• Sergio Garcia Naranjo (7/5): Perfecto para una estancia corta - La ubicacion, el precio y la comunicacion y amabilidad del personal El baño se comparte con mucha gente, estaba limpio al inicio de la estancia, pero a lo largo de la tarde estaban sucios y encharcados. Esto se debe mas a los huespedes que no dejaron los baños limpios tras su uso. Tambien destacar que las paredes son finas y se oye mucho.

• Zannetti1 (2/5): OLD TOWN : a Torrrrrrpes de ZERO! - Por motivos de fuerza mayor, no hubo la posibilidad de alojarnos. 2 huéspedes, finalmente uno se presentó hay chats de WhatsApp y llamadas que pueden ofrecer todo el desarrollo de los acontecimientos. Obviamente, cuando se trata de causas de fuerza mayor. Ninguna de las partes es causante de no llegar a ocupar el alojamiento. Cierto es, qué las condiciones expuestas al realizar la reserva específica las condiciones. Por parte del cliente, el mayor interesado en alojarse y no quedarse en la calle. Intentó, y propuso todo tipo de opciones que pudiesen ser la solución a los los inconvenientes causantes. Reserva hecha, día anterior, aceptando los términos, viajando de Madrid a Alicante, Web de Renfe caída, cobro de billete que no te entregan por qué la red cayó sin permitirte viajar en el trayecto pagado. Cobro de un segundo billete horas más tarde. Sin recibir el reembolso del anterior. Pactar con el alojamiento el pago de extra por chekin tardío. Huelga de transporte público en localidad de destino , imposible alojarse a 60 km del hostal. Cuando sector SERVICIOS, incumple su Deber de realizar trayectos y horarios. mínimos obligatorios y puntuales. Segun dicta la ley. Rechazaron la cancelación de la reserva aún presentándoles, documentos legales ,billetes tren, retrasos , pérdida de capital, huelga de transporte. Todo documentado. Movimientos cuenta de pago, capital retenido, pagos extras fortuitos. Cargos extras a espera de.reenbolsos. limitando las opciones del huésped. Procesar el pago de la habitación, en el momento del checkin, pactado con empresa ,en un horario diferente asumiendo otro cargo más , Resulta imposible en esos instantes, solo unos escasos minutos más, fueron neceriaos para tener acceso al capital de habitación, más cargo por horario ,más fianza en un hostal, / albergue/pensión. ?? Negarte dichos minutos que te están cobrando para dejarte en la calle y reclamarte vía judicial más costas . Las tasas del café muy grandes no se acaban, los suplementos alimenticios ..... Más IVA, que provocan muy mala de - gestión. Y sobretodo que resultó ser demasiado acogedor ! Ah y las vistas por supuesto! Ya que la maravillosa recepción eclipsa todo y no deja ver más allá de la Blindada puerta de no entrada. Puedes dormir tranquilo que hay no te entran ni pagando!

• Kasim (8/5): Veoma ugodno prenoćište sa odličnom lokacijom i cijenom. - Objekat je veoma čist. Topla voda je uvjek dostupna. Lokacija u gradu je veoma dobra zbog blizine željezničke i autobuske stanice. Cijena je povoljna. Prijava od 16:00 sati je kasno, da je barem od 14:00. Na okvirima vrata treba ugraditi ''filc'' i sva buka od zatvaranja i otvaranja vrata bi bila poništena.

• Wale (7/5): Great experience for a short stay vacation - The customer service from the gentleman at the reception was top notch. We were in contact prior to my arrival at the hotel. The room was decent for a short stay. The facility was clean. Other customers not able to keep the bathroom clean as they found it.

• Ammendola (5/5): I was feeling comfortable and the second room I had was nice and sunny. - All the stuff was supportive and friendly, thanks a lot to Federico. I have been 7 days and maybe would be ideal to have the room with more natural light from the beginning. Was not possible to lock the window so anyone could get in considering was in a terrace, so that was not ideal as I had my laptop in hte room.

• Katie (6/5): Comfortable but noisy - The main pillow on the bed was supportive and memory foam, I was very grateful for this. The room was clean and there was sufficient storage for clothes etc. There was optional air con/heating though I used neither and opted for the cosy blankets provided. An option for a second pillow would be helpful, I suffer with neck and back problems which cam often be sorted with the help of a second pillow. The TV did not work (no signal) with no instructions on how to make it work. There are zero mirrors in the room which is unhelpful. It was not obvious how to work the blinds in the room also, instructions may be helpful. The walls are quite thin, I could hear next door snoring and people out on the street very clearly.

• Žatkova (8/5): Great hostel - I had such a great experience here! The personal was extremely kind, guy helped us with arranging the bus to Torrevieja (go there, worth it, especially pink lake). Hostel is in old town and right next door is perfect restaurant Ajolote - thank me later. Wierd smell in bathroom, during winter time there was a bit colder in the bedroom.

• Jolanta (8/5): - Good price, near train station also near centrum. We needed something cheap, next day we had to leave early so this was perfect solution. Room is very basic but for the price can’t complain. What I liked they have coffee machine (you have to buy coffee cups yourself, but over again you can’t expect free supplements for such a price) Not really. Reception is open for very short time from 16:00 to 20:00. If someone doesn’t read instructions good before booking - can be problem. But for us all was fine. Also they want 50 eur borg for keys from the bank card (next day money is returned) - all good.

Стены между комнатами до того тонкие, что слышно все из соседних комнат. В марте довольно прохладно, но накрыться были только тонкие покрывала. Одеяла отсутствовали. Были одну ночь. Не понравилось.

Siitä että en löytänyt ja sitten kun löysin niin "vastaanoton" henkilö ei osannut englantia en päässyt huoneeseeni vaikka varausta oli pari päivää jäljellä en pitänyt ollenkaan mistään.

• Shawnee (7/5): Clean and well located for the price, hostel-like with small rooms, thin walls, and late check-in. - Clean and comfortable stay. Although the bathroom was shared, it was never an issue, and having access to a small kitchen was a great bonus. Very easy to access, and while the accommodation is basic, it’s accurately reflected in the price. Conveniently located close to local tourist attractions, with a small shop nearby and easy communication via WhatsApp/before arriving. Overall, it feels more like a hostel setup, just with separate private rooms. The room itself was quite small with limited space, although this is reflected in the price. Arrival was a bit confusing — I was buzzed in but there are several levels and no clear indication of which floor to go to. Check-in isn’t until 4pm, which was slightly inconvenient. The walls are thin, so you can hear people showering and walking in the hallway, even late at night or early in the morning.

• Juan Antonio (8/5): Perfecto para estancias cortas - La ubicación es excepcional, junto a la plaza de Luceros. El alojamiento es básico pero está limpio y cumple su función. Ideal para estancias cortas. La hora del checkin es a partir de las 16:00, convendría que fuera más temprano.
