• Hong (9/5): Superb - The hotel staff were very enthusiastic and friendly, although we had some language barriers, it did not affect my stay experience. All facilities in the hotel are clean, and the cleaning lady is responsible for cleaning very diligently every day ，I stayed in Bangkok for three days and booked three different hotels at the same price. I think this is the best one,At first, I thought the location here was not good, but the fact is that it is very good. The streets of Bangkok often have roaring motorcycles in the middle of the night, which greatly affects sleep. However, the main road in this hotel is some distance away, and we slept very well. Moreover, there are many restaurants and a 7-11 50 meters away from the door。 The room is a bit small, and there is no guardrail at the edge of the bed. It may be due to the thick mattress that was replaced later. Some people, such as me, may feel insecure

• Mellhyuk (8/5): Nice basic accommodation in Silom - Check-In was really easy. Even though it was self-check-in and we never saw or talked to any staff of the hotel. The 2-bed-room we stayed in was nice and well-equipped with towels, clean bedding, AC and WIFI. The shared bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, but otherwise the accommodation was quite nice.

• Alexis (3/5): The worst hostel ever.DO NOT BOOK ON THIS HOSTEL. Beware. Im a level 3 loyal client and have booked for numerous hotel a - The price. But you can book the same price on walk in beside this property and accross the property. I sugguest to do that to look around this hostel. Because it cheaper and it is better and well manage properties. The Staff is the worst in my entire booking experience. Rude, unfriendly and unwelcoming staff. The staffs stay and live on the same Building and would sat on the floor on the lobby and ignore the guests as is you dorn exists. They are the worst staff ever. Didnt even say good bye or welcome. And tried to scam me on the room as well. I book a 2 twin bed room and gave me a very uncomfortable bunk bed. Its different on the picture they try to sell here. On person they will give you a poorly made bunk bed that iw very low and would bump your head on the metal railing because its too low and poorly made. Apparently they tried to give that kind of room to people checking until and will only change if you complain. I stayed on the room for a night because they said they will move me the next day and it was late already. But i found out that they tried to do the same modus on different guess.
• Ils1977 (4/5): Disappointing - The location, close to BTS station. It was clean. It was cheap Check in: nobody there, another guest let me in. They gave me a very small bunkbed room without a window instead of the twin room with window I had booked..Saying that booking had put the wrong pictures with the description.

• Alex (9/5): Superb - The location is awesome. The place is really nice, clean and comfortable. Good wifi, comfy bed, clean rooms and bathrooms. Lockers if you have a dorm bed. There's a beautiful terrace. The staff is normally not there. The check in was good though, they leave your keys at the reception table next to a sign with your name and room.

• Thanh (8/5): Very good - The location is nice. The facilities in general are very good for the price point. I didn't see any staff for the majority of my stay, however, you can manage by yourself easily. The room smells weird whenever I entered it.
• Shalev (1/5): Choose somewhere else - The room had light but no electricity to charge our phone, the room was dirty the staff wast there most of the time and when you tried to call them they weren't answering, and for the cherry on top our the public bathroom was air vented into our room so all the noise and smell came to us all the time. They also double booked us and wanted us to sleep in dorms but when we argued they "luckily" had another private bedroom available.

• Niamh (7/5): You need 3G/data/sim card to get into hostel. - Nice rooftop. If you don't have 3G or data. It's very hard to enter property if arriving later. Took us nearly 1 hour to get into the property. You have to WhatsApp the hostel and we didn't have sim cards or WiFi. I eventually managed to find some WiFi to try get in as the front door has a pass code. I totally get it but they need to have the WiFi password outside the building for people like me who want to travel a little more off road without sim cards haha. Or would have nice to have know this.

• Sacha (4/5): Staff are awful, hostels okay - Comfortable beds, we booked this hostel for a layover so we had a place to shower/have a nap. Staff were incredibly rude. Were talking about us behind our backs not realising we both speak Thai (English couple). We decided not to say anything as we were too tired and were checking out. The hostel is extremely hot on the landings/hallways and there is no lift which is awful especially in the heated hallways.

