• Naoya (7/5): 場所が良く、駐車場も借りれたので、便利でした。 - チェックインの対応が親切でオンラインでも言ってる事がわかりやすかった。 場所が目的地に近く、スケジュールをスムーズにこなせた。 乾燥機は無いものと思っていましたが、やっぱり無いと不便です、早く直ると良いですね。 簡単な物干し道具と、清掃道具があると良いと思います。

• Nami (8/5): Easy, clean and comfortable. - I really liked this was an apartment style. The only thing is that my daughter was too big for the extra futon and the floor was too hard to sleep with futon. We needed an extra bed. But we enjoyed our staying and would book again if we go Okinawa.

• Anna (5/5): - Location Self check in was awful! There was no wifi at the one small tablet to use in order to get the info needed to check in. There was no pre check in so we each had to stand in line to provide our info. The codes did not work and we had to wait another 15 mins for remote support to reset the whole stupid process. Worst check in we've experienced.

• Daniel (1/5): NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL - nothing These guys have no desire to understand the feedback. THERE ARE BED BUGS IN THE MATTRESS, NEVER USE THIS HOTEL, THE HOTEL OWNER IS A CHEAPSKATE WHO IS UNABLE TO SIMPLY REPLACE THE MATTRESS WITH A NEW ONE, TERRIBLE SERVICE.

• HARUKA (6/5): - 全体的にはとても綺麗で食器も料金内で申し分ないと思いました。駐車料金も宿泊の料金を思えば許容範囲。 ただ長期宿泊を想定して洗濯機があるのに、乾燥機は故障で使用不可(全室とのこと)使用はしていませんが、スイッチ押したら動いたので、本当は使えそう。使用できないなりに、ハンガーやハンガーラックなど、洗濯物を干す場所を作って欲しいです。クローゼットは布団が入っているとのことで、鍵がかかっていて開けられず。これからの時期、上着などかける場所もないので、この点を改善していただけたら、今後も出張での際は利用したいと思いました。 あと、上階が海外の人なのか夜中に歌声や、歩き回る音が激しくて、鉄筋でもこんなにうるさいのかと思いました。 立地的には住宅街で静かですきだったので、料金なりの民度の宿泊者がいることは考えないといけないなと勉強になりました。

• Tyler (4/5): - I stayed 9 nights here. One of the main selling points to me was that there was a washer and dryer in the room. These proceeded to be broken and instead replaced with a sign saying that I had to pay for a change of towels. I asked about getting new towels without a charge since I’d be there so long and was never informed of the broken equipment prior to getting there. The staff told me that would work and he’d be by the next day with towels. He never came back. You have to pay for parking, the tv remote was broken and I had reached out to the property about a change in reservation nearly two weeks prior to staying and they never got back to me. Overall not great. If you’re wanting to be near the water there are much closer, better hotels. I do not recommend staying here.

• MIKA (4/5): - 北谷中心に旅行するには場所がとても便利で良かった。シングルベッド 2台およびシングル布団2組と記載があり、全部で4人分の寝具があると理解していたが、布団2組はシングルベッド2台にセットしてあるので実質シングルベッド2台のみとなる。4人でシングルベッド2台は辛すぎたので紛らわしい記載はやめてほしかった。タオルも人数分無く追加のお願いをしたが貰えず購入した。クローゼットと乾燥機は使用不可、洗濯物を干せるスペースもごく僅か。駐車場は決まった場所に停めるよう案内があったが毎回他の車が止まっていて結局空いている場所に止めるのでその案内は必要無いと感じた。総合して数日間過ごすにはストレスが大きすぎた。
• EMIKO (7/5): 観光が，無い時は又利用します。 - 設備が良かった。 部屋も掃除モップがあり使わせて貰いました。清潔に保てるし。 洗濯機も洗面室にあるしトイレも使い安かった。 玄関の鍵が閉まらず、掃除の方に 電池を変えて貰いましたが， ２度目も掛からなくなり，出かけてる 間に直してもらいました。もうひと 部屋も借りてたのですが、 そちらも鍵が掛からなくなりました。 実家の葬儀で来たので、近くで 良かったです。 何度も出入りするのに、数字を入れるのは手間がかかりますね。

The property owner should either lower the price or improve the facilities. - Good wifi 1, The dryer for clothes was out of service even the balcony is too tiny to hanging so I was asking the company to change the room, however they said all rooms dryer have been out of service. 2, many small spider and ants in the room 3, bed was squeaking so hard. 4, not any space to storage clothes 5,some paint came off from little table and chair 6, no any cleaning products in the room Overall, there was not worth of the price.

• さやか (2/5): - 搭載されている部屋の写真と実際の部屋の違いにビックリした。壁掛けの大きいテレビだと思ったら 置き型の20V型ほどの小さいテレビ。 画面は汚く、中側が汚れているせいで画面は見づらい、音量も最大にしても小さい クローゼットも使用禁止。ガス乾燥機は故障中。ハンガー1つもありません。 ウキウキしながらチェックインしたのに、部屋の中に入った瞬間、ガッカリ感が強く残念すぎました。 バスタオルも、1つは身体を拭けば埃？髪の毛？がいっぱい着いて最悪だった。 ホテル選びに失敗した。としか思えなかった 口コミを見ていて良かっただけに、とても残念すぎました。

It was nice having washing machine but no working dryer had to use coin laundry nearby and no fresh towels. There is small but functional kitchen to use that was good
• Micah (9/5): Good location for a family of 5. - Parking is a little difficult but the property was clean and well located to key areas around Camp Foster and Kadena AFB. Close to Sunabe and plenty of food options. The doors were locked to access the futons that my children used.

• Sarah J (2/5): - DO NOT stay at this property. First, there is not a check in desk. When you get there, you have to call a phone line and someone walks you through check in. There is no one there in person. Trying to get to the room, the elevator was so small that we could not fit together with our luggage. We get to the room and it was TINY. There are no outlets in the “bedroom” to plug in a phone charger or more importantly, my husband’s medical equipment and there is no night stand. This room stated that it sleeps 4 people with 2 twin beds and 2 futons but that is not true. The 2 futons are pads on the floor, which is traditional for Japan but there is NO space in the living area to fit them. The couch was small, filthy, with holes. The bedding looks like some mismatched stuff you pulled from your grandmother’s closet and the pillows were beyond thin. When you go to the closet to get more pillows you will find dirty, with what appeared to be blood stained, pillows. The washer and dryer in the room is out of order and after reviewing the photos online you can see this in one of the pictures but apparently they have not gotten around to fixing this and still advertising as working washer and dryer in room. We left immediately and went to a Hilton. If you think since you are checking out you will get your money back, you would be wrong! The property management refused to give us any money back. If you think Expedia as a major company will help protect you, again you would be wrong!
