Guest Reviews
- Verified traveler (2/5): - I am a ofw working for a years and wanting to have a great vacation but the experience here is worst. I didnt able to rest properly because of the washroom smell and unsafe room that have broken lock and the surrounding area was so loud. I will never stay in this hotel again. Yucky washroom
- Tim (2/5): - This is a nasty, dirty, unsanitary type hotel, highly recommended to go to the SM across and buy new sheets and blankets.
- michael (8/5): - A/C was great and needed it. Mostly quiet. Room overall fine. Shower was just warm so that was ok, but i like water hot.
- Ronel (8/5): - duting the time of the stay no internet service and the tv only three channels. you need to walk up in the stairs bc they don’t have lift
- Philip (8/5): - Good staff, lousy bathroom. Stinky
- Clifford (2/5): - Worst
- Verified traveler (2/5): A Horror Motel!!!! Beware people!!! - False advertisement! It’s a motel for short time period! It’s a drive inn motel!! It’s not for a longer stay! So I have to shout out to people to beware to this motel!!!! No amenities no refund!!! Scary place! Anyone can be in danger to this motel!
Wish this motel should be blocked!!!!!!
- sandro (10/5): - Staying at Hotel Dreamworld Las Pinas was so good. They were fast to attend my needs.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Not really nice to be honest.
- jeffrey (2/5): - awful!
- Shirley (8/5): - Very accessible to stores and walkable going SM Southmall. However, the supplies (water and tissue) were not ready when we checked-in. Still, the service and location is good.
- X6048BOcarlc (2/5): Rude staff (RA to be exact), horrible, lazy, and beyond the most disgusting hotel in the philippines. - So dirty and the Room attendants are totally useless and prqctically irrelevant same can be said about most of the staff, most are seen laying around and dosing off/ relaxing, whilst they say the room will be ready in 10 minutes but it'd take them 30 minutes or more to prepare due to relaxing and not caring about the customers. Most can be said about the RA/room attendants, they're useless piles of filths that practically yes boss OJT students around and benefit from that, they also show unprofessionalism along side laziness, lack of respect to guests, and overall provide guests with a bad experience, and thats just the RA/room attendants not including the rooms themselves which are nonetheless the most filthiest I've ever seen.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Disappointing and very uncomfortable. Key card was missing, dirty bath tub. Didn't stay, walked out and went to a hitel that was more comfortable
- Bobzilla_28 (2/5): NO PRIVACY HOTEL! - This is the worst hotel that i ever been, The hotel that doesn’t protect the privacy of the guest. I’m sleeping at 1am in the morning and the bell boy along side with someone opened the first door and forcing to open the second door by trying to remove the hook. Then when i asked why his opening the door hence he blame me for not locking the second door. The hell that reason, why do i have to locked and secure myself if i know that i paid for my room and expecting the security. That’s too alarming, but when i talked to the person In charge it doesn’t look that new for them. I tried also to address to the management and send to their email but no response seems that they used to have this complaint. I don’t believe that i paid 1.9k for the non privacy hotel.
Just to warn for the future guest, NEVER COME HERE! AVOID THIS HOTEL ON YOUR STAYCATION LIST.
- onesweetjedi (4/5): Things to know - This place has one thing going for it. Definitely inexpensive. It does most of its business in renting by the hour and is not great for those looking at staying long term.
The Bad:
They dont give out keys and no card lock systems. The doors lock from the inside but the only way to secure your room when you leave is to ask a staff member to lock it and open it again upon your return. There are alot of staff around and they do seem to be aware of who belongs where.
No hot water. They say "warm water only". Warm is being generous. Maybe 80F°/27C° at best. Shower head had major leak, reported, no effort to fix so it sprayed water everywhere. No extra towels to serve as a bath mat making exiting the high sided tub a dicey process.
Phone in room stopped working. Notified staff. Was still dead 4 days later.
Wifi seems to reset/disconnect every couple hours forcing you to log back in regularly.
Housekeeping only if you ask. No real attempt otherwise.
The good:
Inexpensive
Clean
Staff generally very polite and helpful.
Room service food was far better than expected
Tub large enough for two, as long as you don't mind your body heat being the primary source of heat.
So if you need a place for a little fling, probably fine. Looking for amenities and security... Stay far far away.
- Amador Jr (8/5): It was so-so. - It was a drive-in type of place. The room is different from the pictures. I asked if we can change rooms. The 2nd room was just a little better.
- Melanie (6/5): - We thought that it was really clean but sadly was not. It smelled in the toilet and the sheets are not clean. But I have to mention that the staff are nice and friendly.
