- 幸 (8/5): ミニオン達との素敵な思い出 - USJに近くて、ホテルに入るとミニオン達が出迎え、最後も見送りしてくれている感じで子供達がとても喜んでいました。ホテルもアトラクションの一部みたいに楽しめて有り難かったです。 出来ればホテルのミニオン達と家族全員で写真を撮りたかったです。撮影者は入らないので交換で撮影している様子を近くでスタッフの方が見ていたので…声かけていただけたら有り難かったです。

- Emmanuel (10/5): Je reviendrai sans hésiter - Le petit-déjeuner était particulièrement copieux. La chambre était spacieuse et offrait une vue directe sur Universal Studios. L'hôtel propose la location de réveils Nintendo, mais ceux-ci ne sont pas disponibles pour les chambres familiales.
- Jason (10/5): Great Universal Stay - Location nearby to Universal Studios Japan (USJ) and a very clean, nicely decorated and spacious room. Very comfortable bed, great shower and excellent staff who are very helpful It was pricier than I would have liked. The free ferry across to the aquarium is almost a 20 minute walk away and only runs until 8:30pm. The closer ferry costs and still only runs to 8:30pm (in May).

- Mitsusou (4/5): うーん汗 - お風呂が広くてとてもくつろぐ事が出来ました。 また、USJから近くロケーションは最高でした。 朝食付きプランで予約させていただきましたが、当日の朝、食事会場へ向かったところ、50名以上の長蛇の列ができており、USJへ早く入園したい事情もあり、利用を断念せざるを得ませんでした。 朝食は1名あたり2,700円と決して安価ではなく、「しっかり朝食をとってから出かけたい」という思いで朝食付きプランを選択しておりましたので、なおさら残念な気持ちです。また、払い戻し等の対応もいただけなかった点についても、改善をご検討いただければ幸いです。
