- Terry (9/5): - Separate room in a large beautiful apartment. Very well appointed. Helpful owner and house manager. Central location in a very nice town. What more could you want? Didn't stay long enough!!
- Dario (2/5): Nie wieder. - Das Zimmer war sauber, aber es hat so dünne Wände, das wir dir Nachbarin Singen und Telefonieren gehört haben, als wäre Sie in unserem Zimmer gewesen. Wir waren ganau 30 Minuten da. Kein Personal, nur „hier der Code fürs Zimmer“ und alle Schlüssel für Zimmer 1-4 Lagen drin. Man hätte einfach alle nehmen können, aber wir sind sehr schnell wider gegangen Alles. Kein Mensch war da, nur lärm. Keine Aussicht. Wir haben knapp Parkiert und wurden von Alkoholiker und Obdachlosen belästigt. Der „kostenlose Parkplatz“ kostet.

Starker, unangenehmer Geruch aus dem Abfluss im Bad. Fenster/Balkontüre musste trotz niedriger Temperaturen nachts offen bleiben. Samstags bis spät abends Bass/Musik von einer Disco/Bar um die Ecke.

Molto silenziosa pur affacciando sulla piazza affollata di giovani. Colazione abbondante, preparata in casa con ampia scelta. Sala comune ben rifinita. Personale estremamente gentile e disponibile.

Impagabile la cortesia e disponibilità di Riccardo che ci ha indicato locali dove poter mangiare piatti gustosi. Ed infine la gentilezza di Vania pronta ad attenderci con le sue ricche colazioni.

- Dominique (7/5): Hôtel confortable mais petit déjeuner à améliorer - Parfaitement placé dans le centre historique. Décoré avec goût Le petit déjeuner est quelconque et pas en libre service. Le parking proche est payant et si l’on est là du mardi au mercredi il faut libérer la place avant 6h le matin pour le marché. Le parking gratuit est à 6/7 minutes à pied ce qui est ennuyeux si on a des bagages lourds. De plus il y a peu de places.

- Lucia (9/5): Bellissima vista sulla piazza e sulle mura di Grosseto - A ridosso delle mura di Grosseto questo grande appartamento è dotato di una cucina e sala da pranzo molto belle e particolari dove fare la colazione con vista sulla piazza del mercato. La camera da letto è confortevole, con un balcone e un bagno spazioso. L'host Riccardo, al nostro arrivo, ci ha dato preziosi consigli sui posti da visitare e dove mangiare. Vania, sempre gentile e disponibile, ci ha preparato delle ottime colazioni e ogni giorno sistemava la camera e il bagno cambiando, se necessario, le salviette ogni giorno! L'unico piccolo difetto è la poca insonorizzazione delle porte che danno sul corridoio.

- Malena (9/5): Muy recomendable - La habitacion muy grande, un baño muy comodo. amplio, limpio y luninoso. muy bien ubicado. lo recomiendo. el unico detalle es que es segundo piso por escalera. pero sino tienen dificultad motriz o demasiado equipaje es una excelente opcion que no hay ascensor. y son 2 pisos por escalera. si tenes muchas valijas o movilidad reducida o bebes con coche se complica un poco. pero es solo para poner algo

La nostra camera, credo l'unica, si affacciava sulle mura cittadine allo stesso livello di dove camminano le persone e quindi ne limitava un pò l'utilizzo.

- Riccardo (8/5): Visita a Grosseto - Bella stanza in palazzo d'epoca posta al secondo piano con scala d' ingresso stretta ed un po' ripida quindi un po' scomoda con i bagagli. Seconda rampa più ampia e più comoda. Pulizia ottima, colazione ottima con prodotti freschi e dolci preparati dalla cugina della madre del proprietario che sostanzialmente gestisce in toto il b&b compreso le pulizie. Unica pecca se si può dire così è la posizione, la camera dove mi trovavo io, essendo il palazzo all' interno delle mura, è proprio sopra ad una piazza con tavolini di tre bar e due ristoranti e quindi, nonostante una buona insonorizzazione, alla sera risulta un po' rumoso, ma molto comodo per una serata in tutta tranquillità. Quindi per me quattro e mezzo su cinque e se ne avrò occasione ci tornerò di sicuro

Our hosts were excellent - Ricardo gave us great tips on places to eat and drink, and Vanya was great with breakfast. Our stopover was to catch the morning train to Rome, glad we stayed in the old part of the village rather than the industrial part near the station.
