• Shakeel (1/5): Bad - It doesn't seem 4 star Hotel as you shown while booking . Please remove the stars from this hotel while showing . If it goes to for rating in stars i will give half star . I booked a room for 3 people. It should be a room fitted with 3 beds . When I reached they showed us one single room matrimonial bed and they told us they would put an extra mattress for the third person . Then we refused And later they showed us two matrimonial beds where four persons can accommodate in two beds . Then they charge us an extra 500 ₹ . They should have to give us a facility for 3 persons for what they booked i don't know why they charge us extra. Please look at this matter. Thanks
