- Verified traveler (4/5): Far from "Luxury" - We were required to pay for extras after we had booked, and our booking was non refundable. When we checked in, we were told that although there were 3 toilets, only one could be used for defecation. That was the one next to the utility closet. The other 2 could only be used for urination, or they would back up into the other toilets and cause a mess. The view out the window was not accurately depicted. The owners should disclose that there is major construction going on. The apartment is spacious, but be aware that it is very far from the city. Even with an Uber, it often took us an hour to get to the center of London.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great view and easy access to the DLR which leads into the underground to make your way around London. As a bonus, the special forces conduct training right below you so that was unique to watch. Plenty of room, 3 bathrooms, 2 showers. Couldn't have asked for more.
Only thing I would say that could have made it top notch is the communication on how to get in. To the property credit we did set up a meeting time to get in, however it is a private property and we sat outside for 30 minutes wondering how to get in and couldn't get a hold of anyone via calling, text, email. Finally we paged the Flat # in original email and someone answered, walked down and let us in.

Champignons sur les 2 rideau de douche (Orange), dans les joins de douches( Noir), sur le Balcon Mousse verte et fécal d'oiseaux sur les vitres du Balcon. PAS de pression d'eau. Pas assez d'eau chaude pour 4 personnes. Toilette bouché pendent 2 Jours(pas de chiffon disponible) Descente du bain EXTRÊMEMENT DANGEREUX 60 cm sans soutiens au mur ( les 2 salles de bains) Nous sommes tous, les uns apres les autres presque tombé au sol donc un de mes fils s'est fait mal au dos pour eviter une chute éminente. Tapis très salle aux sorties des chambres,brûlure de fer. Éclaboussures de Boissons sur les mures et traces noire partout sur les murs du logement. Constructions de 5-6 Buildings en face du balcon (très Brouillant ). Manque d'ampoules électriques, éclairage (ils veulent épargner de l’électricité,selon leurs dirent) 13/27 ampoules qui fonctionnent. Diverses Meubles endommagé. Four ne fonctionne pas a 100% ( chaleur à convection brisé) Nous voulions faire cuire 3 Pizza, mais seulement la chaleur HAUT/BAS étais possible.Grille Pain défectueux,nous avons dû le réparer. Manque de Draperies. Equipement de balcon que pour 2 personnes possibles Cette Appartement LUXURIEUX serai capable de loger 6 personnes. Pas de BBQ comme sur la Photo de Ebookers.
Nous avons payé c.a 1100GBP (1450 SFR) du 22-26 avril. Une somme tres élevé pour ce genre d'appartement qui serais supposément LUXURIEUX. GRRRRRR

- Phil (8/5): spacious apartment in South Quay London - This very spacious two bedroom / bathroom apartment overlooking Quay is an amazing find. With a Tesco express two minutes from the door and the South Quay DLR just a few minutes walk away. You can either self cater or go through to Canary Whalf and large number of restaurants to chose from.
Access to the center of the city, west end and main line station.
The management staff are helpful, friendly and just a call away if needed.
I highly recommend this service and will most definately be using it again gin the future.
- Kevin (10/5): Very large by London standards - Plenty of room for four people and everything you'd need including clothes washer and drying rack, full kitchen and dishwasher. Small grocery store for the basis is 10 minute walk. Good location to public transportation, 15 minute walk to Canary Wharf underground or about 10 minutes to South Quay DLR. The only issue with either line is they don't really give direct access to the tourist spots and you need to transfer at least once but London public transportation is so good, it's really not that big of a deal. We also found that the Jubilee line underground that runs to Canary Wharf is much busier later into the evening than other lines. Trains are absolutely packed until at least 7:30 in the evening.
- Wendy (10/5): - Lovely, spacious apartment with everything included. Clean and tidy with little extras such as hand lotions in the bathroom which were nice. Although the site opposite the apartment is still under construction we didn't find it noisy and it was fascinating to watch the work going on from our balcony. The location was excellent for the Docklands Light Railway, less than a five minute walk, and so easy to get into central London.We will definitely stay again.
