The staff made it even better with lots of helpful tips and recommendations. It’s a noisy part of town but the soundproofing made a huge difference. You would expect some Joice being that close to town.

Roumyana (9/5): Amazing breakfast, lovely design but poor service - The rooms are beautifully designed and most of all the breakfast is served in the room and is really outstanding: freshly squeezed orange juice, variety of savories and sweets! No basic amenities on demand uch as a disposable tooth brush, comb etc. Service was basic : when I requested a taxi , they pointed diagonally across the round about, however it was raining heavily and they made no attempt to call one up in front of the hotel.

I had a terrace which was central but also private with plants. The receptionist Mary was friendly, efficient and professional. The hotel is near the port and bus station it is also only a short stroll to the port and the old town of Heraklion with shops and tavernas. I will stay at the hotel again when I am visiting Crete. Nothing

Sylvie (10/5): Perfect! - Het was een zeer aangenaam verblijf! We kregen een flesje wijn aangeboden van het hotel en ze hadden zelfs Netflix van het hotel ter beschikking. Mary was fantastisch en heeft ons ongelofelijk warm ontvangen. Het enige puntje dat ik kan bedenken is dat na het douche er zeer veel water in de badkamer loopt waardoor alles snel nat is.

The lady at reception was also very helpful and had great communication - both in terms of whatsapping instructions in advance and then offering ideas/suggestions for where to go and what to see.

Παρασύρης (10/5): - Το δωμάτιο του ξενοδοχείου ξεπέρασε κάθε προσδοκία και αποτέλεσε μία πραγματικά άριστη εμπειρία διαμονής. Από την πρώτη στιγμή, εντυπωσιάστηκα από την καθαριότητα και την προσεγμένη αισθητική του χώρου. Η διακόσμηση ήταν κομψή και μοντέρνα, δημιουργώντας μια αίσθηση άνεσης και χαλάρωσης. Το κρεβάτι ήταν εξαιρετικά αναπαυτικό, με ποιοτικά λευκά είδη που εξασφάλιζαν έναν ξεκούραστο ύπνο. Ο φωτισμός του δωματίου ήταν ιδανικά ρυθμισμένος, ενώ οι παροχές, όπως ο κλιματισμός, το Wi-Fi και η τηλεόραση, λειτουργούσαν άψογα. Ιδιαίτερη εντύπωση μου έκανε και το μπάνιο, το οποίο ήταν πεντακάθαρο, ευρύχωρο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με ποιοτικά προϊόντα περιποίησης. Η θέα από το δωμάτιο προσέφερε μια μοναδική αίσθηση ηρεμίας και ολοκλήρωνε την εμπειρία. Συνολικά, πρόκειται για ένα δωμάτιο που συνδυάζει άνεση, πολυτέλεια και λειτουργικότητα, ιδανικό για κάθε επισκέπτη που αναζητά υψηλού επιπέδου φιλοξενία. Σίγουρα θα το προτιμούσα ξανά χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη.

Andrew (10/5): Great Value and quality in excess of the official rating - Great base for a trip to heraklion, city centre in easy walking distance. Suite was spotless, large and all amenities you would need. Staff pre-booking were extremely helpful when I had to extend stay and organised good taxi transfer from the airport. When I collected car it was easy to park in front of the building too. Great location would be my foirst choice for any future trips to Heraklion 10/10 All great

Μου έκανε εντύπωση το πόσο μεγάλη ήταν η τηλεόραση και πόσο άνετο ήταν το στρώμα του κρεβατιού. Τέλος, η τοποθεσία ήταν απίστευτα βολική (πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο) και το ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ ήταν κάτι μας διευκόλυνε αρκετά. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα! Το μόνο πράγμα που ίσως άλλαζα θα ήταν το μέγεθος/διαρρύθμιση των παραθύρων.

Pawel (10/5): Very stylish, comfortable and well maintained hotel - Very clean room and the hotel itself is very well maintained. It's small, but it has a very nice atmosphere and stylish interior. I'd stay there again for sure. Car parking is limited and it's just in front of the hotel. It was not a problem during my visit in January, but I would imagine it might be harder to get a spot during tourist season months. In that case, you just need to allow yourself extra time to find street parking, that's all. Overall, the area all around the hotel appears to be very safe, so there aren't any issues with parking on the street.

Taonga (10/5): Very pleasant and accomodating hotel in a great location! - The breakfast was amazing. We had a very early morning one day and they managed to accomodate us by giving us to go bag for breakfast. The staff (specifically Mary) were very knowledgeable about the area and helpful to point us to places to eat and how to get around. The location was amazing with most of the city and main markets being walkable from the hotel which was nice! I would visit again!

Die Rezeption war immer erreichbar, freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück, das man aufs Zimmer gebracht bekommt, war auch super und abwechslungsreich. Lediglich Milch für den Kaffee hat uns gefehlt. Das Gebäude steht an einer viel befahrenen Straße, der Lärm wird jedoch von den Fenstern gut abgeschirmt. Ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Zentrum der Altstadt sowie zum Hafen, die Fernbusstation ist direkt gegenüber.

Not enough privacy as WC and shower (with sliding doors and no locks) are like two booths on the sides of the sink across from the bed and not in a separate room.
