• Nicole (8/5): Great location , great rooms but needs more energy from the staff and bars. - It was beachfront and easy access to other nearby restaurants Some bartenders weren’t really friendly which made us feel uneasy to keep ordering drinks. It is a vacation spot with swim up bars , it’s supposed to be fun and enjoyable. With that being said , they should have music louder and more variations . The music was so low you can barely hear it and when asked to put it up a little more , they said it was the standard.

Most of the staff were very nice and friendly, making us feel welcome. I did want to mention a bit of confusion during check-in regarding my two bookings. Even though the first booking had been processed four hours earlier, the receptionist was still confused and initially tried to charge extra for my children. Additionally, I had to leave the hotel to find an ATM for the 24k deposit. It would be very helpful if the front desk could be a bit more proactive and friendly in providing ATM locations to guests in those situations.

• edgarvV8557PM (10/5): Excellent customer service - When I booked our stayed in Henann Palm Beach I didn’t know what to expect, it was our first time in Boracay, and I have to say the hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms are clean and spacious, the staff is friendly and the location is perfect. At the restaurant we had the best experience thanks to Mae, she was amazing, she was polite and helpful. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

• JeremyJy (10/5): Boracay ... - With the Hennan resorts sprinkled all over Boracay, Henann Palm Beach is the one with many things going for it (after trying a few along White Beach). Location is fantastic. Be it to eateries (along station 1, 2 or 3), a night out (EPIC, OM, Love Boracay Parties), a nice sundowner (Cafe Soul or the the rhythmic Mai Tai) or the beach, which is a short walk away. Breakfast has a nice spread with different selections. The pool is nice, with two sections ; upper and lower. The swim up bar is nice though if the layout had a beach view, it would have been perfect. The rooms and facilities in general, are clean All in all, great location, food and people.

Shops, restaurants, daytime and night-time activities are all just steps away, while the beachfront setting provides stunning, sunsets right on your doorstep. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and relaxed. The hotel balances comfort with a pleasant, laid‑back vibe, making it easy to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. We experienced very little noise at night. Service across the hotel is excellent. Staff are friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive, always willing to help and ensure guests feel well cared for. The buffet restaurant is a standout and deserves special mention. The food quality and variety are excellent, and the staff provide exceptional service. One of the evening waiters, Mike, stood out as he is incredibly attentive, welcoming, and always going the extra mile to make dining a pleasure. Rooms are comfortable, spacious, and well laid out. The beds are restful, furnishings are well maintained, and everything needed for a pleasant stay is thoughtfully provided. We had a swim up room and it was bliss - our balcony was shady all day and the surrounding area was very peaceful and relaxing. The pool is spotlessly clean and very inviting, adding real value to the stay, and the pool attendants are excellent - friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with towels or loungers. This was our first visit and we can't wait to come back!

Ms. Trisha at the reception was very accommodating and made our check-in quick and smooth. She was always ready to help with a friendly attitude. The housekeeping staff were also polite and consistent in keeping everything clean. The restaurant team was attentive and efficient, making every meal pleasant. Pool facilities throughout the ground level of the property. Nice gym with the main weight equipment desired for a good workout. Bedrooms have exterior window shutters, which do not block the sunlight if desired.

There was no variety except for Filipino food (Spaghetti and Pancit for Breakfast?). I would have liked a better assortment of fruit every day since most of the food I didn't consider breakfast.

Everytime we walk-in to the restaurant . He has the best table for us.Always making us satisfied. Hennan breakfast buffet is the best in the Island , they have a great variety of food choices. Rooms are comfortable specially the beds.We stayed in direct pool access which make it even better.My kids spent all days in the pool. They also offer massage at the poolside and is very affordable! Good to take advantage of after a long haul Flight!Direct access to the beach is very convenient. Hotel provides beach chairs with umbrella and is very well attended to.There is a nice roof deck pool great for the beautiful beach and sunset view. Weather is constant everyday, low 75 high 82-85 perfect beach weather. Hennan palm is also easy acces for any beach activities be centrally located between station 1 and 3 . Overall, Hennan offers the best value for money for relaxing and filled with fun family vacation! Never have buyer's remorse!They also have dinner buffet with option of unlimited drinks a better option ala carte in The Mall..Beware of Thai Basil Restaurant. It is a total reap off and trying hard to be Thai. CYMA is a tue best Greek in the Island. We can't wait to come back for our next trip!

• Caroline (7/5): - An sich schönes Hotel und freundliche Mitarbeiter Abends und auch nachts war es auf den Fluren leider sehr laut, super viele Kinder und viel Geschrei. Das Frühstücksbuffet war zwar groß und hatte viel Auswahl jedoch war die Atmosphäre eher mittelmäßig. Wir wurden beim Frühstück auch jeden Tag von Straßenhändlern angesprochen welche Touren verkaufen wollten welches wir als sehr störend empfanden.

Birthdays... always same... for years and years. Try to have a new spirit!! U can improve and not every year same. Needs new vibe.

Das Hotel ist ein riesiger „Bunker“ und eher Massenabfertigung. Die Pools liegen im „Innenhof“ - kommt also eher weniger Sonne hin.

• Bailey (8/5): Nice hotel - Good location minus the fact that the minute you walk on to the beach you are assaulted by many vendors trying to sell you massages/tours/food etc. We couldn’t even lay on the beach loungers without people coming up to us every 20 minutes trying to sell us necklaces or other souvenirs. The pool was beautiful (but quite cold) and our bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good. Drinks and food were quite pricy. One day the upper pool area/bar was closed for a private event which I found frustrating.

• Stefanie (9/5): Amazing stay, top resort. Comfort and relax guaranteed - I booked the premier room which had a great view of the main pool (3rd floor). The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. Plenty of room for luggage. Great drying rack outside. The buffet breakfast was fantastic and both pools were great. The food and drinks at the pools was great. For a large resort, it lacked enough pool lounges. Staff at the lower pool bar lacked service and speed causing frustration and requiring follow up. For a top resort, I’d expect more attentive staff and better service.
