• Wayne (7/5): it was ok I would stay again - the place was nice, comfortable bed .. pool was nice clean water and quite large for swimming laps.. the staff were friendly helpful.. beautiful Coy fish in pond my room always had small bugs (cockroaches) in bathroom area , I only had 1 breakfast it was very basic food and indonesian food.. I dont know if the Coy fish are fed enough because I fed them fruit and they went crazy ..the same for the poor turtles in slimy green water with nowhere to stand out of the water ..very hungry too.. the gym area was locked and nobody could explain why, or open the door

• Chris (8/5): Okay but I think you could find better - The room was comfortable, good shower with hot water, bed was great and choice of firm or soft pillow. Water and kettle provided for tea or coffee in room. Good location for visiting sites in downtown jakarta. Was able to extend for additional night right at checkin. The coffee shop/restaurant wasn't as listed on website. The hours said to be 6am-11pm but when I went at 9pm was told closed at 9:30. Breakfast was only buffet of Asian food and no menu for cooking even though website listed western food could be ordered, very disappointing.

• sunyun (8/5): 더블룸에 싱글침대 2개연결 - 대부분 맘에 들었는데 이번출장에서는 침대가 좀 불편 했던 점 이있었다, 더블 침대가 아니고 싱글 침대를 2개 연결해서 해놓았는데 잠자리에서 침대 2개가 갈라져서 이음새부분에 걸려서 불편 했다,

• 391philipe (10/5): Refreshing 3 night stay - After helping in an isolated community developing organic farming projects it was refreshing to arrive at the Olive. The first night I slept so well - great shower and large bed. Then for the three mornings ordered the 'all day breakfast', which was great. The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to help. One of them, Teguh, was very helpful as was Deasy in the restaraunt. The beef ribs are outstanding. It's also close to get to nearby malls using Grab - and only an hour or so to the airport. Looking forward to my next Olive visit.
• amrueve (6/5): Mediocre stay - The room was merely ok, needs serious refurbishment. WiFi connections sometimes were poor to none. The toiletries were a neon green joke! Also, please refrain from staying right next to the lift, the walls were too damn thin. The room service was surprising good and the food tasted great up until I found a worm in my food from a veggie dish. But yea they dealt with it okay/good and I understand these things happen from time to time. The complimentary breakfast had a good spread, nice combination of local food and international food. All in all, it wasn't too bad or unbearable but definitely could use some spruce up!

• Howard (6/5): Bad experience and for my wedding. Shame on them - It was a good value until.... I am getting married here and we have booked many rooms. I did not even know they had suites. When i went to upgrade our room, they insisted on charging me the difference between the price i paid on hotels.com where i redeemed nights and paid very little, and the much more expensive Hotel price instead of the simple difference in the price of the one room and the suite. They do not care that it is for my wedding. They do not reason about the price. There is no "Let me see what I can do". They just maintain their position. On principle, i will stay here with my new wife in a regular room. I would not stay here again and since the wedding is coming up and we have 5 other rooms booked, i will cancel them and stay at another hotel. Quite a disappointing experience. The pool is great and the gym is not good. the mushola is outside. The hotel is good price for the money if you book online but do not expect anyone to go out of the way to help you.

• Dailo1 (6/5): Value for Money - Not a small hotel with plenty of rooms. Room size also quite spacious, simple and tidy. Had the dinner there in their coffee shop, the Ox Tail Soup was surprisingly good. Their buffet breakfast is also quite tasty even there ain’t too many choices. Consider to stay here again for my next visit.

• 913troyc (6/5): Nice Hotel - Nice hotel stayed 2 nights was stuck in bali from the volcano so had to fly back from jakarta, its close to the airport 20-30 min drive, bit noisy in the morning from the cleaning staff i was on level 2 i think they start cleaning from level 1 up at 6:00 because they knocked on my door around 7:00am asking if i wanted my room made up, woke me up i didnt have the do not disturb sign out but thats a bit early to be knocking on a door, apart from that was one of the cheapest i found on Booking.com around $40 a night was worth it & would stay again if in the part of the world
• whndrt (4/5): Nice to have service from Olive Hotel - the room is quite spacious and neatly arranged ac cukup dingin layanan kamar yang cukup cepat Day 1 - Security: Polite & Gracious - Doorman / Bell Boy: Polite, Gracious & Good Service Oriented - Front Office: Fast Check In, Polite but unfortunately I See No Smile at all - House Keeping: Fast & Polite Including when I wanna change the day 1 towel on day 2 morning before breakfast - Cleanliness on Rest Room at Swimming Pool are still need to be improve. when I take a shower before swimming, the black dust was swept away by the water on the floor - Lights in the swimming pool off and feared there is electricity (no maintain / control) Day 2 - Breakfast: Standard but have no much variant especially have no danish bakery as standard on 3 Star Hotel. And I think the charge for additional person (110thousand) is too expensive for this class) - Have no safe deposit box in room makes me put my notebook to receptionist. this is unique, the doorman / bell boy who served me much more friendly than FO Day3 I try to contact #8202 (House keeping) - 1st time, I've got a polite & friendly (requested a sleeper, soap & new towel) - 2nd time, answered by FO Staff, when asking "this is House keeping" he only answer with one word "online" when the house keeping come he only give the soap & sleeper. He told to my daughter that cannot change the towel in the last day ....This Is In The First Time I'd got the weird service like this not even from 2 Star Hotel. The towel was used on yesterday afternoon and wet thats why I request the new one. Gak Heran Hotel nya terlihat sangat sepi.

