The towels are toooo old. They should really be replaced. I have asked at the reception and they were very kind to give me newer ones. Bit I find it a pity with the high quality and efforts in a lot of domains, to let such an aspect lower your quality

- Roberto (7/5): No cumplieron con lo ofrecido - El edificio y sus instalaciones estan bien y limpias. Que ya no ofrecen servicio de clentar agua en la habitacion para hacer cafe ni te. La opcion que ofrecen es tener cafe complementario a partir de las 7am, esa es la mismo hora en que abren para el desayuno. No sireve para el turista que quiere visitar temprano las zonas arquelogicas del area. Si ese es su plan, les recomiendo pasar por un OXXO para el cafe y el desayuno.

En lugar de eso ofrece un servicio de Cafe que empieza a la misma hora que ofrecen el desayuno. No da ninguna ventaja para el que quiere salir temprano para visitar las zona arquelogicas del area. Aprendi a usar OXXO para mis desayunos. (El cafe del restaurante sabia muy quemado, como si lo hubiesen sobre tostado),.

El.primer día me atendió en el desayuno una señorita muy amable, el segundo día casi me dan ordenes para pagar, no casi me ordenaron. El la segunda noche estuvo sonando una alarme de de algún negocio o casa toooooda la noche y no pudieron hablar para que la apagaran. En relación precio se me hizo cara la habitación.

Estoy de acuerdo en eso siempre y cuando el lugar este lleno y tengas que esperar por una mesa, pero en este caso el restaurante estaba prácticamente vacío eran las 8 de la mañana si acoso una o dos mesas estaban ocupadas de quiza 40 disponibles, Me parece un absurdo que quieran a obligarte a sentar donde ellos digan, conozco restaurante en las principales ciudades de México y nunca me habia pasado esto. La recomendación: mayor capacitación a su personal , trabajar en el desarrollo del criterio y recordar a tal persona que de los clientes como yo que se hospedan en su hotel le pagan su sueldo.

La cour est bien aménagée Ça prend la clé de l'hôtel pour faire marcher l'électircité dans la chambre. C'est bien pour éviter le gaspillage d'énergie, le problème est qu'on peut rien garder au frigo, ni charger son téléphone dans la chambre quand on est pas là. C'est vraiement pas idéal.

- Peter (7/5): I am quite pleased with what I discovered: friendly staff for sure and pleasant surroundings. - I enjoyed sitting out in the well-kept garden, but it became too chilly at times to swim. The grounds were very attractive, like an "oasis" away from the city streets. I didn't partake of any meals onsite. The TV was difficult to manage, between the two remotes. I gave up several times after trying and getting "sin señal" too often. At times, too, I found the air conditioning was directed towards the bed and it got rather chilly as a result.

The hotel interior is made of marble and terracotta, very beautiul making you feel more like you are in Rome than Mexico. The whole place reaked of sewer, and despite having enough solar panels to run the entire place,the pool was ice cold, with no chance of going in even on the hottest of days.
- Belinda (10/5): Agradable y confortable - La ubicación. Las instalaciones, su personal y el servicio del restaurante por la noche. El buffet desayuno también. Quisimos desayunar el fin de semana, pero la música en vivo está muy alta, imposible de desayunar agusto. Solo desayunamos el lunes.

- Parshall (9/5): I loved being in the Palicio Maya for 11 days. It is my new 'home' in Merida. - I absolutely love this beautiful hotel. The entire interior features stunning marble, terracotta, and polished tile, creating a dramatic and elegant atmosphere. The exterior is quite modest, so you might easily walk past it without even noticing. I stayed in a spacious three-room suite on the top floor, and it was genuinely one of the best rooms I've ever experienced in Mexico. The location, even though it's only 2 blocks above the beautiful Paseo Montejo, isn't the best, but it is on Callie 62 and very easy to get to.

- EDUARDO (8/5): - La comida de buffet esta muy bien en precio y calidad la toallas están muy percudidas, y cuando te hospedas mas de un par de noches no te cambian las sabanas, eso no esta bien, al final nos cambiaron las toallas y bonitas pero no secaban
- Gerardo (8/5): Adecuada por el precio, descanso intranquilo - La comida es buena, el hotel esta en buena ubicación Las instalaciones se ven viejas, el baño que me toco tenia mucho óxido, la tele se trababa, pero lo que no me gusto, es que tenia a un lado otra habitacion que fácilmente podia ingresar a la mia, tuve que mantener cerradas, puerta de balcon y baño para evitar algun problema.

Me encantó que no necesité salir del hotel para desayunar delicioso. - A pesar de encontrarse en una buena zona (cerca de paseo de montejo), la calle en la que se encuentra esta poco iluminada, se inunda y esta un tanto escondida. Por lo mismo llegar de noche es bastante incomodo y no se siente seguro. -Hay algunas habitaciones con balcón compartido, en lo particular no fue de mi agrado, quitan privacidad, pues estas a voluntad de que el otro huésped sea educado y respetuoso. -Otro detalle es que no cuenta con centro de negocios o algún área donde imprimir documentos (con costo) y no hay ningún establecimiento en los alrededores que proporcione ese servicio.

Colazione buona Purtroppo la parte fuori risulta un po’ sporca per via della presenza di bellissimi pavoni. Non è stato comunque un problema.

- Emma1199 (8/5): Not bad - Friendly staff, spacious room, clean, nice view from the balcony. A bit far from city centre. The fridge didn't stay on once you remove the key card. I understand why the hotel doesn't want people to keep the ac on all day while out, but they could wire the fridge separately. Bathroom could use some updates. Neither shower nor sink drained well.

- Nóra (5/5): Once it could have been fabulous - The location was pretty good and the once nice hotel was okay and clean just older than shown in the photos. The gym facilities were horrible, outdated, not at all as shown in pictures and the room was super stuffy, we couldn't use it really. The surroundings were okay but I expected more from what I saw in pictures.
- Frederik (7/5): Not a bad hotel by any means, but there are several little things that can be done to lift the overall experience - Lovely garden and conveniently located There’s a strange smell throughout the hotel, and several little things just didn’t work the way it’s supposed to including reading lamp and the remote not functioning for the tv in the room.
- Barbara (7/5): Ein guter Aufenthalt mit dem typisch mexikanischen „Problem“ der übermäßigen Lautstärke. - Sehr sauber, sehr freundliches Personal. Das dazugebuchte Frühstück war sehr, sehr umfangreich und sehr gut! Auch die Früchte und die natürlichen Fruchtsäfte waren erstklassig. Die laute Musik. Gut, es war auch der Silvesterabend dabei, aber dass das Frühstück/ Brunch am Samstag völlig überlaufen ist, und dass eine Liveband so laut Musik macht, dass man sein eigenes Wort nicht versteht, ist mühsam… und es war der Abreisetag, also waren wir zeitlich stark gebunden…. Mit Ohrstöpseln frühstücken ist eigenartig.
