- Irene (6/5): Florenz, nicht das Quartier war die Reise wert ;) - Ausführliches Check in, ausführliche Informationen über die Stadt, was wo zu finden ist... Das Zimmer war ok, sauber und das Bad neu hergerichtet. Die Eingangstor zum Zimmer war sehr einfach, allerdings mit einem Spezialschloss versehen. Die Wände zum Stiegenhaus sehr hellhörig, Türen- und Stiegengeklapper incl. Der Stiegenaufgang u Gang, Buffettinsel treffen wohl keine 4Sterne;) Die Matratze leider schon durchgelegen, aber die Stadt Florenz war die Reise wert.

- Natsumi (7/5): 部屋が広くアクセスも良いです。 - 部屋が想像以上に広かったです。中心地から徒歩圏内で駅からも割と近かったです。 部屋は静かで、電気ケトルが部屋にあったのも良かったです。 電子レンジも廊下にあるので助かりました。 タオルも毎日交換があります。 部屋が少し寒かったですが、毛布があったのでそれを使いました。 誤ったパスコードが送られていたので、建物に入れず少し焦りました。 すぐメッセージの返信があり、正しいコードが送られてきたので良かったです。 夜は街灯があまりなく暗かったです。治安は悪くないので問題はないと思います。

La habitación es amplia pero el olor a humedad es insoportable, tanto el baño como la habitación tienen paredes y techos llenos de humedad, incluso, hay un hueco grande en la habitación que está tapado con una cortina y si la mueves se ve como dentro está totalmente lleno de humedad con toda la pared negra. No pudimos ni ducharnos de las condiciones en las que estaba.

He offered us complimentary coffee and told us all we needed to know about how to get around Florence. Highly recommended. Little extras like chocolates in our room on arrival which was a nice surprise. All perfect.

Camera cieca sia stanza che bagno la fibestra dava su un loculo con condizionatori sporchi pieni di cacche di piccione, assolutamente non si può cambiare aria nella stanza. Quei condizionatori sono da pulire assolutamente.

I rumori della strada e i condomini che arrivavano nella struttura anche dopo le due di notte non hanno aiutato. La posizione è buona vicino al centro e alla stazione . Si può raggiungere tutto a piedi . Struttura non del tutto pulita . Si può fare di meglio . Trovato bollitore sporco ma mi è stato pulito il giorno dopo . Molto scomodo per chi ha valigie pesanti . La stanza era al terzo piano senza ascensore. Insomma non ci ritornerei . Molto caro per quello che offre .

- Laura (10/5): Recommend it! - The bedroom had all the amenities one can desire, toothpaste, toothbrush, toiletries and all. The bed was comfortable, the bedroom was well equipped and the property was clean. Very well located and easy to find. Close to the train station and in the center. The host was always responsive and kind. The place was worth the money. Everything was good.

De kamer was mooi en goed onderhouden, met een comfortabel bed en een nette badkamer. Alles was erg schoon. De locatie is ideaal: alle belangrijke bezienswaardigheden zijn op loopafstand en er zijn veel restaurants en winkels in de buurt.

- Emir (10/5): - The host was very attentive, friendly, and easy to communicate with. You can reach them instantly and they respond quickly. The location is also fantastic and staying in the Vatican area is, in my opinion, one of the best choices in Rome. The room was very comfortable and quiet, making it perfect for a good night’s sleep. There is a shared kitchen area where you can get water or coffee, which was a nice touch. The herbal tea was especially delicious! Overall, everything felt very convenient and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit. It’s not a major issue, but I think it would be better if slippers were provided in the room. Other than that, everything was great.

- Kübra Beren (10/5): - Öncelikle çalışanlar çok iyi ve güleryüzlüydü. Her şey hakkında çok yardımcı oldular. Erken check in yaptığımız için odamız hala temizlenirken kruvasan ve kahve yiyebilmemiz için bize yakındaki bir kafenin kuponunu bile verdiler. Odaların yanında su sebili ve kahve makinesi vardı, odada da bisküvi vardı. Her şey çok iyi düşünülmüştü. Check out yaptıktan sonra valizlerimizi bırakabildik hatta almaya geldiğimizde hemen gitmek zorunda olmadığımızı orada oturup dinlenebileceğimizi kahve yapabileceğimizi söylediler. Temizlik personelleri de güleryüzlü ve iyilerdi. Klima sorunsuz çalışıyordu odamız güzeldi ve hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. Odamız üçüncü katta olduğu için valizimizi taşımayı dahi teklif ettiler çok kibarlardı çok memnun kaldık. Tatlı köpekleri Lus’a da sevgiler. (İsminin nasıl yazıldığını bilmiyorum 🥲) Teşekkürler

- TEA (8/5): - Bon emplacement, proche du marché et du duomo, chambre spacieuse, bien équipée d'un mini frigo, d'une télévision et d'une clim, lit confortable. Il y'a dans le couloir une machine à café et une fontaine à eau, très pratique en Italie. Personnel accueillant qui donne des recommandations sur les restaurants et endroits à visiter , possibilité de laisser ses bagages à l'accueil avant le check in et après le check out. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseurs, certaines chambres sont au 3ème étage. Peut être difficile de les joindre à l'arrivée en dehors des heures d'ouverture.

- Maria (9/5): Recomendable si quieres visitar Florencia a buen precio - La ubicación. Se puede ir andando a cualquier parte de interés en 10 minutos. Barrio tranquilo y sin ruidos para dormir. Además, los anfitriones eran encantadores. Tal vez necesite una capa de pintura, pero no podría decir nada malo del alojamiento.

- María (7/5): Estuvo bien ! - La ubicación sin duda es lo mejor. La habitación era muy simple, por el precio pensábamos que sería un poco mejor pero estaba bien dentro de todo. La cama era cómoda pero normal, unos pequeños sofá que parecen antiguos, Pero hemos estado solo para dormir así que estuvo bien. Las instalaciones del edificio y mismo del piso son antiguas y visualmente no muy lindas. La habitación tiene baño dentro y está bien, pero realmente por el precio que pagamos esperábamos otra cosa. Aunque sabemos que Florencia es caro, así que bien.

The staff speaks very loudly and makes a lot of noise the whole time, showing no consideration for guests trying to sleep and rest. I’ve never experienced anything like this at a hotel before. The bathroom had a very strong mold smell, and there was no hot water. Although we reported this issue to the reception, it was not fixed. We were only told to let the water run for 15min to get it warm, which didn’t work at all. We were truly relieved to leave the hotel.
