- Angelica Neyrolles (5/5): Buena ubicación - La ubicación justo en donde hay mucho movimiento turístico, estuvimos solo 1 noche y fue perfecta la ubicación ya que llegamos en tren y fuimos andando de la estación al hotel. Rodeado de tiendas, bares y justo a lado de la calle de El Cavern Club. El ruido de los bares por la noche

Vom reveni! - Locația în apropiere de cele mai fierbinți puncte de atracție; camera spațioasă ; același preț pe camera atât pt.3 persoane cât și pentru 4 persoane ( aceasta fiind capacitatea maxima a camerei) ; în apropiere exista 2 express market; bucătăria utilata cu tot ceea ce este necesar ; baia spațioasă! Lipsa gelului de dus ; chiuveta de la baie mica și incomodă; în baie este cadă în loc de cabina de duș !

Le bâtiment et la chambre étaient vieillots, décevants par rapport aux photos. La porte d'entrée ne tient pas, les sols sont usés et sales. Pareil pour la chambre, dalle à la salle de bains qui bouge, tapis qui semble sale... globalement ok, on a pas passé un mauvais moment mais pas aussi confortable comme vendu sur les photos je trouve. Rapport qualité prix surestimé.

Was in the apartment no more than 5 minutes, the bed was broken in the middle, the apartment looked nothing like on the pictures, it was filthy

We loved that it provided everything we needed to cook breakfast & dinner. Shower was excellent Unfortunately the main downside was that the beds were very uncomfortable. We bought a pillow and mattress protector in Primark to make it slightly more comfortable

- Grier (1/5): AVOID SECURITY DEPOSIT - Clean, easy to locate and easy to gain public transport Solo women travelling and asked for a security deposit which wasn’t listed when booked hence the reason we booked the apartment as was booked last minute and wouldn’t be able to afford 100 pound on top of paying for a room booking. Once arrived we were asked for security deposit which I detested against as for reason started above but was told that I would be unable to stay if I didn’t pay. Gave over my card details and was told that nothing would be tried/charged from my card it was just captured as a security measure. Once in the room I received a notification that the hotel tried to take 100 pounds from my bank and when it declined they then tried to take another 50 pounds. When questioned by me he tried to deny it and when showed proof he changed his story claiming we knew that there was 100 pounds due to be taken. Read another review of this happening too and also now seen other people say the same. Totally unacceptable and not appropriate for a solo FEMALE travelling.
- Christian (5/5): It’s fine. - The location. The size of the room was generous too. Staff was friendly. It’s in a load neighbourhood. Heating didn’t work. The electrical was a bit dodgy - turn the shower on and lights blink. A deep clean is needed. The toilet takes 2-3 flushes to just flush toilet paper.

- Katelyn (8/5): - Perfect location, in the middle of everything. Staff were incredibly helpful at the reception desk. The lady working the desk was so welcoming and helpful. Great value for money. In the middle of everything, so can be loud outside. If this will be a problem make sure to ask for a room on the top floor or on Victoria street side.
- Mrs (4/5): I won't stay at this property again - I missed an important online meeting due to a faulty internet connection. The bed isn't comfortable; the sofa, TV, and other furniture are very basic; and there wasn't a desk or table to work on. I was insulted and called bad names by the man who answered the emergency phone I called to report the issue I experienced.

Good service 👍 Was advised that email would be sent on the day of arrival giving details of check-in. Nothing was received before I got to the apartment. It was only sent after I mentioned it to the receptionist.

- Citrine (5/5): Terlon apartments - The staff were lovely and really helpful and it was really easy to find and the bed was comfy The room was tiny , more of a bedsit than an apartment, the bed was literally next to the kitchen, the bathroom was also tiny , they had no oven tray for the over and the rug in the room was filthy, was definitely not was in was expecting for the price

- Stephanie (1/5): - The man on the desk when checking in was very nice. The lobby area was beautiful and the rooms was fine. It was clean and maintained ok. We were in apartment 5, facing the main street. Opposite the hotel were a couple of bars. The music was so loud and went on till 6 in the morning. No exaggeration, me and my husband must have gotten around half an hour's sleep each. The noise was so unbearable that at one point, my husband went and lay on a towel in the bathroom on the freezing tile floor, just so he could shut the noise out. It was an unacceptable noise level and if they can't sound proof better, certain rooms shouldn't be rented out. There weren't even any ear plugs and I'd be shocked to hear that no one had complained before. When the music finally stopped at 6am, bottles were being collected by the recycling vans. Around 3 in the morning, my husband suggested we get an Uber home as it was that bad.
