, max szellőztetni, de nem volt szúnyogháló; reggeli nem a legváltozatosabb, kicsik voltak a tányérok. Ha tetőtéri szobát kapunk, akkor nincs a jacuzzi felett tető és rossz időben nem biztos, hogy kellemes a használata.

- MgdRhv (9/5): - We had apartment, Very comfrotable big room, with equipment kitchen. Comfrotable bed and loundry, shampoo and soap in the bathroom. Easy self check-in. Just see the parking rules. Very good breakfast, everything what You need.
- Leony (5/5): The hotel is overrated - The rooms with the jacuzzi are designed quite well although they are all on the main street site. For 4 stars luxury hotel the spa area shall be free of charge Buffet was quite poor not enough variety overall and vegetarian options in particular. We were with 4 month old baby located in the site building. The restaurant and wellness area are located in the main building. The weather was pretty bad so for us was extremely unpractical to go to breakfast, dinner and wellness. Bath robbe was not for free either.
