Hotel Description did not match the offer on Booking.com. Empty swimming pool, No linen on bed, filthy bathroom. Booked for 2 nights and stayed for 1 Hour. Took a big financial hit but health is more important and life is too short.

Heizung nur gering funktional über Klimaanlage. Schranktüren kaputt. Kein warmes Wasser, Duschen nur kalt möglich!!! Frühstück für 12 Euro völlig überteuert, für trockenen kalten Bacon usw. Da bieten andere Hotels für die Hälfte des Preises viel mehr.

- Vicky Konstantara (4/5): I would only recommend it to people I don't really like. - The location is quite picturesque, especially if you like staying close to the marina. The free parking is a bonus especially if you decide to stroll arround the city. The market as well as the restaurants and the cafes are within a walking distance. To be honest I chose the hotel because of the "genious" suggestion of the Booking app. It turned out be a not so genious an idea. The hotel seemed a bit dull, and gloomy. At the beginning I thought it was due to the season - November is not a wise choice for Fall trips. The hotel was clean and tidy, because good points need to be highlighted. Unfortunately, that was the only good thing. Upon our arrival the clerk was as she was agitated for some reason. I stated my name and asked if there were any other documents she required.. She replied that nothing was needed and gave me the key. I had no other informartion regarding internal phone numbers or wifi passwords- which by the way were not listed anywhere in the room. The staff's overall behaviour would resemble the one of distant relatives who had to put me up for a night and they acted as if they had done me a favour. To make matters worse, there was an annoying smell which could be described as mould or like a dumb storage room. Of course the room was clean and tidy, even the towels were in place . The staff did their best to cover the smell at the reception and lounge area, the odour in the corridor near the rooms and within our room was unbearable to say the least. When I got home and took the clothes I was wearing on the day of my arrival they still carry the same odour. When I complained to the clerk, she tried to put the blame onto the woodden frames in the room, take it from me... It was the smell of a dumb medieval cell. To make matters worse, I decided to have a shower at night before bed, alas the hot water was not available. So I decided to take one early in the morning, and guess what!! No hot water whatsoever.. I decided to make call at the reception desk.. yet the phone number was not written anywhere.. I had to resort to make a phone call from my cell phone. They replied after my second attempt and after a few minutes I had a nice hot shower.

- John (3/5): - Location Not all things specified as available in the room were provided, no bath mat, no shower cap, no glasses to drink water, no coffee facilities, etc. The hotel sells all the pool sunbeds to people who walk up, when we went down to use the pool there was no where to sit. When I asked why they dont hold any sunbeds for guests, given we paid to use pool area, they said sorry as they always do that. We needed to leave and swim elsewhere. Staff arrogant and no empathy with our feedback. Shrugged us and other guests off who had similar concerns

- Ana (10/5): Incredibly comfortable and welcoming. - When we entered, we were greeted with smiles, we were not able to check in as we arrived early so the staff allowed us to leave our bags in a safe place until we came back a bit later on. The pool was nice and clean, with good facilities. The owner personally greeted us on arrival and was incredibly kind, telling us to contact him if we ever had any concerns on needed any help. The location was great and also provided free parking which was a massive help as the local car parks were full. The breakfast whilst not a massive selection was good quality food. Overall, the atmosphere was great and would be inclined to return Occasionally had to ask for cleaning however, that is easy to do and was not really a problem.
- David (4/5): Hard pass. Don’t waste your money or time. - Unless you are using this hotel before or after you sail, do not book. It’s well overpriced and extremely underwhelming. We booked a room for 2 adults and a child. They gave us a tiny room with 2 single beds and a metal frame temporary 3rd bed that army vets wouldn’t use. It had a missing slat and a mattress about 3mm thick so you felt every slat, or absence thereof, and the frame itself. It also meant there was little space otherwise. Additionally, the room was right next to the outside bar, which isn’t ideal for a room with a 3year old sleeping. Considering we booked this about 6 months in advance, they really should have tried a little harder. Interior felt super cheap with a few things needing repair. For instance, the shower soap tray kept falling off. It’s right on the marina where the sailing yatchs moor, so makes complete sense for people coming and going on those. But otherwise, give it a skip. For about the same price as the room, we instead found and booked a 3 bedroom private villa with a view over Lefkada. Much better options available than Ionos.

- Alexander (4/5): Schlechter geht kaum, für 250€ die Nacht ohne Frühstück ne Frechheit - Die Lage ist sehr schön, direkt am Hafen, zentral gelegen, das war’s aber auch…… Das Personal war eher unmotiviert, auf die Frage ob das Zimmer bei unserer Anreise eventuell schon frei und geputzt sei und wir gegen Bezahlung früher rein können kam ein kurzes: Its twelve! Das Familienzimmer selbst war sehr schmutzig, auch eine Nachreinigung der Putzfrau hat’s nicht wirklich besser gemacht was eventuell daran liegt das die Putzfrau nicht gut sieht und einfach schlecht ausgerüstet ist, mit nem dreckigen Mop alle Zimmer nacheinander gewischt hat ohne das ein Wassereimer in der Nähe war, die Zimmer sind allgemein sehr abgewohnt, die Toiletten waren schmutzig, die Matratzen sind sehr hart…..die Snacks am Pool waren auch keine Sensation…….alles in allem eher ein Hotel zum abgewöhnen, zum Glück hatten wir nur eine Nacht gebucht.

На утро вывернутые зеркала и дворники. Поэтому вопрос к компетентности персонала остается открытым. Из хорошего- в комнате прохладно и без кондиционера. На этом, пожалуй все(( Соотношение цены и качества. За 140 евро вы получите- гнилой санузел с грибком на душевой лейке. Полотенца цвета мокрый асфальт, которыми пол протирать страшно, не то чтоб себя вытирать. Туалетную бумагу после предыдущих жильцов. Сомнительный ремонт из .овна и палок.
- Emanuele (4/5): Hotel con un buon potenziale, ma scarsa attenzione per il cliente. - La posizione vicino al porto e a pochi minuti dal centro cittadino. LA NON PULIZIA della stanza e del bagno, in particolare la doccia con capelli e altro sul piatto doccia, asciugamano completamente strappato, vari accessori da sistemare ( asse wc, portasapone doccia), climatizzatore sporco, lenzuola macchiate e federe in parte rovinate.

- Chris (5/5): Convenient but very basic - Next to marina, nice pool. Nice pool food. Convenient if embarking yachts Bedroom not double as per pictures. Lots of day trippers so no room on sun loungers by the pool
