Front desk staff cooperative Room was small and very dark, water in washroom was slimy, unpleasant kitchen smell in the 1st floor corridor. Far from town, limited breakfast option.

- Cari (10/5): A beautiful hotel with very helpful, friendly staff located just steps from two rivers mall. - The breakfast is for an additional price. We chose to order off the menu. This gave us flexibility. The prices for food were rather high for what you got. Especially since it would be easy to walk to mall and get more food for less money.
- XiaoXiao (7/5): 还要啥自行车，懂得都懂 - 地理位置绝佳，直接步行到购物中心，很方便。服务周到、耐心。安检严格，安全有保障。价格便宜。贴心准备了水果、点心。电视可以看网飞和油管。小阳台不错。 我们住的房间有些奇怪味道，让我鼻子有点过敏。浴室设计不合理，水会流出淋浴间。隔音不是太好，走廊里的声音传单房间里，打扰休息。床、被子、枕头对我来说太软、太热，不太适合这个季节。

- Mireille (8/5): - Outstanding customer service: the staff was very nice and attentive. Cleanliness: the hotel was very clean. Decent breakfast included. Proximity to Two Rivers Mall meant easy access to kids entertainment and on NYE the hotel arranged a reserved area to see the fireworks. Security. Overall great experience. The only very minor point: the hotel needs to update its information with ridesharing services. They cannot find its information and propose alternative pick-up points. It cannot be tricky for non-Swahili speakers.

Though I can't remember the name of the gentleman at the reception,he went out of his way to ensure we had the best! One cold treatment to our children who needed help with the lift by one of the receptionist

The staff were very attentivee and polite and I enjoyed some of the conversations we had. The Hotel Taxi service was expensive.

- Rachel (9/5): Besides the uncomfortable bed, it was a great stay. the room was very nice, staff was lovely! - Almost everything in the room was lovely, the bathroom and shower was perfect and the whole room was secure and clean. The bed was quite uncomfortable. The pillows gave the illusion of being plush, but were incredibly thin, and the blanket was short and thin. The mattress was fine.

- SOPHIE (7/5): Correct sans plus. - Pas beaucoup de choix pour les occidentaux. À l’arrivée, ils m’ont tout de suite facturé des petits déjeuner à 25€ au lieu de 17€ . J’ai dû expliquer plus de 20 minutes pour obtenir gain de cause ! Ce n’est pas normal du tout !
