- Luke (1/5): Be wary of this site and the people who manage it - I would not trust their management of this situation at all - Nothing - we didn’t even get to enter the property as there was an issue with getting access due to previous tenants supposedly - this was not communicated to us until the last minute and was unacceptable Bad communication - with a check out time of 11am, we did not find out about not being able to access the property until 5pm and after multiple communication and “pre-edited” emails - do not trust this management company or site contact.
- Ryan (1/5): If this is the last property in Sydney, sleep on the street. - The property was in a great location Don’t let the lack of air conditioning in this sweat box put you off… if it was installed, it probably would work anyway, just like the tv, internet and dishwasher - which still contained the last guests dirty dishes. The available laundry is two washing machines available to the 7 floor apartment building, so good luck and you will need lots of coins. Dont make a mess as there are no cleaning products / cloths / garbage bags available. I’d like to see a couple survive a weekend sharing a bathroom with zero storage space. The property has clearly sustained water damage with rotting skirting boards and mouldy floor panels.
