• Kalita (1/5): I just hated the place.I couldn’t sleep properly in the room due to it’s condition - I didn’t like anything about the property The property was very congested.The room was very dirty.The bathroom was all full of dirt and dust and it seemed like as if the room was kept unclean and closed for many days.Also the bedsheet was also full of dust .I didn’t even feel like sitting in the bed.Also the wardrobe provided didn’t have any space for us to keep our clothes as some other items were stuffed in there.The room just felt like a storeroom that has been closed for many days.Also when I complained about the condition of the room to the staff,the receptionist did not accept their fault and on showing them the condition of the room,the receptionist said to me rudely that that’s why locals shouldn’t be allowed as they keep complaining too much to which I said that I am not a local and if such was the case it should have been mentioned in the booking site and it was not mentioned .The staff was not at all cordial.Disgusting experience.Horrible staff

• Pillai (1/5): Bad - 2 people from their staff were good, rest all bad. One is the electrician and other is the cateraria fellow Everything from location to cleanliness. Flush water does not come, rooms were not cleaned, linen was stinking, dust everywhere, AC did not work for 5 hours.

• Clifton (9/5): Comfortable stay as a solo traveller - Comfortable stay as a solo traveller, room was nice, but can improve, overall little bit more maintenance of the bathroom. But again a solo traveller so that's my view while booking through the app the amount is X a month prior and on arrival the amount changes to Y different amount , wonder why this happened, also front desk said, call customer care for the difference, does a traveler in a new place have the time and energy to do so, so please do look into this glitch

• Suraj (9/5): Superb - Customer service was good and food was tasty, room was clean, overall good. Oyo service is very very bad because as per property 1 night's payment is 1600, but if you book through online from booking.com it's shows less price that's why guest have to suffer, as a guest we will pay the money as per showing on booking.com, we were waiting in reception at atleast 2 to 3 hours, after connecting several time with customer service of oyo we got the solution.
