- Toh Tseng (8/5): Value for money, around Baht 5,200 for a 3 night stay with a 50 Square Meters space! - 1)The room is spacious , with twin bed 2) Seven Eleven outlet is just 20 meters from the htoel, a huge plus! 3) The room is clean and comfortable with working air-con! 1) A walking distance of at least 10 minutes to the subway line, under the hot sun, on your way back, you could spend Baht 15 to ride on a motorbike back to hotel , save you from taking a 10 minutes walk. 2) If the hotel management arrange a paid arrangement to travel to the train line, would be a huge plus!

This is an apartment hotel; they bring water and take out trash every day. They change linens every other day, which is very nice. 4. 7-Eleven is across the street, and next to it is a small local restaurant with very low prices. Three of us ate for 200 baht, and they let us buy drinks from the store :) I would like a Smart TV, local channels are not very interesting for foreigners

- Adam (10/5): Spacious, family-friendly apartments in a beautiful historic neighborhood - The location is perfect if you want to be near the river and local temples but away from the chaotic noise of the main tourist hubs. We found the apartments to be incredibly spacious, which is a rare find in the city, and they were spotlessly clean. It’s a very children-friendly environment, making it a stress-free choice for families. Additionally, the staff were exceptionally warm and provided "insider" local recommendations that truly made our trip special. It is a bit far from the main shopping hubs, so we had to travel back and forth quite a bit for sightseeing and malls. If you are new to the area, I highly suggest using the Bolt app for cars or taking MRT train rides to get around efficiently!

- Brendan (10/5): Excellent séjour - Le personnel très gentil et serviable pour nous indiquer les lieux à voir, les moyens de transport, etc. Nous avons pu bénéficier d’une douche dans l’après-midi suivant le check-out avant de prendre notre train. Les chambres sont grandes et propres. Le 7eleven tout proche, très pratique. La localisation un peu perdue, à une dizaine de minutes du métro Charan 13 mais avec sacs ou valises et la chaleur thaïlandaise, le trajet peut être dur. Mais avec les VTC on s’en sort plutôt bien.

But easily accessible by Taxi, Grab etc. Neat and clean, as in pics, good staff, cooperative house owner, in between my stay I asked for Iron and toaster and she provided without any grudges. I believe , house needs some more crockeries, utensils. Also there were lots of ants on floors in case you drop any food stuff on floors by mistake.