• Schwarz (8/5): Very good - The hostel is right in the middle of the city and very easy to reach, even by bus. The staff is friendly and it's a very quiet but welcoming, relaxed vibe inside. The thing I liked the most was the terrace on the roof, it looks like it's straight out of a movie, you have a view over Bangkok's busy City and the high building, while sitting on a very comfortable sofa or some chairs with a table to do some tasks on. I didn't like that the beds had no bedside table and the fact that this is my only point of critique says a lot.
• Manuel (5/5): Check-in not that good, rest is OK - It is a convenient hostel and I got a bed with a very discounted price The check-in experience for someone who arrives in the morning is terrible. - There is none at the desk in the morning - If you contact the number suggested to check-in, it does not respond - The only girl that walks around does not speak english, so she cannot understand anything you are asking - There are insects in the bathroom of the reception I arrived at 9am coming from a night bus, and had to wait for 5 hours at the reception to check-in. At this point you are probable thinking: "But that's the rules of the hostel" I get that, what I am saying in this review is that for 5 hours: - I had no clue if I was in the right place or not to check in because the girl didn't understand what I was saying - I couldn't even ask to possibly check-in before (I know what are the rules of the hostel, I am saying I couldn't even ask) - I couldn't even have a shower to refresh myself (or couldn't even ask if I could or not) - The reception room is small

They said it was fine as long as it booked it beforehand ( we booked as soon as we had confirmation). Turn up at the hostel and no one is there and no key left. We then phoned the hostel number that was on the front desk to see if they could bring the key to tell us that they had no beds for us. We have not received a refund.

• Angela (7/5): Nice Facilities - Straight forward clean facilities, nice rooftop balcony, coin laundry for 40 baht, kitchen area nice, blackout curtains in dorm, ac works. Staff minimal but easy to talk to via WhatsApp if you're not high maintenance. Cute decor, bedding is nice/clean Corners/some places could use a deep cleaning, the bottom bunk is really low so you cannot sit up all the way, the bunk light didn't work, parts of the shower fixtures were broken but everything still worked enough. Not a social vibe hostel; seems to have a lot of older men in the dorm with some impressive snoring. Beds are really uncomfortable

• Nathaniel (10/5): Nice area and a quiet hostel - It's better here safe than other hostels like Bodega and Slumber Party over there they have obviously widely open doors that anyone could get in and would breach the security of the property. Free Coffee and Locked door of the entrance.

Despite the fact that we have already booked and paid for a twin room, we were given a single queen-size bed. I asked the staff why they do so, and they said "because another room requested it". On the top of that, Besides they failed to mention when checking in that we would not have a twin-bed room as we booked, and then they chose not to do anything and took no action to compensate for the mistake. Extremely unprofessional, disappointing, unacceptable, and failed immensely.

• Global (3/5): I traveled many counties but It was a bad experience of my life. - Cleanliness was good. I stayed for 3 days from 14-Aug-2023 to 17-Aug-2023. Most poor thing of this hostel is staff is not available most of the time. I was at 2nd floor and room AC was not working and even after complaints no action was taken. There was a small fan in the room which was not enough to make room environment good. At first night of stay when there was no staff was available and AC was not working I slept on bed number 3 which was empty instead of my bed which was bed number 10. When I complaint the rude reception lady she charged me 200Baht for using bed number 3. She was not even guilty of AC is not working.

• Rasmus (2/5): This is not a hostel but a storage facility.. - Besides a good quiet location this place has nothing to offer. Wifi worked ok. The filthy roof top terrace was closed. It is practically unstaffed and closed most of the day so be aware if you are arriving early and want to drop off your luggage (you can't). There is one girl working there (who lives miles away), she is there a few hours from around 2 pm. She doesn't speak English and can't help you with anything. Every day there are people desperate to check in (our selves included on our first day), laying around in the tiny reception area. There are no signs, posters, tour offerings or any information at all. The rooms have not been cleaned in a long time (there were ecosystems under the beds). On our floor there wasn't even a zink to wash your hands after using the toilet. Worst place I have ever stayed at in Asia.
