Nancy B (8/5): - Easy in and out one night stay to attend a family funeral. Fresh ice water in Lobby was nice. Biscuits and gravy breakfast was good. I appreciated the yogurt and granola. Room location was first next to Lobby. Much noise and awakened by coffee cart or breakfast assembly.

Receptionist wassn’t welcoming, I asked for 3 pillows and she only gave me 2, I think they pnly have 1 staff duringthe night. I noticed molds on the side of the bathtub.

Tyler (1/5): Would not recommend this location - Nothing I would never recommend this location. Water pressure was horrible, no hot water and woke the first night with a bug crawling across my face. Sister n law stayed down the hall and her room was full of crickets. My kids picked up the room phone and called my cell phone and now they are charging us $40 for the call…I have never been charged to use a room phone.. What is this the 90’s?? They also double charged us for stay and it took them several days to even return our call to refund. The keep blaming in on Booking.com but they charged us separately and shouldn't have Honestly the whole stay should have been free.

Terry (10/5): A great place to stay in Decatur TX! - This is a great place to stay, easy to find and not by a busy highway, so that makes it peaceful and quiet. Rooms were large, have fridge, microwave, coffee, friendly and helpful staff. We really enjoyed our two nights there!

Andrea (5/5): Great staff, nice rooms, but hotel needs a little work. - The GM Christina was very helpful and accommodating when there were a few hiccups. The woman who serves the breakfast was really attentive to the buffet and service. The first room I was given, #204, had a horrible smell - like cigarettes and mildew. The second room had a problem with battery on the door. The third room was good. It was an inconvenience to have to go back and forth after a very long and exhausting day. I would recommend an inspection of all the rooms for cleanliness and door pad batteries.

It’s your basic hotel breakfast with scrambled eggs, bacon, waffles, etc. The eggs were awful. The rest was just ok. I would stay here again, but would not even bother with the breakfast.

The staff here will assist in ways most hotels will not. **THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE BUSINESS OR STAFF** The couple arguing throughout the night, for over a week got on my nerves. Rebella (2/5): Poor customer service and no refund per management - I booked a room using my iPhone on hotel.com. I checked to see if dogs were allowed on the property. On my iPhone, there was no mention of this motel being pet friendly or pet unfriendly. I assumed that this motel was pet friendly so I booked a room. At the front desk, the receptionist said this motel was not pet friendly and she refused to give me a refund. I showed the receptionist my iPhone and there was nothing on the property amenities stating pet unfriendly motel. She said I needed to look further under frequently asked questions to get the answers to no pets allowed at this motel. She refused a refund. I called the motel manager in the morning and she refused my refund also. I lodged a complaint with hotels.com about getting my refund and I have not heard back from them.
