Stunning property, wonderful atmosphere and great location - it's so easy to get around from there whether you feel like walking or just taking Uber. The place around the property was also beautiful offering marvellous views. Staff was very friendly and not to mention the food... DELICIOUS. One of the best breakfasts buffets I've ever had in hotels - and the ladies offer to cook something hot to it whether it's sausages, omelette, scrambled eggs. Would definitely recommend.
- Monika (8/5): - Nice location and views 30 minutes walk from the Center. Bathroom door made by glass ( no privacy).. Wi-Fi wasn’t very good. Nice double bed but single duvets. Breakfast tasty and fresh with good selections. There is 2 saunas that need to book before use.. unfortunately we was not able to use the full facility as we made bookings no towels,, no staff who is look after need attention, infrasauna not working switch is broken,the ice bucket handle and refill system was not functioning. Staff/team very helpful and kind.

- Renata (8/5): Confortável, distante do centro. - Nossa estadia foi bastante confortável. A banheira no quarto é ampla, a cama confortável. Ficamos negativamente surpresos com a varanda dividida (dá acesso a outro quarto) e com a ausência de recepcionista presencialmente antes das 9am e após as 5pm. Em alguns horários precisamos falar apenas por mensagem de WhatsApp. Mesmo assim, o atendimento foi bastante prestativo e atencioso, ainda que “on-line”, nos ajudando com táxi, transporte e dicas locais. O hotel fica entre 20 a 30 minutos de caminhada da rua central, o que pode ser difícil de fazer após uma noite de diversão e durante o inverno. Cuidado com essa distância no inverno, melhor ir de carro. O hotel não possui elevador e carregamos duas malas de 23kg em 4 lances de escada. Café da manhã bom e com boa variedade.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Am Nationalpark - Schönes Zimmer. Sehr schönes Frühstück mit nettem Personal. Rezeption etwas unpersönlich, da auf Abruf. Sauna sehr gut - Problem nur: wie schließe ich sie von innen ab? Das sollte gelöst werden vom Hotel. Achtung: unser Vierbettzimmer für 2+2 Kinder hatte 1 Doppelbett und eine Couch - die im Grunde nur für eine Person ausreichte. Ein zweites Kind schläft auf Polstern mit Lücke. Bei diesem Zimmerpreis verbesserungswürdig. Super Lage im besten Viertel von Zakopane, direkt am Nationalparkeingang (Zugang zum Giewont)

The only problem was wrong information at hotels.com- the facility is rated like 5 stars hotel but it was a guest house not a hotel!!! Bear in mind that if you like to stay at hotel. The service was ok, the room with double bed and spacious bathroom was clean. The breakfast was included and good. Sauna was open from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and previous reservation was needed.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - Located on the edge of National Park, with stunning views. I reccomend room with a view and balcony. Distance to Krupowki is about 25min by walk but if you come to to the mountains that distance should not scare you. Rooms can be a bit on a smaller side, on the other hand bathrooms are very spacious. Total of 3 floors, be aware there is no lift.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - It's located on a very quiet rural road. The room has two balconies, one off the bathroom and a larger off the bedroom. It has beautiful views of the Tatras Mountains. They serve a full breakfast in the morning including eggs. This is not a hotel, in the traditional sense. The front desk is not attended 24/7, but the building, dining and rooms are all extremely clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again.

- Randy (10/5): Do yourself a favor and stay here! - The only part of our stay that did not go well was the check in process which was done by phone. We had a Polish sim card in our phone but for some reason, it did not work. Thankfully, another guest happened to come by and call for us. After that, it was a complete pleasure to stay here! The owner was super friendly and helpful. The "white sheep" decorations really made for a fun and friendly atmosphere! Also, the included breakfast had good quality food and a great service staff :)
- Rafal (10/5): Doskonałe miejsce na rodzinny wypad w góry - Byliśmy w Białej Owcy po raz pierwszy, ale z pewnością nie ostatni. Obiekt jest czyściutki, piękny i gustowny, absolutnie taki jak pokazują zdjęcia na stronie. Nie można się do niczego przyczepić, doskonała zaciszna lokalizacja z pięknym widokiem oraz pyszne śniadanie tworzą doskonały obraz całego pobytu. Z czystym sumieniem mogę polecić ten obiekt - jest naprawdę świetny.
- Salem (10/5): Waaw hotel and welcoming - Welcoming athmospere really love it . Not 24 h recipient but easy to contact. Room is so amazing just missing sound proof. Balcony is just waw and cozy. Breakfast is just local way and tasty although it's not that big. They have limited rooms just how waw it is. Transportation in the area is was around 20 local currency which was just bit high and to the cable care cost me by taxi around 35. Will come back if I planned to the same area..
- Anna (10/5): Fantastyczne miejsce - Bardzo udany pobyt. Piekny, bardzo oryginaln obiekt, w idealnej okolicy do pieszych wypraw w gory. Cicho i spokojnie, z dała od centrum ale z pięknym widokiem na Giewont. Pyszne śniadania, bardzo duży wybor dań :) miła i bardzo pomocna obsługa. Serdecznie polecam i na pewno wrócę :)
- Piotr (10/5): - Hotel is great, looks like a new hotel with great quality, its a little off of the main area but still walking distance if one chose to. Breakfast was amazing, one of the best ones ive ever had in a hotel and a great variety of awesome polish and other breakfast items. Room was great as well, not much of a view from our specific room but was still good with a great balcony to hang out on. Room was very small thought, we were limited in room to leave our luggage on the floor but we made it work and enjoyed the stay.