• 821lauriew (6/5): Not If You Want To Get Work Done - The people and facility are nice for Indonesia, but the lack of IT capacity ruined my stay there. I simply could not reliably connect to the internet and when I could, I got kicked out regularly. Bars show on the wifi but there is no access. It meant a lot of wasted time and while I don't fault the staff for not being able to do anything about it, I would not stay there again.
• KuroK25 (10/5): Excellence services - The first time I went to this hotel I felt unsure of the first comfort from the less friendly security that looked frightening and then all of that suddenly ignored by the smile of a fat bellboy who offered to help me with his warm and friendly smile even though I knew he was not too Both in english but his treatment to me very kindly friendly and courteous I was in the conducting part of the reservation and offer services to help me and give a very good explanation once in the room and immediately the hotel is like a second home for me thanks For the staff and for the fat bellboy
• 431ayuw (6/5): Good Hotel - Hotel atmosphere and building is nice and better than the price. The room is good, clean and comfort. The facilities are good enough. The breakfast is good as well but the menu is not varied. The staff is good.
• MichaelAndree (10/5): good hotel in not so good environment - if you are on a business travel in tangerang area, this will be a very good choice as it close to highway entrance, but if you come for recreation, there are not much of choices in the area. the room is spacious and well insulated, cleaning service performs quite good. the bed is not the comfiest but it should give you a moderately good sleep, pillow is too thin for me. Hotel atmosphere and building is nice and better than the price, great swimming pool and an outdoor area where you can just sit and chat. parking lot is adequate. wifi is okay too.

• 734cyrillef (6/5): not so close to the airport - though it shows as a hotel close to airport, it take almost 30-45 minutes, since the hotel does not arrange airport pick ups you have to depend on airport taxies and they take you on the highway, and on google maps it shows a shorter route. we only booked for the night as we were catching a flight next morning, but the whole point of booking this hotel based on is locality is questionable.(the hotel staff said the highway is the fastest , i hope it was true.)
• 835zaheera (8/5): "NICE HOTEL" - I stay in this hotel for 5 days. This hotel is good, clean and nice to stay. The facilities are good enough. The breakfast is good as well. But supermarkets and restaurants are quite far away from this hotel, more than one kilometer.
• inAweofGOD (8/5): Never ceases to impress me - It's my last day in Hotel Olive today but definitely be back soon. My second time experience was better and that they never ceases to impress me. Every amenities they have were superb and service was great.
• inAweofGOD (10/5): Nice Hotel - I had an opportunity to stay in this hotel because I have to meet my GKDI Brothers and Sisters in Karawaci and this is the Hotel that I chose after several picks. And I was thankful that I chose Hotel Olive. Nice place, good room design and one of the best breakfast buffet.
• ErniJK (8/5): Right Place To Stay - The lobby and the restaurant is splendid. The room is a bit small but in general is better compare to other budget hotel. The sheet is clean. Bathroom and toilet is separated and I think this is smart way for a small room. The hotel is located at the center of the city and taxi is available to take you to any place you want to go. Breakfast is only Rp 75,000 (USD 6) for two and the food are awesome!!!
• samajivikata13 (4/5): No choice - The only reason I stayed in this hotel is because it is near my head office, so the big boss recommened us to stay here. The room is not convinience if we have to share room because it was only a glass door. So when your room mate making cake you will be able to smell his cake's smell
• Some_Guy_in_Ang (8/5): Decent hotel... - Had the pleasure of staying in one of their "bigger" rooms. Nice sized "large" bathroom, fridge and freezer, king size comfortable bed... Clean hotel, pleasant staff, however did not have the opportunity to check out the breakfast during my visit. Not far from the international airport, which is great when travelling around Jakarta...
• Janiceanneast (10/5): Hotel Olive shines out in Tangerang - This new hotel in Tangerang, an hours drive West of the airport is modern, elegant with well appointed rooms to suit all needs. We've stayed in the suite and the standard rooms. The suite is particularly nice - very spacious. Breakfast is very good and an extensive menu for Asian and Western tastes. Would be perfect for conventions, conferences and weddings.
