- Manpreet (1/5): If were slept on the streets that still would have been a better experience than this hotel. - The location of the property is fine. The hotel was not at all clean, rooms were stinky, the blankets were eaten by rats, they were torn, and were super dirty. Even they did not use a simple toilet cleaner on the commode. The staff was so lazy that we asked them to clean the toilet or at least give us a toilet paper and we got a reply that it will be done in the morning. We actually had to call the owner to get a simple toilet paper. There were termite in the rooms and spiders in the drawers. All the positive reviews on the site are fake.

- Naidu (5/5): Room was not up to the expectation and will not suggest others to stay as there are other options. - One good thing was that hot water was available at all times ( 24hrs) and this was nice, the reception person was very nice and that was the only good thing in the hotel one of the room allotted was very dirty and horrible smell and was leakage in the bedroom. then had to change it. Bedsheets was not clean and pillow cover very dirty. the three rooms that we stayed also was smelling Room heater they have charged extra for each day @ Rs 250 per day paid 750 per day for the 3 heaters There was a option as many good hotels are in the same lane but because we booked had to stay here and could not change as we found about the room after we paid for the two days stay. bill also was not given when checking out

- Usha (7/5): The stay was amazing, the servant there helped us a lot and finely did the services. - the bed was comfortable the servant was very polite and helpful the room was clean enough (we had booked right at that moment, so according to that room met our expectation) the service was quick and good (we needed to change bedsheets and they did it quickly) the room had a non working phone, non working TV. there was no facility for food neither was there any menu or any card to contact the servant the bedsheet had ants the furniture wasn't placed neatly, they can do a bit management to keep it neat the bathroom had a non working shower and tap
