• Rahul (1/5): Pathetic - location near airport Both the rooms were stinky, dirty, and unhygienic. We asked for Plates All we’re dirty had stinky plates. Pillows had disgusting stains and an awful smell. Basic cleanliness and hygiene were completely ignored. The photos on the websites are highly misleading the real condition is far from what’s shown. Drinking Water Situation: They didn’t even have sealed drinking water bottles! When we asked, they gave us some unsealed, suspicious water claiming it was “purified”. Later, they handed us a refilled old bottle. This is shocking and completely unacceptable. We were forced to order drinking water online from Swiggyinstamart/Blinkit Waste of Money: This place is nowhere near worth ₹2000/night. It’s not even worth ₹500. You're better off sleeping in your car or at the airport lounge. Fake Reviews Trap: Be warned — the majority of 5-star reviews are clearly fake. Don’t fall for them like we did. The reality is drastically different. The hotel management seems to be running a scam by manipulating reviews. Finally i would say that The only positive is that it’s close to the airport. But that alone can’t justify the pathetic maintenance, careless staff, and poor hygiene standards. Do yourself a favour — stay away from Ratna Resort Hotel. You’ll thank yourself late

• Shreeranga (4/5): Extremely convenient to catch flight , neat clean room without any frills - Its closeness to airport , I could walk in 6 mins from my room to the entry of the airport. Its a low budget hotel , so entrance for facilities are not something to look up to.
• Ashok (1/5): Very bad - The room was dirty. Floor looked dark and dinghy. Service was not up to the mark. Service staff didn’t know how to serve customers. Painting was peeling off the door and walls. There was Wi-Fi, but was not working. TV started working only after several trips by their service staff in trying to start working. Location and a good, but the entire hotel needs to be redone.

As we checked in we were given a room in the ground floor which was damped , with no ventilation and the washroom was outside the room. We requested them to provide the deluxe room which we had booked for. They provided us another room in the first floor, which was fairly better but had no electric kettle to make tea. We were disappointed

• Lavanay (1/5): Poor hotel at a great location - The garden, Quality of bed, and location is great. The hotel had a lift/elevator. Rooms and bathrooms were not clean, small in size, and with broken locks. Two bottles of water is provided but they had their seal broken. So, it was not packed drinking water as one might think seeing mineral water bottles. Water heater in one of the bathrooms was leaking profusely. Ordinary plastic chairs are provided in deluxe rooms.
• Ashutosh (1/5): Bad - Location near the Airport Initially, there was no electric kettel or glass or cup or tea/coffee kit or or menu card or towel..... so every thing was requested. One by one, the staff supplied the things. When I wanted to heat water, I found the electric kettel to be extremely dirty so I could not use it. There was no sofa, TV remote was not working, there was no menu card in the room, the room service staff were very confused and irresponsible, instead of returing balance money of the dinner, one of the staff was offering a matchbox......overall very bad experience.