- Geno (6/5): - slow response to client needs (i.e shampoo)
- Mark Sherwin (10/5): Quality rooms for a reasonable price - The staff are accomodating. Clean and quiet place to stay. Quality room for a reasonable price
- Ma Teresa (4/5): Pls improve the facility - The sad part room does not have hot shower. The ceiling of parking has leaking water coming from our bathroom. The bathroom has a foul smell.
- Justine (2/5): - Slippers used and broken, no wifi in other room, no battery remote, no choices for free breakfast sometimes, old bed and pillow sheets, poor amenities, the pictures are a lot different in person.
- Gilbert (8/5): Better than all my Sogo check-ins - it was great though the sweeping of dust should be improve I think.
- JAMES (8/5): Great staff - The service at the hotel was amazing! Everyone was so nice and accommodating.
- Raiku069 (8/5): Cozy place to be Alone - Had a fun stay alone with one of the cozy and affordable hotel near my area to have a quite and relaxing Me Time. Staff are friendly and just one call ahead they are attentive to all what you need from toiletries to foodie
- hehestormxyz (2/5): This is scam hotel. Becareful! - This is a scam hotel, they don’t provide key for your room and when you ask for a key they will say room key is lost. When you went out to buy things they will steal your shoe and washing conditioner.
- LostWanderer051098 (10/5): Highly Recommended! - I stayed here for three days to attend a seminar. The place was cozy, my room was spacious, housekeepers and all of the employees of the hotel were very accommodating and smiling all the time. I've enjoyed their buffet breakfast because of too many choices. Their food was great! I must say, they have a good chef. This is a highly recommended hotel! Ambiance was very nice! Special mention to the tall guy in their resto named Jack. He was very accomadating to all of our needs and serve us with a genuine smile. I really wanna commend him! Great service Jack!
- mariloup687 (2/5): Mosquitoes - I'm currently staying here just for 1 day to meet college friends. Mosquitoes are my companion. Towels with holes. Poor WiFi. Shocking! putting deposit for the room key? Should be included during stay. Oh well. Thank god, I'm only staying for 1 day.
- MitchPinay (6/5): Forgetful Receptionist - Very affordable but the toilet is not functioning well and the air condition sound was loud that my 3 year old daughter was not able to sleep well. We requested some food and bottled water but had to wait for more than 15 minutes and called the service line again only to find out that the receptionist forgot to relay our order.
- Junkyard1979 (2/5): Not Well Maintained In Fact Getting Worse - Our visit last year was so great I even asked for a discount card because it's cheaper than other nearby motels. Second visit was even better we got the executive suite at a slightly higher price. So thought I would definetly come back even if the traffic outside was worse than EDSA or Ayala.
NOW THE THIRD VISIT this weekend was DISAPPOINTING. The CR was dirty, the jacuzzi was filthy you can still see the watermarks. No floormats. There was no support underneath the mattress only the bed frame itself I almost fell when I sat on the edge. I would definitely not come back again.
- shalleys2017 (8/5): Relaxed! - The place is good and clean.I love the comfort room since its clean and i like the shower too. We felt relaxed on their place specially the jacuzzi...
The food is also ok.
I havent tried the massage service.Maybe next time na lang.Im sure we will be coming there back again!
- aizels (8/5): Budget Friendly with Strong internet Connection! - The price is cheap. Quiet. Internet connection is good. Great back up to those that has home based jobs. It's quite comfortable. There's a table and chairs great for working. The lighting is great. Not gloomy unlike other hotels with the same price range. :)
- itseuco (8/5): Cheap & Nice - This hotel is actually good.
Crews are nice and very attentive.
The place is clean, even the waiting area is properly maintained(quite small though).
The room is pretty small compared to others but it is actually very clean. The bathroom is also clean. The lighting is awesome. The food is good and room service is fast(24 hours).
- Albert1018 (6/5): Staff is not so service friendly. - Upon entering you can only get two bottled water. You cannot asks for any additional water for free. Room is spacious and clean. The staff however is another matter, maintenance will ignore you or just direct you to another. Good for a short stay only.
- paulrichard1986 (4/5): Beating the Summer heat - Since our house is under renovation, dust and heat is my biggest enemy. I have made it a point to have a me day. On my first stay I enjoyed it, comfy, clean and fresh. but on my second try, the room was no longer that good. bed sheets and even the pillow case have stains! It took the room boy minutes before he could find a stain free sheet. the room did not smell good and the lights are not functioning at all. There are instances where you can hear the noise outside your door with guests and even staff coming here and there. Plus, when you have decided to cut short your stay they are not open to such rebate even if you have not completed the hours of your stay. Their complimentary comb is not advisable for use since it will hurt your scalp. Well, i just hope that next time they will do some improvements with regard to my said concerns.
